To the right is the dining area. The dining table has seating for six, so everyone can gather for a home cooked meal together. The kitchen is right behind this area. The built-in breakfast bar has two additional seats.

The air conditioning is 3 split systems. One is located in the dining room, one in the master bedroom, and one in the living room. The second bedroom does not have this system, but will easily cool down with the door left open.
