We thoroughly enjoyed our time and space at Pauls large and very well equipped oceanview condo. The lanai was a huge highlight for us. The view incredible. The ocean pool, another highlight being on the ocean. We loved the resort, very well cared for.

The condo was exactly as pictured. You need to get food, drink and condiments as the only things provided are salt/ pepper and a mornings worth of coffee. The condo was clean, beach stuff is provided. If you are considering the Manta night swim or daytime snorkel, book with Fair Wind. They are in the bay next to the resort. Sunsets are amazing at the ocean view pool!

yes we enjoyed your condo w many charming features , and of course wonderful private location . we spent quite a bit of the time at the beach pool. The waves were spectacularly beautiful. The remodeling next door was disconcerting with pounding and sawing Realize not in very your control The washer was antiquated It was difficult to use with lengthy time cycles At one point while trying to set a cycle, there was a strong and unpleasant oder of sewage Very upsetting However a lovely location Thank you.

This place has it all! The pictures absolutely represent th entire property. We especially loved the outdoor space for coffee, meals and whale watching. The pool area was great too. Our condo was in a great location and we were very happy it came equipped with beach chairs, pool noodles, and a water football! We had lots of pots and pans to cook meals in and the water and ice in the fridge was a huge plus! The blender that was provided in our unit had a piece broken and after I messaged the owner about it, he quickly had a brand new blender sent to us the next day. This was very sweet and helpful because we bought a huge pack of blender smoothies from Costco when we arrived. We loved using all 3 pools and hot tubs as well as the ping pong table and pickle ball court. We were very happy with this condo and location!

We had a second terrific stay at this beautiful property! The condo was clean and very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the beach towels for our snorkeling outings. We really enjoyed the pools and watching the sunset from the property and the easy location for getting to our favorite activities and nice places to grab dinner. Aloha! This was a wonderful stay. Beautiful ocean views, amenities (we often had the pools to ourselves, pickleball was great and never crowded), plus beach and harbor visits in walking distance. There was a few minor things that came up early on and both the owners and manager were very responsive. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The pictures do not reflect the units current condition. Additionally the upstairs is an open loft area AND not a queen bed but 2 single beds. Also the main downstairs bath was not recently remodeled, I suspect it was done years ago.

We had a wonderful few days here. Loved the balcony looking over H Bay. My wife and I sat out there quite a bit with a meal, coffee, or glass of wine. We used all 3 hot tubs in the complex, and the kids (3) loved playing pickleball and table tennis. On-site staff were friendly/helpful, and we chatted with numerous friendly guests/residents as well. AC worked great. Sofa bed was nice (for our youngest). Place was clean, etc. Good communication with host as needed. Very convenient location for the activities we were there to enjoy (manta snorkel and other snorkeling at bays to the south). The only thing less-than-perfect is that I like to cook and I found the kitchen a little small and dated (lighting, lack of range light/fan), but it was definitely manageable. Would return here for sure.

This condo was as listed. It was absolutely perfect!!! The extras the condo had was an added bonus like the snorkeling and tennis stuff!! Only complaint was there was not enough hot water for everyone to shower it ran out very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Great communication, amazing condo, perfect location. The condo is super clean and has literally everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of linens, paper goods, washer/dryer, detergent. The storage closet on the lanai has all the beach gear you need - umbrella, cooler, chairs, beach bag, sand toys, snorkels, flippers. Pickleball paddles and balls, tennis balls, even some golf balls and tees… this place has everything! The view can’t be beat. The condo is oceanfront - expansive views and waves crashing on lava rocks. Very close to oceanfront pool but the building in between means you can’t hear the people (kids) at the pool! The main lanai is spacious, and there are additional lanais off the bedrooms. Air conditioning units in king bedrooms worked wonderfully for cool sleeping. There’s also one in the living room. The property is beautiful - oceanfront pool is lovely. Great location - out of the bustle of Kona. Easy access to the Captain Cook area - great restaurants down there with less of the upcharge you get in downtown Kona. We loved Reel Aloha Poke and the smoothie place next door! From the condo it’s a very short drive to Keauhou Bay where you can book some adventures like night snorkeling with manta rays (the “manta ray village” is right there in the bay so it’s just a few minutes on the boat) - we thought the folks at SeaQuest were genuine and lovely. Overall this condo is top notch and the location is ideal! We loved every minute!

Nice property and in a very good community and location. Plenty of towels, sheets an very comfortable bed. The kitchen had every utensil and appliance we could think of. Although, some utensils were old and could use an upgrade. The cabinetry and furniture are a little dated. TV in the bedroom wasn’t connecting to WiFi so was unusable.Overall, a good property and would definitely recommend.
