This place was amazing! The listing is exactly as described and great for couples or a family of 4. You are close to the pool, shops, and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. We cooked every morning and several nights and had all the kitchen appliances we needed. Including coffee and a hot water kettle. They also provide beach chairs, snorkels, and more! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Mahalo!!

Great location. Lovely view. The owners were extremely to deal with and responsive to any questions. All check in information very clear. I have stayed at several Waikoloa condos in the last 15 years and this was by far my preferred. Highly recommend these owners. And the pool was great.

We love the Fairway Villas. We have stayed in a few different units. This unit needs a little bit of TLC. The beds were comfortable and for the most part it’s clean. We know the humidity plays a big part in keeping the showers free from mold. The cleaners could spend a little more time cleaning them. The air conditioner, washer, dryer and dishwasher worked great. The communication between us and the owner went smoothly. He was helpful.

We loved this condo so much! It had everything we needed and we loved the location. The pool was great and we also used some of the snorkeling equipment. This place is even nicer than the pictures show. Plenty of room for 4 people.Two suggestions.. The air conditioner works well, but you can't turn it lower than 70 and we like it cooler than that at night, but I get that electricity is expensive there. The other suggestion is to put up some type of darkening shade on the window in the guest room as it's hard to keep the outdoor light out at night.Thanks!

Lovely stay! The space was well kept, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed all of the beach equipment and towels, and the location was perfect to check out lots of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We would be happy to stay there again! Highly recommend!

Can't beat the location - less than 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants! It's 3 stories and this unit is on the 2nd. We had a family with kiddos in the unit above us - running and jumping. The property manager was communicative but not much they can do to stop it. We had 5 nights of pounding feet above us. Certainly cut into our tranquility.

K-22 was a perfect condo for our stay. We found everything we needed in cookware, beach chairs and towels and it was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of cooking spices and condiments left by previous tenants as well as sunscreen and shampoo, & conditioner. My only suggestion would be to have the instructions for a/c and TV and cleanup printed in a book in the unit so we didn’t have to find them on our phone to pull up.

Everything was as described. A perfect spot for my family of 6. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beach accessories made beach days easy to enjoy. There is no assigned parking stall with this rental and you are asked to park in a visitor spot. There are only a few in the immediate area so i can imagine this may be problematic on busy days. The beds were comfortable and we had excellent communication when needed. Would highly recommend.

We had friends stay at Fairway Villas and they recommended it to us. We found this property and we booked after seeing so many positive reviews. We’re so glad we did as this unit was perfect. The owners have thought of everything and we never felt like the unit was missing anything. We cooked a lot and they are fully stocked in the kitchen, including many spices. Their closet full of beach gear was also extremely helpful. We loved having chairs and an umbrella and our daughter loved trying boogie boarding. We would highly recommend this unit if you’re looking for a 2 bedroom in Waikoloa.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and looks just like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There were at least 6 beach towels, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler and beach bag for us to use. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Shops, restaurants and ice cream are withing walking distance. Was a nice condo. The lanai furniture was a little cumbersome to use. The dining room table is not for short people. It is in a nice location in Waikoloa within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and grocery store.

We loved our stay here! The facility was clean upon arrival and well stocked with kitchen and beach items. We very much appreciated the four beach chairs, two boogie boards, cooler, and blue ice that were provided. We were able to walk to Kings and Queens market places, and were able to buy food and treats there. The master bed was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The deck had great views of the golf course and the lagoon of the Kings market. The condo was stocked with ample supply of dish soap, laundry detergent etc.The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.The parking was steps from the condo and was covered.The Hilton pool pass was an added bonus that we used a few times.The management staff gave excellent check in and check out instructions and communicated well.we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I obviously love it here since this was our fourth consecutive stay in this well appointed unit.The location is within easy walking distance to the market, shops and restaurants.The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need.There are numerous beach supplies including chairs,umbrellas and boogie boards.We especially enjoyed sitting on the comfortable lanai for morning coffee and occasional dinners. The view of the golf course and the sunrise many mornings are amazing.The owners Dick and Kathi are so delightful to work with and make it such an enjoyable experience.We would highly recommend this comfortable Hawaiian home and look forward to returning again.
