The pictures don’t lie, this unit is gorgeous. Furthermore, it is one of the best equipped rentals I’ve ever patronized, From kitchen to toiletries to beach equipment, we wanted for little and what we bought, we gladly donated as we left as the home had more of a community-use vibe than the usual managed-minimalist vibe. Like others, we also found ourselves the frequent lone users of the nearest pool and community grills. We also found that we were as entertained watching the wildlife associated with the small gulch along the golf course out back as the golfers themselves. So many beautiful birds - bring binoculars! I shopped a long time before I landed on this place for our vacation for 6 adults. It was an amazing deal from a top notch renter.

My favorite part was waking up early and looking out at the ocean. A few times located whales with the binoculars. The view was amazing. The condo was clean and had several kitchen items that was useful, such as a blender for smoothies, some spices, well-stocked.

We usually stay much closer to town, in fact walking distance to everything. This location is maybe 10-15 minute drive, but we loved it. The property was very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing, you can see the night manta ray snorkeling lights and watch some terrible golfers (I say this because of the golf balls I heard hit the building off a tee). The property had everything we needed, though the coffee Grinder provided did not work, but management said they will take care of that. The times we reached out to the management (before and during our stay), they got right back to me. There were many beach towels, a beach chair (we also left the one we bought at Costco), a few pool noodles, a couple small coolers and some snorkeling gear. We used the bbq at the pool one night and did not have to wait. Beds were comfortable and the living area and kitchen were great for hanging out at the end of the days. We also talked to a few owners in the community while there and everyone was super nice. Parking was down stairs and like three spots away and you can see your car from the kitchen window. We also went to the local KTA and had a good experience. The Big Island is definitely our favorite and that has a lot to do with the people. If we could relocate, this island and area would be the place.

Our group of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. My husband loved the mattress in the downstairs master bedroom. He wants to know what it is so we can get one for our home, lol. The view is amazing. We loved our kick back mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the tranquility of the ocean view and the golfers. The pools were lovely as well. The only negative was the itty bitty teeny tiny little bugs/ants that were crawling on the pots and pans in the cabinet/drawer. They were so small. If you weren't paying attention, you may not even see them. That's how small they were. We had never seen such small ant-like bugs. But it's Hawaii where you expect to come across bugs and geckos, lol. We just washed the pans before using and went on with our day. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and will! We truly loved it!

This was the perfect place to stay for a week-long vacation on the big island! We loved the pool and used it daily (and we were often the only ones swimming in it!), we could drive to the beach easily, and the home was well-appointed with anything you’d need. The rooms were spacious and clean, the balcony’s sunsets were extraordinary, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner! It was a great home for a multi-generational family vacation and we would absolutely stay again!

This was the perfect rental for me and my four family members! The common living room, kitchen and barstools, and lanai provided plenty of space to chill together, and the three bedrooms and bathrooms allowed my husband and I, my teenage son, and my parents to sleep comfortably. We really enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets on the lanai. We also appreciated all of the amenities, especially the washer/dryer, dish washer, beach towels, cooler bags, ice trays/packs, and bath liquid soap.As for the location, the condo is a perfect home base to travel around the whole island. A designated parking spot is an easy 1 min walk. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a gas station within a 2 min drive.Pro tip: if you want to make coffee, there is a regular coffee maker, no Keurig, so make sure to buy ground coffee and not K-cups.The owner was very friendly, communicative, and responsive, providing lots of information before our arrival that we used for planning.Bottom line, we highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again. Phenomenal ocean views. Perfect place for up to six. Nice community on golf course of a country club with a nice club bar and grill just a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. The loft was hot in September as it did not have an AC unit like the other two bedrooms and it was difficult to cool the whole house. A little too warm notwithstanding, the communication with the rental agent, the interior space and on property amenities including a pool and hot tub access were all outstanding. Would stay again in a minute but an upstairs A/C and a few more fans in the unit could go along way.

The location of this condo was great, nice area with a central location. The biggest issue we had is this condo is not fully air conditioned. There is a window unit in each bedroom and a small unit upstairs in the open loft area. There is no air conditioning in the main area. We were instructed to leave the back door and kitchen window open (and front door when we were there), which did not provide enough breeze to combat the heat/humidity. I stayed with my teenage boys and my 80 year old parents. It was uncomfortable for me, I felt bad for my parents. If you want actual air conditioning do not stay at this condo. The other frustration, I received a text message from the property management at 7:20pm on the day of arrival that we may receive a delivery of a fridge that night. I responded to please have it delivered asap as it was 10:20pm our time and we had been traveling all day. No delivery. We were contacted again about a second delivery which we said we were not available to accept. I received a phone message (3rd time contacted) at 7:40am stating Lowes would be delivering a fridge, 15 minutes later they showed up. There was issues with copper wiring, turning off water, the fridge had to be dismantled to fit. Apparently these were our problems to deal with. Otherwise, we had a nice trip but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great place. Close to the Keahou shopping center and downtown Kona. Also very close to Keahou Harbor where many excursions leave from. The rental had all the amenities needed plus beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers, and just about anything else you might need. Several board games for family fun. We even had a show right off the lanai watching the landscapers climb the super tall trees to trim them! And pigs on the golf course haha. Don’t miss the free Hula show on Friday nights across the street at Keahou shopping center! We would absolutely stay here again! The sunsets off the Lanai here are epic!

Gorgeous views of the ocean and of the golf course! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it perfect for our group! AC in all 3 bedrooms was fantastic for those hot nights. Several ceiling fans. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, serving platter, large bowls, knife set, silverware, cutting board, etc. Huge fridge and freezer with many ice cube trays. Pleasantly surprised with the sink water…tasted delicious to me so didn’t need to purchase drinking water, which was pretty expensive on the island. Plenty of dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry tabs, dryer sheets, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. provided. Several spices in the cupboard and condiments in the fridge. Seems visitors leave their leftovers for the next guests. Worked out great for us to not have to purchase the staples. Shopping center nearby with a grocery store, many restaurants, stores and a pharmacy. Pretty easy walk. About a mile away was the catamaran we used for our excursions to go snorkeling and swimming with the manta rays. Our son used Uber/Lyft to meet up with friends a few times. Cost about 20 with tip each time. Great location. Easy drive to tons of beaches. Appreciated the 4 beach chairs (plus a lawn chair), snorkels/fins, variety of sizes of soft-sided coolers, 2 boogie boards, beach umbrella, and other toys found in the closet. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Used the grill by the pool. Beautifully landscaped property. Great communication with the owner. I’d book this condo again!

This condo was our summer home base as we toured Big Island and all the wonders. Checknin was smooth and simple! The central location made travel to beaches, snorkelling, the air port and shopping easy. You definately need a car and the this slice of heaven had a parking spot included. The host was super responsive and the condo and amenities were in top notch condition. We made lots of new friends at the pool and bbqing. You also have a great view for watching the golfers who always appreciated the applause. We will plan to stay here again!!

This is a beautifully appointed property. Tastefully remodled fairly recently. The property funiture and carpets as well as bathroom grout need a good cleaning. The water pressure is horrible,Upon check in the A/C was not working and itt took an entire day to get that corrected.There was a misunderstanding about stairs that the management property missed, landing us with this unit and stairs. The were not able to offer other options on staying. However, I have to stay that the management company employees were wonderful and offered much help during our stay, It is difficult for me to give a 4 star rating, because we loved the unit and view, but there were a few issues that were finally resolved.If you don't mind stairs and low water pressure this is a beautiful place to stay.

Place had all the amenities for beach days (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella). It was perfectly located for all our adventures (Manta Ray boat trip, Dolphin snorkeling trip and visit to the erupting Volcano National Park).

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything that was mentioned in the listing was accurate. Renters before us left supplies that we were able to use. We also left items for future renters. We were glad to have the AC as there was not much of a breeze while we were there.We had a couple issues, but these were items the property manager did not know about. Maintenance at the complex was working on the metal platform for the lanai. It was a little awkward as they were able to see into our rooms. Also, the chemical they were putting on the metal made it so we couldn't be out there as it was strong smelling.Lisa, the property manager, was very responsive. The tenant below us was making complaints about water dripping onto their balcony from our AC drainage tube. Lisa was quick to get someone out there to take care of the issue. Every time I have sent a message to Lisa; she responds within minutes (even when late at night).The property is in a good location. Food options nearby and stores were 15 minutes away. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family as there is plenty of room. I would rent again if vacationing there again.

Our group is from Maui. We decided to take a local dive trip. It was a little bit of a drive to get to the harbor but definitely manageable. The condo was good for our group of 4. The kitchen had what was needed to cook at home. We had a little trouble getting the bar-b-q going as it was low on gas. They were sand blasting the railings in front of the condo and it made the unit very dusty. I would recommend replacing the outside rug as one end was permanently turned up and we were tripping on it. The unit could use a little updating but was totally acceptable. We had a miscommunication but Lisa took care of everything in a professional manner.
