Our stay was awesome! The condo is a few feet from the water and it was great to hear the waves against the shore. The furnishings and amenities were very food. And lastly, thee property manager Tara was very responsive to a couple of minor issues we noted, and they were resolved promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful ocean front location. We found the condo to be spacious. Comfortable furniture and beds with great shower for evening relaxation after a day's activities. Beautiful decorations. Condo grounds are lovely and location is very convenient to restaurants and stores.

We loved the condo. It well furnished and had everything you could think of including great views of the ocean from the Lanai and the living/dining room areas. It was well decorated. We loved the art work.
If we had any suggestions, we would recommend the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms be replaced soon and that the vegetation in front of the Lanai be pruned.
We would rent it again.

Starting every morning with a fresh cup of Kona Coffee overlooking the ocean watching the waves crash against the rocks was amazing. We enjoyed the mongooses and Neighborhood family of wild Turkey's that came out to greet our car as we would come and go. We planned activities every other day so we could relax and enjoy the condo and the beauty surrounding it. We even used the very nice stainless steel grill close to the condo unit. management was very helpful and friendly, guard at gate was friendly too. Condo was well appointed with kitchen supplies and the snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels where all very handy. We even used the blankets to keep warm on Mauna Kea as we did not pack jackets and it was 50 degrees up there for star gazing, which was unreal ! 10 out of 10 for best vacation ever. Thank you

This place is amazing! Great for families. The two bedrooms are next to each other which I preferred having a young child with us in the other room. Spacious! Well stocked. Clean. The lanai and view are amazing and relaxing. Pools and community were nice too. Only negatives would say the security is strict with the pool areas asking kids to keep voices down, even when its not "quiet hours" and you are on the first floor and might have some heavy feet above you (we did for only half the stay but was tolerable). Loved the unit will 100% come back and next time stay longer.

As close to a perfect stay on the island as you can get! Best view from the lanai in the whole complex, comfy beds, and super responsive and friendly personal management. Everything worked and the place was well stocked with everything you could need. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Everything about this property was great. We loved the apartment as it was fully stocked with everything we could ever need. The oven wasn't working at the time, but who bakes while on vacation?! Lots of extra towels, blankets, sheets, kitchen supplies and beach supplies. The closets were stocked with anything we could have needed. Also loved the three pools to choose from at the property. A different vibe at each one, and none was every too crowded. Highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Beautiful views from this condo, and the sound of the surf at night is so pleasant. A large, roomy condo that met our needs beautifully ( two senior couples ). Close to excellent restaurants and grocery stores. Great pools at the complex, too. Appreciated the coffee gift left for us. We would return to this well-loved unit.

Our family of 5 enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the waves crash on the rocks and seeing the gorgeous sunsets. The condo had everything we needed along with beautiful furnishings. It was a great location for our day trips around the island. We also really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. We hope to be back someday!

This is a lovely property. The location is great in that you are close to a grocery store and few restaurants (minutes) but out of the fray of Kailua Kona. We had Surf Lessons and a great Snorkel Cruise that left from (took place at) locations also very close to the Condo. We loved that there were pickel ball courts and pools as well. The condo itself was clean, had everything needed and it was so easy to communicate with the owner and on site manager. We plan to return

Oh, the view! I did not want to leave! We visited Hawaii with our children and grandchildren and decided to splurge and book this condo with the million dollar view for the two of us. We were not disappointed. Everything about this unit is high end; the furniture, the kitchen, all appliances, the bathrooms, plus one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The sunsets from the lanai and from the pool area were breathtaking and the sound of the surf is so comforting! This area is convenient for many shopping areas and restaurants. This is the "Big" island so we did a lot of traveling to visit Hilo, Volcano Park, interesting beaches(some a bit challenging to get into because of rocks) and hiking areas. It was always wonderful to come home to this lovely condo. The owner was easy to contact and has provided a little bit of paradise for travelers. The closet on the lanai is so well supplied with things you'll need for the beach, even including a cooler! Enjoy your stay here. Did I mention the view from the lanai? I hated to leave!

Our family of four (children 10 and 12) stayed at this unit for a week in March 2022. We loved everything about it. Ocean views from the balcony are spectacular! We cooked several meals in the kitchen and by using one of the common area BBQs. Over the course of the week we also enjoyed the multiple pools and the tennis courts on the property. We also used the beach gear and snorkeling equipment from the unit as we journeyed out to several beaches up and down the Kona coast. The Keauhou Shopping center just outside the complex at the highway was super useful: KTA Grocery Store, Longs Drugs, Gas Station, Bianelli's Pizza, and Kenichi Pacific restaurant were all enjoyed. This was a good launching point for Volcanoes NP and Kailua-Kona attractions. Kahalu'u Beach snorkeling is nearby (5 mins drive) and is not to be missed. Pu'uhonua O Honaunau National Park is 30 minutes away and was also a highlight. It is truly a "place of refuge". Bring a picnic!

The property was fantastic. It was everything it was advertised to be. It looked just like the pictures. The unit was well-stocked in every way - from the kitchen to towels (bath & beach) to beach toys (snorkel gear (4), chairs (4), cooler, umbrella, etc.). The views on the lanai were outstanding. Eating breakfast there every morning never got old. The property was located in a beautiful and well-kept condo development and we even made use of the community pickleball court, with the loaner equipment at the office. Communication with the owners was perfect. We received check-in information well in advance of our stay and continued the communication throughout our visit when we had questions. This was by far the best VRBO unit I've ever stayed in. I can't recommend it enough. As for the reviewer who had negative comments (the crashing surf was too loud, etc.), he must be a whiner who is looking for something negative to say. Don't listen to him. Great job Jerry & Jodi. We loved the place and the whole island.

We have stayed here prior and it is the best view on the island. It is very private. I will be going back as it is just what I needed during the covid. The reason I gave it a 4 was due to the few items that need TLC. The jacuzzi in the master didn't work and no note. Hopefully that will be fixed when I return. Also the icemaker didn't work. A few little minor updates from a hole in tile in kitchen and there was a leak under the sink in the master which was fixed the same day! The on sight service is wonderful and Tara was on everything. They even had coffee and mac nut cookies..great touch! Can't wait to go back for an extended stay. Bryan the person you rent from is super responsive and helpful. All in all GREAT rental, with lots of toys for the beach and things for the kitchen, as I ate home!

The property is well appointed and private. Kitchen, bedroom and bath all clean and comfortable. Close to grocery stores and access to snorkeling boat and Manta Ray dives. No beach but wave crash on lava rock just below the deck. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location. We spent most of our time trying to make it back to enjoy the lanai because the views here were more spectacular than any place we visited. The sunsets literally took our breath away and the sound of the ocean crashing against the rocks just added to the ambience. Side tip: go to the farmers market in Waimea(fresh flowers, organic fruits & veggies, fresh nut butters)! Def a highlight.

This property was centrally located and made a great home away from home. The listing was spot-on and the location was ideal and very close to some of the best beaches we've ever been to. The unit was stocked well and there were many amenities like ample beach towels, chairs to use at the beach, snorkeling equipment as well as the owner left us coffee, cookies, and leis to welcome us. There was a slight issue with the sink backing up but Kent and Tara were both great to work with and they even offered to comp us for our troubles. Would highly recommend this location if you plan to stay in the Kona area - we would definitely stay there again!

We’re always right at home here. The lanai is so special, watching the waves and the boats going by.
Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, golf and snorkeling. The tennis courts are in good shape and there are beach chairs and stuff to borrow. The pools are pristine.

1.Please don't let the photos posted online fool you! Yes the patio is next to the ocean however the waves crashes are very strong and there is no accessible beach. The water is not beautiful at all. At night the waves crashes onto the rocks really hard that can disturb your sleep.
2. The furniture are outdated and old.
3. There is no privacy door separating the master bed from master bathroom.
4. 3 days into our stay we found huge cockroach in the living room. Apparently, this is normal because we saw someone placed several cockroach traps in the living room and kitchen. We mentioned this to the owner and he said that is expected.
5. We stayed for 6 nights and 5 of those nights there were noisy stomping people on the condo above that we were not able to sleep. Again the owner said it was normal and if we have problem, we have to came in call security ourselves.
6. On the last day, at 11 AM the cleaners abruptly came in and rudely kicked us out without warning even though we requested for 30 minute extra time from the owner.
Overall - PLEASE SWAY AWAY FROM THIS CONDO 1801 LIKE A BAD HABIT !!!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation here. The views of the ocean are incredible, we spent every morning out on the lanai watching the waves crash against the rocks. The unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials. We liked the pools and even made use of the tennis court. This property is in a perfect.location for exploring the Kona side. Breathtaking views and a truly wonderful home! We had such a great experience during our stay - we appreciated having a beautiful lanai to enjoy sunsets, beach accessories, everything we needed in the kitchen and in the baths. The home met all of our needs and we enjoyed looking at the artwork appointing this home. The pools, tennis courts, and many other amenities at the resort were amazing. We would love to come back!

This is a perfect place for your holiday! The location, the amenities and comfort all made us feel at home. The ocean is so close you can catch the spray when a big wave hits, if you want to! 3 pools in a gated community, super nice and safe. Highly recommend this property.

When it comes to choosing accomodations for vacation, there are needs and nice-to-to haves. This place checked every box. Super comfortable beds. Three new A/C mini-splits. 2 large bathrooms. A stunning view of the sunset. Waves slamming into lava rock within 50 feet of a spacious balcony. Minutes from wonderful down town Kona and Ali'i Drive. Snorkel and body boards for the kids. Beautiful grounds with amazing trees and flowers. Even designated, covered parking! The hosts even pointed us to Turo online, the car rental version of Air-BnB, because EVERY car rental agency was booked up for months! This place, and our hosts, were nothing short of perfect!
