The condo looked exactly as pictured - quality, comfortable furniture, including the bed. The woodwork is beautiful throughout the rooms and is in nice condition. The kitchen was equipped with kitchen tools, dishes, pots and pans and some condiments. We loved the view from the lanai, the semi privateness.The location is great - easy access to the King's and Queen's Villages and about a 12 minuted walk to the beach. The host agent was very friendly and accommodating! Easy to reach.

Good location. Combination of 10 numbers were inconvenient. Car front gate combination numbers were hard to see during the day. Ice box ice maker was making a loud noise. Carpet was dirty. AC vents were dirty. Good variety of kitchen amenities. Good beach amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed coffee in the morning on our balcony with a lovely view. The only negative was the WiFi was very spotty. We would definitely come back.

Everything was good except that the sofa and loveseat need to be replaced because they are broken down and very uncomfortable. We were sore and achy each evening. It would also be nice if you could supply some Zip-Loc bags so people could make sandwiches before they leave for the day.

House was as listed, the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first 4 days and was quite a struggle to get it fixed with concierge there 4 days in a row! Two days before we checked out when needing to do laundry before packing to come home the dryer had quit working but was easily fixed the next day! Perfect location to shopping, eating, beaches and access to the rest of the beautiful island! Would definitely stay again!

This rental property checked all the boxes for us! The property was clean and had all the amenities for a week long stay. The location is excellent! Very close to the local market in the Queens shops, were they had pretty much everything for food selections. I tried the Prime Rib Loco Moco - really good!! We brought our clubs and took advantage of the golf course that is on the property. Lava Lava Beach Club is a short walk away and is ideal for on the beach dining and watching the sunset. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and the management at Resortica were very helpful and answered all our questions we had. They provided detailed arrival and departure instructions. We plan to revisit in the very near future!

We love the Fairway Villas and our stay at K31 has been the best experience to date. The mgmt co is the BEST for check in and the 'girls' are friendly & informative and will take care of guests above and beyond. Our villa was perfect in every way.

We had a lovely stay and the home is beautiful. I'm only marking down because of the week long battle against the garage door. The code does not work at the garage door and we had a less than 50% success rate with the remote opener. The management team helped me get a key but it was a constant hassle. Everything else was excellent.

This condo is beautifully maintained. Walking distance to shops,restaurants and of course A Bay and the shore walk.it’s an easy drive to Puako snd wonderful snorkeling in a small bay. Loved our stay in Waikoloa! The condo was perfect for our needs, super spacious and comfortable, and in a central location for us to explore the island. It was easy to walk to the Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops and the beach. Full kitchen and washer/dryer added to the convenience. The owners provided excellent instructions to get us checked in quickly and made sure we were comfortable once we arrived. Highly recommend a stay here and we would definitely come back again. Second time in 2025 that we stayed in this condo. Perfect condo and location for market and restaurants. Sorry to hear Sansei is gone. Only complaint with condo is no door to bathroom from main bedroom. Only toilet has door. Lacks privacy and wakes up one of us when we use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

This lovely property had everything we needed for a perfect week on the Big Island. Nancy checked us in and was full of helpful information on making the best of our stay. It was an easy drive to Hapuna, an easy drive to the marvelous food in Waimea, and a quick walk to the marvelous food at Queens marketplace. We did not use the pool. Love anaehoomalu beach. Island Vintage Coffee Shop. Condo had everything we needed. Very clean, loved on ground level. AC worked well. Plenty of towels. Washer/Dryer huge plus. Great items for kids as well (even though ours were not there). Played the games. Perfect.

The unit: AC worked very well; bed in master bedroom was comfortable; plenty of pillows; loved bidet in both bathrooms; lots of leftover items in kitchen (flour, sugar, salt, pepper, etc); there were also water bottles in the refrigerator and the ice maker worked very well.Some negatives: there were only 2 hand towels and no face towels; generally clean but as you look more closely you could see a heavy layer of dust on pictures, art work, etc; the kitchen counters were not wiped down well; stovetop knobs were greasy and had to be cleaned.But we did love the stay at this unit! Location is excellent.The unit was generally as clean as a normal home may be. The owner was always engaged and sending messages despite the distance (Japan).

My daughters and I had an amazing stay. Easy check in and check out process. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. The location was great with wonderful beaches close by and it was nice to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants. I love that they had beach chairs with an umbrella, coolers and other beach equipment. Looking forward to returning soon!

We loved our second stay at this property! Just a couple small things - the floors overall could use a good cleaning! The guest bathroom drains slowly in the bathtub, and we had some issues getting hot water in the main kitchen sink. We LOVE all of the amenities in the complex and condo. Darryl and Raquel are amazing hosts and we can't wait to come back again!

I’m torn with this property. Overall I really believe it was a very good option and value for our family. The piece that really made it worth it was the Hilton pool passes. Our family enjoyed this benefit and took advantage of it on 3 of our vacation days. The home is very well stocked and in a fantastic location walking distance to shops and groceries. Also plenty of beach accessories in the garage with a rolling cart which was a godsend. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. The bad experience we had was the elevator. We had 6 people and luggage and it broke when we were trying to unload obviously making it very difficult for us. The elevator was broken our entire stay meaning everything we bought had to go up 3 flights every day including when we packed and had to load the car. With my elderly mother with us it just made things more difficult than they should have been. Fortunately we were handicapped or we would have had to be relocated.

Very close to restaurants and a grocery store. Several beaches within a short drive. We would come back and stay at this specific unit.
