Great location to get around island. Very quiet, and peaceful area. A C worked great, comfortable beds, enjoyed hearing ocean at night, communication with property manager was fast and easy. The stairs going to the bedrooms are a little difficult if you have mobility issues.

This was a lovely property that me and my family really enjoyed. We cooked and ate most of our meals here and the kitchen had all of the cookware and tableware we needed. They had a closet full of supplies from beach towels to water shoes to boogie boards, making things quite easy. The washer and dryer in the unit was helpful! The complex and surrounding area was very nice with swimming and pickleball l, giving the kids extra things to do. The beds were comfortable, which was nice after our busy days around the island. The air conditioning was quite refreshing given the humidity during the overcast days. A clean and cozy place to enjoy each day!!

This rental was everything we dreamed it would be. Even though we didn't use it much, the upper bedroom was very comfy with the fans. There was such a nice tradewind breeze that most of the time we didn't use the air conditioning. the unit is very spacious and absolutely gorgeous with all the decor, making it a relaxing and restful stay. The beds were nice and the kitchen as well-stocked. This rental gets a 6 out of 5 stars!

Our host, Maria, was great! She was available to help and answer questions immediately. All the supplies we needed were available. Unit was well furnished and very clean. I can’t say enough about the location and being able to hear the waves crashing at night. It truly is a Hawaiian paradise. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Kona area

This was in a great location for exploring the island. It's not in a very peaceful area with traffic, people, tennis, etc. but with windows closed it was fine. The little beach near the condo was quiet and nice even though we didn't swim there. TV and streaming was so nice to have. Pool was nice. Beds were super comfy. Owner was great at communication. It did the job for our trip.

The property was right on the ocean with good views. That patio was wonderful and the home had plenty of space for a family of 4. It was clean with no major issues. It's located inside a nice, gated community with a pool, tennis, and pickleball. It's also located near Kona, so there is relatively quick access to a nice, walkable strip. There were a couple minor annoyances, such as the sliding doors/screens not working smoothly, the front door not shutting easily from the outside, and the TV had a partially damaged screen.

Amazing location, right on the ocean. Small beach and water access straight out of the door. Close to Kahalu’u Beach Park. Very thoughtfully prepared for guests and comfortable. Keauhou Surf and Racket Club was quiet, family friendly, with a great pool. Townhouse and grounds were beautiful.

The location and view from the lanai were fantastic. The main living areas were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are not in great shape and there is mold in the shower. For the price I paid, I would have expected more supplies too (there was only one dish towel provided, a tiny bar of soap, etc.). It did not feel very welcoming compared to other short-term rentals.

We had a wonderful stay on the Big Island. The home was clean, comfortable, and a great place to come back to after long days of exploring. We did experience a few minor issues with the microwave and occasional WiFi interruptions, and AC would make it even more comfortable, but overall we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the island.

Let’s start with the location first. Easy access to a little beach that is mostly volcanic rock and some sand. Excellent place to catch sunset. This area has little title pools where you can see different kinds of urchin and fish and occasionally a manta ray. There are two grocery stores and several shopping centers nearby so you can stock up on food. There are two really good coffee, shops and several really good restaurants for affordable eating out options. The swimming pool is great when we stayed there was ukulele classes on Monday mornings and Tuesdays and Thursday mornings are water aerobics, which is actually a lot of fun the rest of the grounds easy access to outdoor grills plenty of walking areas to walk to and from the beach and up to the shopping center if you desire.Now now for the unit itself, what a great cozy little condo. If the weather gets bad, there is an enormous TV that you can watch movies or TV on while the weather passes. The kitchen has every gadget you might need as well as a coffee pot and electric stove and the washer and dryer are located in the kitchen as well as the refrigerator. The lanai outback is a great place to watch the geckos climb up and down the side of the building, the mongoose skitter from bush to bush, and listen to all of the birds in the morning sing. Two showers make it really nice. If you have multiple people both bedrooms we found to be excellent air conditioning options for both rooms

The exhaust fan was acting a little funny but they addressed that fast! Next time we will get Air conditioning though. We are not use to the humidity! But the club is awesome and has everything you need and more! Great beach access, tennis, pickleball, pool and more! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our time at this Vrbo so much! We especially loved the lanai facing the water, the views were breathtaking. We spent hours upon hours drinking coffee and wine, playing cards and games, colouring, and watching the waves (we even saw whales!).We were in Kona during the storm and saw a lot of rain, but we were quite protected on this magical lanai.The condo is so well done, it’s incredibly thoughtful and set up to ensure your time there is perfect. I loved the welcome binder, and the kitchen was an amazing place to cook meals for my family while still enjoying the views. The vaulted ceilings, double bathrooms, and three bedrooms made the condo feel very spacious.It was also nice to have our own laundry room to wash towels and clothing as needed.The community was welcoming, and the other guests were lovely to interact with at the pool. It was also fun watching people from the lanai, all mesmerized by the ocean.This was our first extended family getaway, and my mom’s first trip in ten years, which made it even more special.We will definitely be back!Our contact, Tiffany, was very responsive and easy to get a hold of.My only suggestion would be to have coffee, sweetener, and cream available upon arrival, especially being in the Kona coffee belt, this would be an awesome touch!Thank you again! We arrived in Kona during the storms. Our travel was disrupted and it was off to a rough start. Everything about the townhouse was easy check in that night. The location is great. The units are older, but nicely kept. The ocean is stunning. It was just steps away. It was a nice place to relax. The private beach next to the development was an added plus. It is a quiet place to relax with ocean breeze. I would stay here again.

We had a very positive stay in spite of being there during the Kona low storm. A few suggestions~ a written fact sheet with information about the facility would be very helpful. You could include info about how to enter the pool area, how to use the TVs and lighting systems. The washing machine gaskets were mold covered. One very strong suggestion I have is to please include a stepstool in the master bedroom. I am 5’ 2” tall and had a very difficult time getting up onto the bed. It is really a fall risk. The smoke alarms kept going off for no reason. One of your onsite managers came over when we weren’t home and put the alarm in the freezer. Your company was responsive in this regard.

My family really enjoyed our stay here! The ocean and sunset views were incredible and the entire property was so comfortable and homey. We had access to all the beach toys and towels we could have wanted, plus all the kitchen gadgets and appliances we would ever need. We did have an issue with some tiny ants in the kitchen but the property managers were very quick to respond and offer assistance when we asked for help with that. Overall, we were very very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this property again!

Strike 1. We walked in and were met with a very strong musty damp smell. Opening windows and doors helped, but it never went away. We can overlook the little cockroaches(it's Hawaii), but the smell was unacceptable.Strike 2. The unit flooded and the management company was awful. We got permission to use all towels and linens to stop the flow of water coming in. It didn't help. Kitchen, bedroom, hallway, bathroom all with standing water. We asked if they could put us in another unit, "no, it's too late for that". It was 7:30pm. Later that night they texted me the address to a shelter. No offer to find us a hotel. I am not moving my 83y/o mom to a shelter. I did call the area hotels and they were booked, so we stayed and left the next morning.Strike 3. No one for the management company called or texted to see if we were okay. Stay at your own risk.

Needed some updates with paint, larger kitchen trash can, list of basics included in the kitchen. Washing machine made a lot of noise. A/C is the downstairs bedroom didn’t keep us cool enough. The house was clean and ready but they wouldn’t allow us to check in because the door was coded to open at 4pm. If I had known the office was off Henry st., I would have shown up and inquired in person. Couldn’t use my rewards points during the payment process.
