This place was close to everything right next to the beach nice little two bedroom. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a family of four. The house was fully stocked with the things we needed lots of kitchen stuff! I enjoyed my stay!

Everything was as or better than expected. Nice comfortable bed…this is coming from someone who has lower back issues, little extra comforts like beach stuff we’re very thoughtful, especially for my daughter. Lanai was our favorite place; nice little outdoor spot hidden in the trees. For ownership, the only thing I would fix is the toilet in the bunk bed room: you have to hold down the handle to get it to flush. My daughter constantly forgot this and it’s just takes a part to fix it. The location was the best…easy daily walks to Honl’s Beach and to some of Kona’s shops.

Location to Beach was great. You could even walk into town. Great guest parking very functional condo amd appliances. Pool was pretty cold, there is no hot tub. If you are a smoker you are religated to the parking lot in your car. Shower stall is very, very small, 2nd bath has a tub/ shower combo. Has washer, dryer in the unit. The unit does not have a dining table inside, there are 4 bar stools along the backside of the kitchen counter. Table for 6 is on the back porch. Overall a nice place and we had a nice stay.

We enjoyed the condo very much. The porch was particularly nice to drink coffee in the morning. However, 1 bedroom was very hot, even with two fans. We are from Alaska, though, and used to our bedroom being 66 degrees at night. Additionally, I cook a lot and the knives were terrible! It was difficult to chop anything. Maybe add a knife sharpener. Other than that, it was a great home away from home.

This was a nice condo with a gorgeous patio for dining. It had everything that we needed and not too far from town, although it helped to have a car. We ate and sat outside in the private tropical garden.There is parking right out front. The wall is not bright turquoise like the picture, but more of a grayish tone (thank goodness). We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

This property was perfect for my family. Great location (within walking distance of downtown) and easy access to the main roads for travel around the island. The two bedrooms and bathrooms layout was perfect. Knowing there was access to beach chairs, towels, coolers, and laundry machines at the condo allowed for minimal suitcase packing - more room for souvenirs! Overall, it was great and would definitely rent again. Mahalo!

We booked this condo for the last week of our stay as we wanted to be closer to town. The place we stayed at the beginning of our trip was a multi million dollar property that was not clean when we arrived and we found several roaches during our stay including one in the bed sheets! This unit however was immaculate! I was a little hesitant upon arriving to the property as it didn’t look very welcoming. When we opened the door and entered the unit we were pleasantly surprised. It was so inviting! It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was close to town and beaches. The pool was also nice, clean and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Big Island. It is a bit of a drive to the bigger beaches but it is worth it to stay at this place.

Lovely little condo close to the pier area of Kailua Kona. (about a 12 minute walk to the pier) Very clean! Comfortable! Have to turn on the AC every 60 minutes due to a timer. There were warnings not to use too much electricity or you would be charged extra but it doesn't say what is "too much" and what extra charges would be. The lanai backs up to Alii Street which is very busy so it is not a quiet place to relax outside. Inside was perfectly quiet though. Great to have a washer and dryer and a kitchen stocked with dishes etc. We were able to cook a few meals rather than eat out all the time. We had to purchase shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sandwich bags, and trash bags during our stay. We enjoyed ourselves and do not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to others.

All and all it was great ! The condo was clean and renovated! Very nice! My only complaint was not being able to turn the air conditioner on for more than an hour at a time! I need my room cold at night and it would have been nice to have the air conditioner on all night so I could sleep. I texted about it and never got a response! I liked the location, we could walk to town and a couple of beaches! I would stay there again!

My only complaint is that their AC units have a 60min max timer, so you have to continue to turn the AC on every hour.
The second bedroom only has a fan but no AC so the room gets hot fast and at night it becomes a problem.

My husband and I and our two friends stayed at the property. It had all the conveniences of home, plus beach chairs etc. Everything was going smoothly until the day before we left and remodel construction began in the Condo directly above us. It was so loud we couldn't stay in the Condo and left to go do something, when all we wanted to do was relax at the Condo on our last day.Other than that, it was a nice place. The one thing that bothered us was having a survellience camera on our back patio, where the dining table is located. I understand having a camera at the front door, but a camera on the back patio where we had meals together felt like an invasion of privacy. Yes, it was disclosed when property was booked, but it just was creepy and uncomfortable looking up and seeing that camera pointed at us when we were on the patio. Some people may not mind, but we did.

Had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient to walk to the downtown area. Driving distance to all the local shops. Not far from great little beach areas. As well as close to dive shops if you are into that! The neighbors (local and renters) very nice and friendly. Parking spot is right in front of unit. Only one minor complaint but did not affect my rating is the air conditioning, it’s not central which is ok but the living room AC is on a spring timer that you have to turn on each hour at a time. One bedroom has an AC unit on same type of timer. The other bedroom has no AC unit. So we made it work for us but it is something to note. It can get warm if AC is not on.
I would stay again It was a very nice place to stay!

The condo was easy to find and to access. Had everything we needed for our stay. Accommodations were close to shopping, restaurants, and small beaches. Only complaint would be the wall unit air conditioning (living room and master bedroom) was on a 60-second timer and was noisy. There was no a/c in the second bedroom nor was there any way to get cross ventilation in the unit. Pretty hot and stuffy. The hair dryer in the master bathroom was noisy and sounded like it was on its last legs. Had to buy another dryer for our stay. Overall the stay was satisfactory for our needs.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying in Wayne's beautiful condo, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights was the stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves every morning was truly magical. The sunsets were equally breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening.
The location was another major plus. Just a few blocks from downtown, it was incredibly convenient to explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle, the condo was in a quiet and peaceful area, offering the best of both worlds.
Wayne is wonderful, always responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. His hospitality made us feel right at home.
Overall, this condo rental exceeded all our expectations. It was the perfect home away from home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Hawaii.

The pool/hot tub are nice and a close walk, but not so close we could hear if kids were having a good time in it. Short walk to Ali'i shops & restaurants. Cons: the kitchen was fine, but not great for lots of cooking. The walk to the pool & grills is down a hill, so that could be uncomfortable if you have mobility issues (or are carrying lots of food).

We like the location, the condo, the condo complex. Kitchen was well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed.
Nice to have access to some pool/swimming equipment in the garage.
Some light bulbs were out when we visited and it took a while to get replacements.

My family had a wonderful stay here and are already planning a return trip. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo is in great condition. It’s very close to town and we walked to town for dinner and drinks on several nights. There is a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to any questions.

The check in process was easy, and the space was a great size. They provided equipment for the beach which was super convenient. They had chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. Kitchen was stocked but we didn’t really cook. They have an AC in the living room and in the main room. Recommend for families or small groups.

Two MAJOR drawbacks:
1. The two wall air conditioning units are on a 60 - minute timer. Which is fine during the day (especially if you spend most of your daytime out of the condo), but makes for awful nights of sleep when you wake up every hour bc of the heat!!!
2. The hallway light that you need on anytime you do laundry is on a 15ish second timer, for some unknown reason. So you keep having to stop loading/unloading washer/dryer in order to put the light back on.
Everything else was fine, but had I known about the air-conditioning being on a 60-min timer, I would have booked elsewhere so my sleep wouldn't have been interrupted every hour!

We had a wonderful time in this spacious condo and appreciated all of the amenities. We loved the wonderful master suite including a private deck, and all of the other spaces that make this feel so roomy and relaxing. The lanai is a great place to sit and relax, and the complex is very quiet and private. We love the pool area, as well as the convenience to shopping and restaurants; a beautiful spot to enjoy all that the island has to offer as a tropical getaway. Tracy was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or small issues…a great vacation spot!
