Stayed for a few days only but the place was a nice spot that had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend it to other travelers wanting to stay in the Kona side of the Big Island!

The condo was exactly as described and even better. It was very clean and had a great starter set of supplies and included beach towels to use. The air conditioning and fans made the condo very comfortable and cool when needed. The pool and surrounding shops were very convenient and top notch. Property management took care of a minor repair immediately. The location was just beautiful, a short walk or drive over to the beach area. I would come right back to this condo if ever I am lucky enough to visit the Big Island again.

This was probably one of the best supplied condos we have stayed at. Cleaning supplies, toiletries and beach toys were all plentiful. The owner has made recent upgrades to furniture and some appliances. There are separate air conditioning units in each room. The condo was clean; location was very convenient to shops and A beach. We really appreciated the owner's flexibility in adding another friend to our group and enjoyed the friendly, responsive communications. A real highlight was sitting on the Lanai in the evening watching the lights of the King's marketplace reflecting on the pond while enjoying a glass of wine or cocktail. The pool is a bit small and shallow but it's ideal for families with young children. We had a wonderful holiday. Mahalo, Gabby and Shawn

We've been going to Fairway Villas for several years. Let me tell you - this is the best unit so far. Tile floor, great mattresses, quite A/C, well-equipped kitchen, high-end appliances, enormous TV. Great time! Thank you, and I'm looking forward to booking again next year.

Nice upgrade of second bedroom and bathroom from the last time I stayed…and nice addition of comfortable couch. Clean, well appointed…spices, coffee filters, cleaners, Saran Wrap and foil. Linen and pillows fresh. Tile replacement outside was noisy for only a day and a half, considerate workers.

We had a wonderful, relaxing 12 night stay here after 4 year absence. It was wonderful to return to this same condo. Great location and appreciated the sunset view. They made some improvements with replacing the sofa & chair in the living room with a very comfortable large sectional. We were really able to relax on it and even nap after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The new 75" wall mounted TV was great too. All in all a great visit and we are excited to come back again next April!

This condo was even nicer than the pictures. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool and ‘outdoor’ gym (in a separate building near the pool, but all the walls retract creating a sense of being outdoors), were both very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

For Waikaloa, I’m not sure you can beat the location of this property. Walking distance to grocery, shops, restaurants, and beach is not common on the Big Island. Nice pool for cooling off and relaxing. Clean, nicely furnished unit with AC.

The check-in process could be improved. We did not receive any confirmation email with the gate code to access the property or the unit. Had to track down the property managers information to resolve. Shana (property manager) was very responsive.
Property was very clean except for an issue with the mattress in the master bedroom, which was not resolved while we were there.

The location of the condo is very good, a grocery store within 5 mins walk. It’s convenient to go to several nice beaches in the north, about 10-15 minutes drive. Half hour to kona downtown. The condo has everything you need, just like home. We really enjoy our stay here!

I have stayed in 5 different rentals in the Waikoloa Beech area and this one was the best. Very well stocked with anything you could want. Super clean when we got there and ready on time. Nice pool and workout room. 5 stars!!!

After a long day of travel and stressful check in, this property fit our family perfectly. It is well appointed, maintained and makes a great home base for all activities to be enjoyed on the the big island. Convenient shops within walking distance were a bonus for the times we were too tired/relaxed to go farther.

We really enjoyed our stay. No problem getting to and from airport. Owners were very helpful in helping us with covid restrictions. Condo clean and had all we needed to have fun. Quite and friendly. I would stay here again.
