Communication with the owners was helpful and quick. Cannot beat the location. 30 second walk to pool, parking, and ocean front. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Awesome view from the deck which is about 50 feet from waters edge. Well supplied condo was great for our 1 week stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Site description is very accurate, but note there is not AC. Bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and appliances seem somewhat new. It’s a small and quiet complex that is very well maintained.

The view from this condo is stunning! We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the sunset, the surfers, and the waves. The view extends into the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to prep some meals at the condo and the view from the kitchen was better than at many of the restaurants in the area. The beach gear (chairs, towels, cooler, boogie board) were appreciated! The condo is well maintained and was very clean. Wayne was responsive and helpful when we needed him. We would not hesitate to recommend this company or this condo and would love to stay here again. Mahalo for everything and aloha until next time.

Overall a nice unit. Had a good stay here, looking out at the ocean while sitting on the lanai is ideal. Nice pool and BBQ area and easy to walk into town.The only negative I have is the shower doors in the bathroom are worn out and need replaced, i was worried they would fall off.

It was a nice little place. Convenient walking distance to downtown. It was nice sitting out on the Lanai and having dinner there. The place was available earlier than expected and I was notified that we could arrive earlier. I posted a picture of us on the Lanai and the view.

Everything really was perfect, especially the location. We walked to everything, including our luau, the farmers market, local entertainment, and food. The view from the balcony was spectacular with not only beautiful rocks and water, but also lots of people on boogie boards and surfboards in the water. I really can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This condo delivered! Beautiful oceanside balcony where we had breakfast every morning; corner unit so it was quiet: well appointed for cooking at home; clean, firm beds with fans in both bedrooms. Sizable bathrooms and quiet doors - which sounds like a small thing! But if you wake up early like me, it means you can move around silently without waking up your kids ;) all in all a great stay - we loved walking downtown for coffee in the morning. I would definitely cook again.

The check in was a breeze and the host left great instructions for our stay. The condo is well stocked with some beach chairs, extra snorkel equipment, boogie boards, kitchen utensils and plenty of linens. The second floor gave us a nice view of the bay and the sunset. We enjoyed watching the surfers and boogie boarders enjoy the south swale during our stay. We also enjoyed walking to one of the great dinner spots that are on the water.

This was our first time in Kona, and we could not have been more pleased with this condo. Very easy to walk to all shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the balcony listening to the waves and watching sunsets. The unit was very clean and well was great to have a washer/dryer and all the of beach amenities. The description was very accurate. The property management team had great communication. We stayed during the Tsunami warning, and they were in constant contact with us. We enjoyed the pool and loved having a place to park without extra charge. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come stay again.

Our family enjoyed this apartment thoroughly. Everything was as mentioned in the description. Location was fantastic with a view to the sea; impeccable. We knew that there wasn’t a beach to swim in front of us so there’s nothing to say about it. It was nice to walk on the lava stones that’s the shore, but it’s impossible to swing there at least not for tourists. We enjoyed watching the surfers every morning and watching the waves. We actually stayed while we had that tsunami warning and the manager Kenneth even sent us immediately a message what we could consider doing. That was very much appreciated. Apartment amenities are super. There are lots of things for the beach that one could use. Dishwasher and washing machine are working well and the beds are very comfortable. Internet connection is super fast. Thank you and if we were to come back, we would certainly choose the same place.

Perfect condo in Kona! Gorgeous view, nice pool, comfortable beds, easy walk to shops and restaurants, and well-stocked with beach/snorkeling gear. The only issue with kitchen was no chef knives for chopping and cooking, only steak knives. The condo also had box fans in each bedroom closet, as we had asked management before and they said they didn’t. Just wish we had known so we didn’t pack a fan! There was even a shower stool in the closet! Pretty much everything you could need. Management was very attentive to our needs, as we had our fedEx delivery waiting on us and they had our clogged bathroom sink fixed within a few hours! We will definitely stay here again! This condo is situated perfectly. The pool and bbq areas are clean and calm. This is not the place for parties and loud music. The ocean makes the music at all times. Its very family friendly. Overall the condo is in a fantastic location. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The host is very much in communication with you throughout your stay offering suggestions of things to do as well as answering any questions you might have. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The best part is the view. You are directly in front of the ocean with nothing but great views. As for the things that could be better.... the walls to the outside common area are very thin and you hear everyone walking by when in bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and there should be a fan on the back deck to help keep the air circulating due to the afternoon sun. It really is a nice condo and we did enjoy ourselves.

The location was excellent! The entire facility/grounds were very well maintained. The parking garage was monitored. We felt very safe. Communication with our host was flawless, as was access into the condo. Nice rules and regulations meant that while the facility was family-friendly, it was also quiet (such as no Bluetooth speakers, forcing others to listen to someone else’s choice of music)! Host provided everything we could possibly need, including beach chairs (which we used daily), and umbrella. We would definitely recommend this unit, and we ourselves would stay here again!

AC doesn’t reach the back bedroom and it’s hot. The 1 box fan in the closet is not enough. Just beware if you need AC to sleep. Clean, well stocked and easy owner to reach. FYI the picture in the listing is not from this room. This room faces the street and honls beach, not the pool like the picture shows

Amazing views and great location but everything is damp and corroded. If there was A/C then maybe things would dry out. Couch cushions, kitchen chair cushions all damp and have mildew, inside ring of the washing machine is completely moldy. Towels never dry and so start smelling. All metal items (light fixtures, knives etc) are rusty and corroded. Soft patches on wall etc. We kept the fans on at all times. Overall the place needs a refresh. I know it’s hard to keep things dry this close to the ocean but we had stayed several nights at another place oceanfront and because they had A/C this was not a problem. Loved the location, pool was nice, walking distance to town, but in order to charge this much it really needs to be updated and cleaned up.

Loved the property. Everything was as described (or better), and the hosts were very helpful along the way. The location and views were amazing. Unit was well appointed, and clean, as was the overall complex. There is plenty of parking, and with the close proximity to shops and dining in Kona, you'll leave your car and walk to town. Definately a place I would recommend! Hated to leave Seaside Kona. but glad we stayed.

The hosts were fantastic. Great communication when we had questions. They had lovely hawaiian music playing on the tvs when we came in which made our entrance so enjoyable. We didn't need anything and took advantage of the fishing pool, pool supplies and binoculars that were available for use. Everything was wonderful, bed, sheets, layout and cleanliness. We would love to stay there again.

No elevator violates ADA rules, so yo must be healthy and strong to arrive at unit with several flights of stairs.Patio sun shades are not working, jets for hot tub not working, leather coaster in humid weather do not work.Bar chairs are not comfortable for bare feet, closet door guides are painful to bare feet (add tape to mark?)Would be nice to have a source of music. Please mark TV controllers by room bc they were in wrong place and we didn't know the problemPlease supply bug spray for indoors, a serrated knife, and more ice trays.We were celebrating our anniversary so champagne flutes would be nice.Received a 6 am text in response to a question three days before.No lock box with door key so we used the code for entry.

This condo AND host Kathy were simply amazing!! The décor screams “welcome to Hawaii, sit back and relax”! Kitchen: everything you need!! I did appreciate the extra trash bags, dish soap and scrubbers. Note…I didn’t know this beforehand, but no plastic bags are used on the island. There was a box of bags on top of the dryer (I left the ones I bought). There was a spice rack and salt/pepper available which just added another convenience when preparing our own meals.Washer/Dryer: Soap/dryer sheets provided. Cabinet next to Washer: sunscreen/lotion/first aid kit/Kleenex offered. I didn’t need them, but it was appreciated.Bathroom: Shampoo/conditioner/body wash offered. There were a few rolls of toilet paper to start with, which was appreciated. “Living space” was more than enough for just the two of us. Super comfy couch. We typically ate our food at the dining table on the Lanai which was great! There were books/games/cards to use which was thoughtful.Lanai: The rocking chairs are wonderful! It was great being able to watch the local boogie boarders ride the waves and the early morning Yoga classes on the beach. There are chairs/umbrella/cooler/water noodles/snorkel gear. Renting snorkel gear was 125 wk for 2.If this host has another vacation property, I will rent from them without question!! Tip: Arrive, settle in, BEFORE going to the store to purchase items. Trust me, this will save you some time & money.
