Very spacious condo, great backyard seating area with so much lush vegetation and a small stream with Koi fish, that was a nice little surprise for sure! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Wonderful location and beautiful property overall. Place was clean and tidy but a bit dusty. Beautiful open space and a unique garden area right outside the sliding doors with koi fish in the stream. I was under the impression it was a bit closer to the beach; you will still need a car to get around but it IS a short drive to shopping plaza and beach. NO AC was a bit of a shock but fortunately the weather in Hawaii is beautiful and the fans provided circulated air fairly well. It did however get pretty stuffy at night. You can hear the toads at night which was pretty cool and really makes you feel immersed in nature. No encounters with bugs or other creatures inside the villa during our stay thankfully.

This condo was well-stocked as the owners thought of everything we might need and it was there. The grounds around the property were a tropical paradise, and the Sheraton beach was only a mile away. We also enjoyed that we could walk over to the shopping center or market to grab a bite to eat.

Unit is exactly as described. More spacious than anticipated. Walking distance to beaches restaurants and shops. Host provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Would recommend!

We loved staying at this apartment! The host went all out and provided a lot of the amenities, including snorkel gear! I loved staying by the creek and eating lunch out on the back patio. Having the hose in front (before you enter the apartment) was also helpful to rinse off sandy feet. The location was great too - only a short walk to Baby Beach and a longer winding walk to Poipu beach.
My only complaint was the apartment wasn't always as private as I'd hope, with multiple landscapers walking through the yard throughout the day.

This was our second time staying in WSV #102. We love the location near Poipu Beach and local shops. The condo is well stocked with everything you need--beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. It is clean and comfortable and we love the grounds. The pool is wonderful, however, due to COVID-19 the use was limited this time (we understand). Only ONE of us could be in the pool area at a time and only for exercising. No laying out (we enjoy doing that) by the pool and jumping in on occasion to cool off. Maithilee and Atul went above and beyond for us!! We had to change our plans two times due to COVID and they were so wonderful to work with us. We almost canceled our trip at the very last minute (night before) due to the COVID testing restrictions (we have none of their trusted partners in our vicinity) and they said they would refund our money. AND they graciously gave us an "as late as we want" check out! That was so helpful with a late flight out. We know they can't always do that, so we appreciated it so much! We will definitely stay again the next time the two of us travel to Kauai!

Nice condo with everything you need for the perfect holiday. Beach and water toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs, sun umbrella and a couple boogie boards. There are a few bull frogs at night in the nearby stream but we got used to their "singing" after the first night, pleasant really with the Koi fish as well. Fully stocked kitchen and grocery store close by with BBQ's and picnic tables by the pool, made cooking fun and easy. We would like to come back and stay here again, it helped to make our vacation very enjoyable.

This property is perfect in so many ways. In spite of the fact that it is part of a large complex, there is no way to tell either when inside or on the patio that anyone else is around. The vegetation, the stream, the sounds of nature are all around, and you'd never know that the main road is one a few 100 feet away. Proximity to every other shop or service that we needed and desired was perfect too. This place is a keeper!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable unit, although the bed and sofa could use some updating in the near future. It was fine without air conditioning, there was always a nice breeze. The Shops at Kukui‘ula were very close to walk to with many good restaurants and shops. We hope to return!

Now that we left to venture to the North side of the island, we realize how much we miss the birds and frogs (and yes the roosters) as we sat out on the lanai every morning. The first night we left the bedroom curtains open with the shutters open as well. The next night we closed the curtains and left the windows open. Highly recommend this method for noise control; you"ll understand why. Only nuisance was the mosquitos while sitting outside, although we could have done a better job of applying the bug spray. Overall, this place is great. Complete with all necessary amenities, close to shopping and beaches, and located in an awesome botanical environment.

If you are wanting to stay in the southern part of Kauai, this is a great place! Comfortable bed, decent shower, well equipped kitchen, and so close to Poipu Beach and the shopping district of Koloa! Maithilee and Atul even provided a cooler which we used several days for picnic lunches. The grounds on which the condo is located are absolutely beautiful with lush trees and flowers. There is even a little stream out back with koi fish! We did not use the pool but it looked nice. We slept with our bedroom and back patio doors open to let in cool breezes, so the lack of air conditioning wasn't an issue for us. All in all a great stay!

This condo was conveniently located (in Poipu) and was well stocked to help us enjoy all that Kauai has to offer ! The size was perfect for us and the garden view was very relaxing. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive.

My wife and I enjoyed a one week stay at this very nice ground floor condo. The condo location, near Poipu Beach on the West side of Kauai, was excellent for getting to beaches during the day and out for dining at night. The owners have a very comfortable and roomy property with a private lanai that overlooks the Waikomo stream off the living room. The grounds for this complex are well cared for and the pool very nice and just a few steps from your condo. We enjoyed being just a few minutes walk from a wonderful shopping and dining center that offered excellent restaurants in all categories as well as a very nice happy hour menu at "TR" - Tortilla Republic. The condo was well equipped for our stay with not just the necessities provided but "extras" in the kitchen area as well.
While not air conditioned, there are adequate ceiling and floor fans to keep the condo comfortable unless you get a really hot spell. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom fine. On site washer/dryer was very helpful and the instructions from the owners about using the condo and getting around the area very nice.
This was an excellent choice for us - Mahalo to the owners!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. The owners are the best people. We wanted to get the laundry (sheets) started for the maid, but such an early flight made drying them impossible. The owners were completely understanding and told us not to worry and have a great flight. A potential downside here may be a lack of AC, but the breezes were so nice (and the ceiling fans), we never missed it. If you go to Hawaii for its natural beauty, this is your place. The gardens and streams, pool area, and setting in general are unbeatable.

This was a surprise trip for my husband's 40th birthday and everything about the condo exceeded my expectations. Spacious and stocked with everything you would need - beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom! We loved the convenient location (close to beach, shopping and dining!!) and the gorgeous surroundings. Owners are very responsive and recommended excellent adventures while on the island.
Eat at the Beach House, worth it for the views! Use Outfitters Kauai for your adventures, Blue Dolphin Charters for a great view of the coast and Safari Helicopters for an awesome view of the island.
If we are lucky enough to return, we will seek out this condo again. Mahalo :)

This condo had a very well equipped beautifully remodeled kitchen. Access was easy, being on the ground floor, no steps front or back. It was private and the neighbors were quiet. The back lanai opened into the beautifully landscaped grounds, including a small stream with koi fish. A night heron was a frequent visitor. (No chickens!) The flowers, shrubs and trees were fantastic. The pool was very nice, again, with beautiful flowers. We were within walking distance of the Shops at Kukui'ula which included several restaurants and an organic grocery store. We could also walk to Koloa Landing with great snorkeling (not for novices or children). Kiahuna Beach by the Sheraton Kauai Resort, also within walking distance but a bit farther. Owners left a nice notebook with helpful information. Good communication.

I thoroughly enjoyed my five week stay at the most refreshing and tranquil condo on the island! As a teacher, I value my getaways and summer vacation. I have been blessed to travel "home" to Kauai almost every summer since the late 90's to spend quality time soaking up the sun, sea and surf for a respite from my daily grind before beginning a new school year. In all those years, I have stayed mostly in various units at Waikomo Streams, but never in a unit as meticulously clean, stocked and accommodating as Maithilee and Atul"s. From the moment you step inside their condo you feel as if you are walking into a home and not someone's vacation rental. The floor plan is open and spacious. You have room to move around. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make meals as simple as a grilled cheese sandwich to a gourmet feast for you and your someone special. I LOVED enjoying my daily breakfast sitting outside at the patio table while looking at the view of the beautiful foliage backdrop of the lush landscape I was blessed to celebrate each and every day. As an art teacher, I look to stay at places I can set up a small studio. Maithilee and Atul's condo was PERFECT because I actually had the dining room table and the patio table outside to work on. They have thought of everything to make the wandering traveler happy on their vacation. You will love being able to see Netflix movies and shows after a long day of sightseeing & exploring the island. Another plus to this unit is that it is on the first floor. I loved having the convenience of going to the market, coming home and parking right outside the unit without taking groceries upstairs or walking a distance. Going to the beach was wonderful as well knowing you have umbrellas, beach chairs & even a nice hard cooler at your disposal. I usually have to buy these items when I arrive. It was a nice treat to use clean almost new beach gear. The biggest gift was the quietness of this unit. Having stayed in other units at Waikomo, I can assure you that you will have a quiet night's sleep. You will not hear loud cackles & screaming kids, only bullfrogs late at night. But the BEST part of staying here is feeling confident in knowing that if you have a question/concern small or large Maithilee and Atul will reply WITHIN MINUTES either by text or a phone call. They make themselves easily accessible to you throughout your entire stay! I LOVED STAYING HERE & you will love it too!!

This is a gorgeous and very spacious condo at a great value. It is even nicer than in the photos! It was beautifully clean on our arrival and is very well-equipped. The greenery out both front and back patios make for a peaceful feeling. We loved waking up to the variety of bird songs in the morning. The location is excellent - walking distance to local beaches, and just a block away from a lovely shopping centre with many restaurants.
This unit backs on to a gorgeous stream. The whole property is lush and very well-maintained. This condo is among the nicest places we've ever stayed, and we'd love to return!
