Awsome location, incredible view, beautiful sunrises. Loced watching the turtles. Bed was comfy andxwe had everything wr needed. Only thing for the cleanliness, is the shower needs have some love and the carpet needs to be replaced. Stll it was a great place for a vaca.

The property’s is superb and has amazing views where you can see the green sea turtles. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space with modern facilities and the bed is so comfortable.
The location is brilliant and close to shops and restaurants along with beautiful beaches.
We contacted Bob (host) with a few questions and he responded very quickly with good information.
We don’t want to leave, love this place.

Great visit with easy check in! We enjoyed sitting in the lanai in the afternoon and watching the turtles eat. The rest of the time, the waves crashing in were very relaxing. The unit is the best stocked unit, in all rooms and beach gear, we have ever stayed in. It was sad to leave.

The condo was well appointed and the views of the cove outside the balcony were wonderful. We saw turtles every day. We also enjoyed watching the surfers both young and old from the lawn. We also took a catamaran tour of the Na Pali coast with Captain Andy that I would highly recommend.

Overall we had a wonderful experience on this trip. We loved the views, watching the turtles, and even saw a beautiful rainbow out our lanai. We would definitely come stay here again. We didn't see any snorkeling gear in the closet so we did have to rent some. This was such an easy process and we thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Thank you so much for a memorable trip!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was incredible as was the location. The condo has all the essentials. There are beach chairs and beach towels which were very helpful as well. We loved staying here! Highly recommend!

Our stay at this condo was very nice, we loved the view of the ocean from the lanai, the supplies provided such as beach chairs, towels, coolers, boogie boards, umbrella was very nice to have to use at the beach. We loved watching the turtles right outside on the patio and loved walking over to the Beachhouse restaurant and watch the surfers and sunset and all the sea parrots fly in at night. We had 1 issue with the front door but the owner was able to get it fixed same day. And the air conditioner works amazing! I would say only downfall about the complex in general was the laundry facilities, not a lot of washer and dryers in complex and they are very old and small. My clothes wouldn’t be dry after running the load and would have to pay again to dry more. Other than that it was great.,

This unit is right on the water and has its own little cove. Gorgeous. Unit and kitchen are very well equipped. The decor is lovely. All equipment worked. A little challenging to figure out the TV and remotes but doable. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely unit.

Parking was easy, beach toys were convenient as was the location in proximity to the south and western parts of the island. My favorite might have been resting on the balcony overlooking the little cove at the end of a long day or listening to the waves through the night. Laundry facilities were available and got our clothes dry. There were just enough linens for 3 of us for 3 nights. We were walking distance (.5 mile) to a shopping plaza with lots of dining options, a drug store, and various clothing boutiques.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bob's condo in Poipu. The space itself was clean, comfortable and all the amenities we needed were provided. We spent a lot of time watching the sea turtles out on the lanai and there are two great beaches a short walk away. We'd definitely love to stay here again.

The rental was great. The location by a small beach was excellent. The owner’s instructions were clear. The unit had everything one would need, from all sorts of cookware to beach towels and chairs. We notified the owner about a leak in the bathroom and it was fixed quickly. If we come back to Hawaii,we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay! If we return to Kauai we will stay at this exact same apartment - perfect size, comfortable, and perfect balcony to watch the ocean and sea turtles. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare a meal. Great lounging furniture. Can't speak highly enough of this place!

KS205 was such a beautiful place to stay. We watched the turtles from the lanai every day- the view was breath taking. The condo is in a great location that was close to many of the places we wanted to see and supplied everything needed for our stay. Bed and all chairs were very comfortable. We will definitely come back and stay in this condo.

This place has an absolutely stunning view! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and sea turtles every morning. The condo was clean and well-furnished when we arrived. Air conditioning was a blessing for a couple of Midwesterners unaccustomed to the humidity on Kauai. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook your own meals. We also really enjoyed the provided beach chairs and towels. Overall a fantastic stay and couldn't recommend this place enough!

This is a wonderful condo. We spent hours on our lanai listening to the waves and watching sea turtles. There is a stellar snorkelling beach just down the street (ask a local the best way to get into the water to avoid the rocks). We watched the moon rise over the ocean. The condo is clean and very well appointed. Four adults were a tight squeeze but it was totally worth it!

Though we did not use any amenities since we were out except sleeping and shower, the condo is very beautifully maintained.

Location is everything here. Stocked with the basics and a little more. Some how this one bedroom condo doesn’t seem so small when you are listening to the waves and enjoying the view. This was are second time staying here and we will be back.

Fantastic view of the ocean from the living room/kitchen. You can hear the sounds of the ocean as you sleep at night. Very clean apartment with thoughtful touches like Kauai travel guidebooks. Utility closet has beach chairs and boogie boards and beach blankets are available. Laundry available on each floor, $2.50 per load. Nice view of the sunrise, but sun shines directly into the apartment between 7-10 am (in November) (you can draw shades) and it can get a bit warm inside the apartment.

We love staying at ocean front Kuhio Shores. The condo was comfortable and was well stocked with everything we needed Including beach chair backpacks. The bathroom and shower were amazing. There was a problem with the air-conditioning and the owner responded immediately and a technician was dispatched the same day. We are already planning another stay!

Quite place - just the sound of waves, within few feet from the ocean - we could see turtles from the balcony. Amazing ocean view - looking south-east. Well stocked kitchen. Beds are on the softer side. Flawless booking and check in process. Absolutely enjoyed our time! Thank you, Bob!
