Our stay at this property was everything we wanted and expected it to be based on the listing. The check in/check out process was seamless. In fact, Trenae went out of her way to accommodate me when I texted her after checking out that I had forgotten my charging cords! She allowed us to return back to the property almost 4 hours later and retrieve them…so grateful!! They have everything you need—from a fully stocked kitchen, to shampoo/body wash in the bathrooms, to all the beach gear we needed for our week stay. The only thing missing was a pizza pan and cutter! :) The Vrbo was very clean and well maintained. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if the opportunity allows. We have stayed at several properties in the Waikoloa Resort area and if you are on the fence about this one look no further!

Thank you so much for the fantastic stay at your property. My family and I came for a conference at the Hilton. I thought it would be more fun to stay at the condo than at the hotel. I was very impressed with the location, as we had much better access to shops and groceries than those who stayed at the hotels. It was a short walk to the hotel before and after the conference. The location was amazing, close to everything including the beach. We did not rent a car and did not need to as we would walk to the beach in the morning and relax at the infinity pool in the afternoon. We were able to walk to get groceries every night before dinner.
The host provided many games and toys for the family to enjoy during our stay. Coffee and other necessities were available to get us by until we were able to get to the shops.
As for the condo, it was much bigger than I initially anticipated. The view is lovely and the balcony is large. The condo is located right beside the pool which is very convenient with children. The Villa's are also right beside a lava flow with a petroglyph field with well-preserved Hawaiian petroglyphs. Many of the petroglyph fields in this area reside on the King’s Trail located beside the Villa, a 175-mile trail corridor full of historic sites including Hawaiian fishponds and settlement ruins.
Before our flight, the host sent a detailed explanation of how to get there and access the condo.

I agree with all the previous reviews. Just as it appears in photos. Fully stocked and clean. Communication was smooth. I have very specific wishes and this condo met all of them! Clean, laundry in unit, beach chairs, living room seating for 4, smart TV and comfortable outdoor seating. A different Waikoloa rental we booked had plastic chairs with staples protruding through the seats! The AC limit of 76 degrees was not an issue at all with the breezes and the fans.

We have stayed several times in condos at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Fairway Villas have always been one of our favourite and this condo was especially nice. It is well taken care off, managed by a fantastic company, is
beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and we found everything we need to cook with.
A bonus was that we were greeted with a nice assortment of treats and snacks, a perfect sweet pineapple and coffee to start our perfect holiday. Thank you!
We were happy to find 4 chairs. We could have used another chair for our family of 5 but 4 were better then none.
We would definitely recommend this condo. We loved it and would come back anytime.

Stayed in the Fairway Villas in Waikoloa, location is walking distance to pool, shopping, golfing, restaurants, beach and beautiful resorts to explore. There are many beaches and sites to see within 10-20 min drive. The accomodations were just as described, beds were super comfortable! Our group was 15 and we rented 3 places in Fariway Villas and it was perfect for our group as we could walk between the places in a couple minutes, meet at the pool and if anyone wanted to go shopping or for ice cream they could walk there in a couple minutes, driving was not needed, worked perfectly for our group. Will definitely be back!

Our family had an outstanding stay in Trenae and Paul’s unit at Fairway Villas. The exceptionally clean condo is convenient to all Waikoloa amenities including A Bay Beach and King’s and Queen’s Markets. Everyone in the complex was very welcoming and they even invited us to their New Year’s Eve event. The pool and gym are convenient to the condo. Trenae and Paul are extremely responsive hosts and committed to ensuring the best stay possible for their guests. Five stars in all respects!

Condo is in a great location with walking access to restaurants, shops, golf, miniature golf, trails and more. The more adventurous types can walk to the beach from here, as well. Unit is spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. Management staff was readily available to address a few small concerns during our stay. And you get to heckle golfers as they play past the back patio. ;)

This unit is well priced, the complex pool is nice as well. The unit is well stocked with beach necessities. The unit is worn down but it didn’t impact our enjoyment. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The only complaint we had was the dishwasher which only gets half the dishes clean no matter how you load or pre wash the dishes. The check in and check out process was very easy. We tidied up when we left but unlike some other units we weren’t instructed to do laundry, clean etc etc. It was easy to get in contact with the managers.

The condo was great for our family of 4 and pretty much had everything we needed for our trip. The condo is a little worn and could use some fresh interior paint and a really deep clean and organize in the kitchen. King bed was comfortable due to a thick topper but the other beds could use some upgrades. Loft carpet needs o be replaced as well. It was great to have the coolers available for use. Pool area was nice, location was great and super convenient to everything. Only one beach chair was usable so we ended up having to rent a couple for the week but having the beach towels was appreciated. Overall we thought it was an excellent value and the sunsets from the lanai were perfect!

I stayed at this condo in the Fairway Villas as the Waikoloa with my spouse for about 10 days. We really enjoyed the location (proximity to A-Bay, Queens & Kings shops), the cleanliness, and thoughtfulness of all of the amenities. The family definitely took effort to update and make improvements to decor, appliances, furniture, and it had everything we could need for a stay on Hawai'i Island. The owners were responsive and left helpful instructions and recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo had everything we needed. It’s walkable to so many restaurants and shopping. It is technically walkable to the beach but if you’re taking chairs and coolers and stuff it’s better to drive (which owners advised me beforehand! And I agree!!!) we were there at peak season so the pool and hot tub were always packed, but I love the fact that kids under 12 can’t go in the hot tub so we were able to sneak in for a relaxing soak briefly. Thanks for a great stay, you can’t go wrong with this nice spot and great hosts.

Great location, great views and comfortable for a week long stay with family. Kitchen was well equipped and even had a coffee grinder to grind fresh Kona coffee. Love the pool and grill area. The loft for the kids was great! One item I would ask for would be a few more beach chairs, although there is a surf shop in the Kings Shopping Center where you can rent them. Walk or drive to beach and cocktails a Lava Lava. Would absolutely stay there again. Mahalo!

4 of us stayed here in early December 2023 and it was amazing. If you are avid golfers and beach goers like us then this is the condo for you. Perfectly located on the golf course and within walking distance to the Waikoloa beach. Lanai has a perfect view of the evening sunsets. We played multiple rounds of member discounted golf and most evenings we walked to the Lava Lava restaurant for mai tai's. Condo is very clean and well furnished. If you chose to rent this property, I’d recommend documenting some video and photo evidence of the place at check in. We had a nice stay but after we got home we were charged hundreds of dollars for a damaged cooktop. We used the cooktop one time to warm up frozen vegetables. The irony of the situation was that because of flight delays and rescheduling, we were actually only in the unit 4 out of the 7 days we had it rented. When you add in the charges after we got home, it ended up being a VERY expensive 4 day stay. We had no recourse other than to pay the charge because we had nothing to prove we didn’t cause the damage. Fairway Villas is lovely and we’ve rented atleast 5-6 units here over the years and will be back in the future. We will chose another option next time.

The home is very cozy and clean with all the extras needed. There were snorkels and boogie boards and bikes! The home was clean and comfortable. The garage will only fit a small sedan. It is a very tiny one-car garage. The lock on the door does not have a deadbolt to lock the door from the inside just the code lock. The view is great and the loft is a nice bonus. Walking distance to the Queen and King shopping centers. Overall a nice place. I would stay again.

Waikoloa is my favorite part of the big island. Away from town and the hustle etc.. but close enough to town for convenience.
