We loved our stay! The lanai is beautiful and so nice to watch the ocean. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It's in a nice location, close to a store and not far to town. Great middle location. The only suggestion I thought about was maybe a room darkening shade for the twin bed room because it gets very bright in the morning! But that's small. Maybe there was one and the boys didn't notice. :) Mahalo!!

This is a lovely condo for our family of five.We had everything we needed, down to the snorkel and beach gear. We could easily prepare a family meal or pop out to a nearby local restaurant for a bite to eat. We enjoyed this location for the space and scenery. All our needs were met, or yet, we could easily access those items we forgot or wanted.Our family of grown children could spread out and feel like they weren't restricted. Each room has its own bathroom, and showers were easy. We enjoyed one anothers company and our privacy as well.

Our family of six had a great time here. Kitchen was stocked with pans, utensils,lots of plates and bowls. Large refrigerator, dishwasher and range with oven. Elegant countertop to sit by and enjoy meals. The package of ground Kona coffee was greatly appreciated! We got some of our own supplies like olive oil, some spices, more Kona coffee, and laundry detergent. The two bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. A stairway to the loft leads to two twin beds also very comfortable. The two full bathrooms downstairs and powder room in the loft all were very nice and had enough towels, soap and shampoo. The living area leads to a balcony where we could sit, look out over the golf course, gaze on the blue ocean beyond and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Host is easy to get in touch with as when I had to ask about a rental agreement I had to sign and return via email, that surprised me.Some construction was also going on behind the apartments during the Friday we were there, which was a bit noisy but we were out most of the day. Then the weekend came so not much of a bother. Both bedrooms have A/C. The loft does not but we felt it was cool enough mid June and we were fine with the many fans everywhere. Overall a great stay! From the start to the finish of our trip it was amazing. This condo is really well appointmented and has a beautiful lani to sit on. The beds were comfy and the condo beautifully decorated. The property management company was extremely helpful and amazing to work with. It was easy communication and any questions were answered within 5 minutes. The kitchen is well equipped. fridge water tastes salty. The tab water tastes better. Some days I saw a roach in the cupboards. AC is available in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it is a decent place.

This is the best appointed condo I have ever stayed in...and I have stayed in quite a few. The appliances are lovely..and EVERYTHING worked perfectly! Lovely decor and so much was provided for. The rooms were clean, the air conditioner worked well for the first five days, then it kicked on and off for the remaining stay. Had to turn the breaker on and off to start. Could use some better cutting knives and large frying pans. Either than that, the location was close to lots of shops, great grocery store and ease of location to get around easily to lots of beaches.

We had the most perfect stay here. I loved the patio/lani, I spent mornings and evenings over looking the ocean, there was minimal noise from the golf course or neighbors. The condo had loads of amenities, it was well stocked with kitchen gear, it had really anything you could imagine. There was plenty of beach gear to borrow: chairs, pool noodles, snorkel gear, towels, umbrella, beach mats, and half bottles of sunblock from previous guests. The condo was well stocked with soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, ect… but do make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner. The beds were super comfy. There were 2 AC units and lots of fans. I loved that there were no stairs. We used the pool which was nice and warm, the hot tub was almost too hot but nice after a long day, and the grill by the pool was a nice bonus. Paul was our contact and was very responsive. I would 100% stay here again!!!

The condo was just like it was described minus the birds singing at night (in the front room, you really hear it) but other than that, I loved that there was coffee and coffee filters and basic kitchen provided. And the communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great location. The manager is very responsive and assisted promptly when internet was down. We traveled with family and rented 2 condos in this same Club Villa. This one was dated compared to the other unit. It worked well however, and we were still very happy.

The view of the sunsets were amazing. We really enjoyed watching people golf passed the condo as well. It was large enough to give everyone their own space to enjoy quiet. The two pools we used were clean and well maintained. The overall location was good. Close to a grocery store, restaurants, and downtown Kona as well as our favorite snorkel beaches and night snorkeling with the manta rays. Lisa was wonderful to work with addressed any concerns immediately. I hope to return again soon

We had a wonderful stay at this Country Club Villas condo in February 2026. From the initial reservation to checkout, everything was communicated well and there were no questions about anything. The condo itself was totally upgraded, and very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen things, new appliances, and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows comfortable. The lanai was fabulous. We are not golfers, but never knew we could have so much fun watching people golf. And, there was a first row seat for the sunset every night! The pool was excellent! The only complaint there was the hot tub at the pool didn't seem to want to work correctly, We reported it to maintenance, and it was fixed, but wasn't hot again the next day. We had a tiny glitch with the door code device in that it stopped working on day two. We called Tom, the listed handyman for the condo, and he came by with a key for us to use for the remainder of the trip. Overall, I give this condo a 10 out of 10, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Our host went above and beyond to warmly welcome us to Hawaii. The unit is very comfortable and relaxing after a full day of activities, we enjoyed drinks and dinner on the lanai overlooking the 18th hole of Kona Country Club Gold course and the sweeping views of the ocean with incredible sunsets. The place was very clean. We would love to make this an annual tradition and no doubt will make 226 our “go to”. Highly recommend. Mahalo nui.

The condo was a great space for our group. Loved the views and the deck for morning coffee. There were two things I didn't like. One was there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom so we ended up running out with 6 adults and didn't realize we were out until it was necessary! We had to buy more toilet paper and garbage bags. When I called the management company, they said they only supply the base level of those items which was not mentioned in the listing or any of their communications to give us any warning. Secondly, the garbage bins were removed from the property one day without warning so we went to take out the garbage and there were no bins. The garbage just had to sit there in the kitchen for the whole day, so not the most ideal. Again, some sort of heads up or notice to expect that would have been nice. Otherwise, we had a great time.

The place was very nice and comfortable for all of us to stay. The only thing I wish is that the air conditioning would be in the spare bedroom. We open the doors at night and let the cross freeze fill the unit which helped. Also, the air conditioner in the master bedroom was quite loud and blowed on us laying in the bed. The only thing that would improve this unit is central air. Our stay was great we enjoyed everything there was plenty of amenities.

This property was incredible. It is well maintained, beautifully decorated and very, very comfortable. It is located in a beautiful, discreet location that overlooks a beautiful golf course. We were able to take short, uphill walks to great restaurants with great views of the ocean and outstanding sunsets and downhill strolls to a small harbor and beach. We had a fantastic, relaxing time and our host was awesome to work with and very supportive in our adventures. We would do this again in a microsecond at this location and with this host! This place is gorgeous for staying on the Big Island if you like going out for snorkeling, 20 minutes to two steps and Captain Cook. Also, walking distance to the grocery store. The ocean view and golf course view are also great while you sit on the balcony. The room is a great fit for a family and has everything you need, recommended.

The pictures don’t lie, this unit is gorgeous. Furthermore, it is one of the best equipped rentals I’ve ever patronized, From kitchen to toiletries to beach equipment, we wanted for little and what we bought, we gladly donated as we left as the home had more of a community-use vibe than the usual managed-minimalist vibe. Like others, we also found ourselves the frequent lone users of the nearest pool and community grills. We also found that we were as entertained watching the wildlife associated with the small gulch along the golf course out back as the golfers themselves. So many beautiful birds - bring binoculars! I shopped a long time before I landed on this place for our vacation for 6 adults. It was an amazing deal from a top notch renter.

My favorite part was waking up early and looking out at the ocean. A few times located whales with the binoculars. The view was amazing. The condo was clean and had several kitchen items that was useful, such as a blender for smoothies, some spices, well-stocked.

We usually stay much closer to town, in fact walking distance to everything. This location is maybe 10-15 minute drive, but we loved it. The property was very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing, you can see the night manta ray snorkeling lights and watch some terrible golfers (I say this because of the golf balls I heard hit the building off a tee). The property had everything we needed, though the coffee Grinder provided did not work, but management said they will take care of that. The times we reached out to the management (before and during our stay), they got right back to me. There were many beach towels, a beach chair (we also left the one we bought at Costco), a few pool noodles, a couple small coolers and some snorkeling gear. We used the bbq at the pool one night and did not have to wait. Beds were comfortable and the living area and kitchen were great for hanging out at the end of the days. We also talked to a few owners in the community while there and everyone was super nice. Parking was down stairs and like three spots away and you can see your car from the kitchen window. We also went to the local KTA and had a good experience. The Big Island is definitely our favorite and that has a lot to do with the people. If we could relocate, this island and area would be the place.

Our group of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. My husband loved the mattress in the downstairs master bedroom. He wants to know what it is so we can get one for our home, lol. The view is amazing. We loved our kick back mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the tranquility of the ocean view and the golfers. The pools were lovely as well. The only negative was the itty bitty teeny tiny little bugs/ants that were crawling on the pots and pans in the cabinet/drawer. They were so small. If you weren't paying attention, you may not even see them. That's how small they were. We had never seen such small ant-like bugs. But it's Hawaii where you expect to come across bugs and geckos, lol. We just washed the pans before using and went on with our day. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and will! We truly loved it!

This was the perfect place to stay for a week-long vacation on the big island! We loved the pool and used it daily (and we were often the only ones swimming in it!), we could drive to the beach easily, and the home was well-appointed with anything you’d need. The rooms were spacious and clean, the balcony’s sunsets were extraordinary, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner! It was a great home for a multi-generational family vacation and we would absolutely stay again!

This was the perfect rental for me and my four family members! The common living room, kitchen and barstools, and lanai provided plenty of space to chill together, and the three bedrooms and bathrooms allowed my husband and I, my teenage son, and my parents to sleep comfortably. We really enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets on the lanai. We also appreciated all of the amenities, especially the washer/dryer, dish washer, beach towels, cooler bags, ice trays/packs, and bath liquid soap.As for the location, the condo is a perfect home base to travel around the whole island. A designated parking spot is an easy 1 min walk. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a gas station within a 2 min drive.Pro tip: if you want to make coffee, there is a regular coffee maker, no Keurig, so make sure to buy ground coffee and not K-cups.The owner was very friendly, communicative, and responsive, providing lots of information before our arrival that we used for planning.Bottom line, we highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again. Phenomenal ocean views. Perfect place for up to six. Nice community on golf course of a country club with a nice club bar and grill just a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. The loft was hot in September as it did not have an AC unit like the other two bedrooms and it was difficult to cool the whole house. A little too warm notwithstanding, the communication with the rental agent, the interior space and on property amenities including a pool and hot tub access were all outstanding. Would stay again in a minute but an upstairs A/C and a few more fans in the unit could go along way.

The location of this condo was great, nice area with a central location. The biggest issue we had is this condo is not fully air conditioned. There is a window unit in each bedroom and a small unit upstairs in the open loft area. There is no air conditioning in the main area. We were instructed to leave the back door and kitchen window open (and front door when we were there), which did not provide enough breeze to combat the heat/humidity. I stayed with my teenage boys and my 80 year old parents. It was uncomfortable for me, I felt bad for my parents. If you want actual air conditioning do not stay at this condo. The other frustration, I received a text message from the property management at 7:20pm on the day of arrival that we may receive a delivery of a fridge that night. I responded to please have it delivered asap as it was 10:20pm our time and we had been traveling all day. No delivery. We were contacted again about a second delivery which we said we were not available to accept. I received a phone message (3rd time contacted) at 7:40am stating Lowes would be delivering a fridge, 15 minutes later they showed up. There was issues with copper wiring, turning off water, the fridge had to be dismantled to fit. Apparently these were our problems to deal with. Otherwise, we had a nice trip but I wouldn't stay here again.
