We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location was excellent, close to the poipu beach, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was equipped with everything we need. Property manager very responsive.

This place is spacious, clean, and as described. No ocean views from this place but we did not mind that and we really liked that it is a quiet, pretty nice place and that its location is perfect: steps away from shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from the Poipu beach, short trip to the stunningly beautiful Waimea Canyon, short trip to the airport. Overall, a very comfortable, spacious, pleasant place to stay.

Very nice unit, close to lots of stores and the beaches. Only one item, the fan and light in the bedroom would start up at different times, with light coming on sometimes in the middle of the night.:) Scary, maybe because of being there during Halloween. Overall very nice grounds, pool was great. Thanks again for allowing us to be your guest.

Property was absolutely beautiful. Condo was modernized and well cared for. Only drawback was the path was a little dark outsside. Would definately stay again.

The condo was amazing for my family of 2 adults and 2 4year olds. There was plenty of room with adults in the bedroom and kids on the murphy bed, a full kitchen, balcony with seating area, and living area. The kids loved visiting the koi fish every day and swimming in the community pool. The location is walking distance to a whole shopping enter with restaurants and a CVS style store plus food trucks and very short drives to many other options. We did have 1 small issue but it was resolved very quickly while we were at the beach. We'd absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!

Our family enjoyed staying here, the place is neat and extremely cleaned. Everything is located near by, restraunts, local shops and beaches. Parking was not an issue at all.

Very much enjoyed our stay! Very spacious, clean, well appointed, ample AC. Filtered water on tap an unexpected plus. Plenty of towels, sheets, etc. We especially appreciated when we reached out about missing hair dryer and host responded immediately and replaced it in short order.
Kitchen had everything that was needed; however, guests should not expect to find kitchen staples beyond salt, pepper, sugar and canola oil.
Biggest downside was the constant sound of the waterscape pump (?) outside. Not so bad when front windows are closed. Wonder if some sort of noise abatement wouldn't be possible?

This place was beautiful and perfect for our stay in Koloa/Poipu Kauai! They provide you with very comfortable and clean linens, sleeping options, amenities, and a “homey” atmosphere. The pool and villa area is really cute too, like its own special paradise within a paradise. My kids loved visiting the koi pond every day. I was very pleased with our stay! Location: you will need to drive to the beach if you have kids; I tried walking but it was a little far with a baby. It is literally a less than 5 minute drive to Poipu Beach! You can walk to the rocky part of the ocean from the villa though where you can see turtles. There were so many playing in the waves there. We really enjoyed that. There are two nice shopping villages close by, both within walking distance but one is right by the villas. Wednesdays they have a market there which was neat. Overall, amazing stay and great area! I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!
