One complaint is the bedroom off the living room couldn’t get an air flow. Was very warm and had to go purchase a fan.
First visit on any of the islands that had no recyclable containers on the property. We did our best to recycle on our own.

As the other readers stated the property was hot. We managed to get the fans sorted out and by day two it cooled off enough for us to rest well at night. Would still appreciate an AC.

This property is phenomenal. Roomy, allowing you to stretch out, view the ocean on the lanai all day whether upstairs or downstairs. Very neatly appointed, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Close to all amenities. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything in write-up is spot on. Easy short walk to town, South side of Ali’i business district so no cruise ship crowds. Very quiet and peaceful, felt more like house than condo sharing walls. Plentiful on street parking for multiple cars. Fully stocked including spare bedding, beach items, bathroom supplies, first aid, dish & laundry soap, spices, and paper towels. High quality kitchen tools. If looking at long term stay with fast internet connections for work this is the place. Few available at this price point with equal quality and location.

We loved our stay here. The location is within walking distance to downtown Kona and the condo provided all the amenities to make for a comfortable visit. The only drawback is the traffic in the morning off Ali’i way, but the noise was only noticeable while sitting out on the lanai.

We were so grateful for this home base during our vacation. It had everything we could need and want. There was a minor issue at check in that was resolved super quickly after contacting the responsive and courteous management team. The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few simple meals. The lanai felt very private being screened by lush palms and was a lovely place to enjoy breakfast and an evening rainfall. Being able to do laundry as needed was such a bonus and the kids loved going to the pool on our low-key afternoons. There were plenty of beach towels and also other beach goodies like chairs, an umbrella, cooler bag, and beach toys to use on our beach days. We really appreciated the hospitality and amenities here and the location was great!

This condo has a great location, very close to beaches, main roads and just off Alii Dr. It is best for a home base for folks who want to spend time exploring Kona beaches and other sites! The condo is very spacious with an upstairs loft—there were some steep stairs and possible trip hazards.

The condo served the purpose that we wanted. We wanted an inexpensive place that we could stay. The kids wanted their own room and bathroom and we could cook food. The neighborhood was close to the shops in Kona. It seemed safe. For the most part it was clean, but there was hair on the shower walls. The biggest thing is no AC. There has to be a way to add ac. Mini splits, window/wall units, etc. We would come back for the day and it was HOT. The kids room in the front cooled down but not the back of the house where the master bedroom was. It didn’t cool down until early morning. The biggest problem is we had to sleep with the door open, screen closed and blinds open to keep it cool. That didn’t give us any privacy. It would be really nice to have AC so you could put blackout curtains in there since the sun comes up so early.

Location is great. Condo was clean. You’re right next to main strip of Kona. However, none of that was enough to overcome the fact that this place gets too hot to enjoy. You can’t sleep until the middle of the night because there is no air conditioning. Several fans but they only blow hot air!
We were miserable!!! Never again!! Hated coming back each night. I was going to pay for a hotel and abandon my rental it was that miserable.

First impressions are everything. Followed the driving directions that were sent to me and they were wrong. Google was right though, and was still confused at the parking. Our plane landed at 9pm, so it was late and we were jet lagged, so it was frustrating that even once I parked, I still didn't know which place was ours since it was hard to see the numbers. Once we got it, the place was extremely hot and muggy since everything turned off. Throughout the stay, it was hard to get the temperature a good temp, since the A/C was upstairs or in the main room and not in any of the bedrooms.
They were very particular about not wearing shoes in the house (but didn't provide a place for shoes outside, and to use the hose to wash sand off. The problem is the house outside was crap and had zero water pressure because it was leaking heavily from the spigot and a crack in the house. We tried our best.
We did enjoy the space, the kitchen, and the location. In addition, they did have a good selection of beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys.

This place was an absolute dream! The location was perfect- just a little walk across the street to Honl Beach. The place was very clean, and had so many things we loved- the pull out couch gave just a bit extra room for the family, the cute lanai to sit at for breakfast, and the roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the addition of beach stuff in the closet, as well as the stocked kitchen. The thought of ice packs was amazing and well used. This place had everything we needed for our beach adventures! The accommodations were excellent. A couple of issues we had were fixed almost immediately. As mentioned in a telephone conversation, the only recommendation would be to replace the beds on the main floor. While somewhat comfortable, the noise was like sleeping on paper.

The unit was wonderful - very clean, in a very well kept and safe community, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. It has excellent internet connection for working, and the work area upstairs is nice to have. Our young children loved it. There were even games like Clue, Monopoly, Sorry, and a few pool toys, 4 beach chairs, boogie board, etc. From the loft, we could see cruise ships and parasailers. We ate dinners on the lanai, which was nice. The neighboring units were quiet. Communication with the owners is fast and easy. We would definitely stay again.
To note, the unit has a/c. The renter has control over turning it on & off and to some degree, control of the temperature. The owner controls a preset program that has a minimum temperature that the a/c can be set to. For our stay, that was 76 degrees (we could not turn it down lower). But, that said, we were very comfortable and never found it necessary to contact them to ask if we could have it any cooler. It would not at all hinder us from staying again.
Overall, a fantastic stay! I hope we have the opportunity to return.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to accommodate a family of four plus two grandparents. It was the perfect home base for our Hawaiian adventure. Well located it was easy walking to beaches, shopping or dining. The complex was beautiful and quiet and we thoroughly enjoying the pool which we had all to ourselves during the times we chose to swim. A perfect home away from home, we were all very sad to leave.
