Difficult to mention all the positives.
Easy smooth check in, Very clean, Nicely decorated , exceptionally stocked for all types of visitors from kitchen accessories to beach chairs and accessories.
Location walking distance to shopping , and great views of golf course from outside the comfortable covered patio.
Any questions are promptly answered by the owners. It is nice to deal directly with owners as compared to a management company. Thanks for a great stay.

Hi, We have stayed at the Fairway Villas many times over the years and love the property. We really enjoyed this unit for our group of 4 people. The owners were easy to deal with and responded quickly to any questions both during and stay and the reservation process. It was well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear and anything you might need. As well we were pleased it had lots of containers in the cupboards for packing food for the beach etc. We would certainly rent this unit again if available.

This was the easiest vacation rental I’ve ever experienced. Our overall stay was incredible until we had to unexpectedly leave early. Our hosts made everything so smooth and were very quick to respond to anything we needed. It was furnished with everything we needed as well. We are looking forward to staying here again!

We loved our trip at the Fairway Villas. It is in a wonderful location. Daryl was so easy to communicate with and so accommodating to a flight delay in arrival. We were also able to get a late check out due to our late flight out of KOA. The condo was perfect - it had everything we needed! Kitchen is fully stocked, so much beach gear, laundry, a pack and play, and even a high chair. We couldn't have loved our stay any more! We can't wait to return!

Amazing experience. Very easy check-in process, the host made sure that we were comfortable and able to get to our condo. Was pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed for our vacation! There was a closet with boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrellas! The host was nice enough to set up cute little things around the house for us, including swans made of towels and a flower on the toilet paper roll! Amazing experience, would strongly recommend!!

Owner Daryl makes the check-in and check-out process pleasant and as simple as possible. The condo is comfortable and well equipped for all your cooking needs. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear. Quiet lanai for your morning coffee and a relaxing pool to cool down in the afternoons.
Best thing about Fairway Villas is the location. Easy walk to many stores, restaurants and beach. Only a short drive to the best beaches on the Island. It was a rainy few weeks for most of the Island but Waikoloa was sunny and warm every day.

Yet again Raquel and Daryl were so great to us ! We will always stay at their condo while in Kona. From the moment you walk in this condo it sends major vacay relaxation vibes . We love walking into the condo with the beautiful music playing . Their condo is very organized , clean , and comfy . They have plenty of beach equipment. Hospitality at it's best! Daryl was so accommodating even before reaching the island. Our flight was delayed and I was stressed about getting to our pre-arranged meeting place on time. Daryl made checking in flawless and stress free. There were a total of 4 adults and 1 teen staying at the property and we had no issues at all. We even had my in-laws and stepbrother & his gf over a couple times to visit & have family dinners. We LOVED how close to both the King's and Queen's shopping centers the property was. Just a super short walk. We also loved the pool and spa after a long day exploring the island. It is a quick 10-15 minute drive to some nice beaches and a really easy drive to/from the airport/costco/grocery store. Daryl recommended some great places to eat as well (PLS keep in mind that reservations/walk-ins at restaurants are pretty tricky due to being short staffed bc of the pandemic). We used the provided beach chairs and boards every time we went to the beach, so awesome! I lived on the lanai just off the fairway and enjoyed my morning cup of coffee out there. The property was clean, conveniently located to shops/restaurants/beaches/etc.. If i had to pick one thing to warn about it would be that if the door to the master bdrm or window in the master bdrm was open you can see right into the shower. But that is seriously not a big deal and easily solved by simply closing them if you're showering/changing. We would LOVE to stay here again during any future visits to the big island. THANK YOU MR. We cannot speak more highly of our hosts and our stay. They were so welcoming, communicative, flexible, and kind. The villa is thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed (and forgot to bring ourselves) for our week stay in Waikoloa. It is conveniently located next to the Kings and Queens Shopping centers and no more than 15-30 minute drive to great snorkeling locations along the coast. We loved staying here and felt safe and comfortable with our young child. Highly recommend staying here!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Our family of 6 stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and had an incredible time. Honestly, I don't think there is a better location to stay on the island. It provides you with easy access to all locations on Hawaii. The owners have provided some wonderful amenties that we used everyday! The beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear (we left 2 more brand new sets), cooler were used almost every day. We loved having a nice place to return to after an exhausting day at the beach or exploring the island. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa! The check in process was easy, we were able to text the owner and meet earlier than originally planned to pickup the keys. The condo itself was clean and exactly as described. Our 3 and 6 year old thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well as the grassy area out the back patio. There was plenty of beach items in the condo that we were able to use during our stay- beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel sets, etc. The location was great, walking distance to both Kings & Queens shopping center which made for easy access! We even walked to the beach a couple times (it is about a 15 minute walk, but doable). Great central location to be able to easily drive down to Kona as well as up to the popular Hapuna Beach! We cannot wait to go back!

Qwner very responsive- contacted me early with accurate check-in information and replaced missing hair dryer promptly. The condo was clean and well equipped. Comfy king mattress in large, bright MB. Second bedroom is small and dark, but adequate for children or for adults who won't spend much time in BR. Great view of golf course from lanai with birds in palm trees. Convenient location within walking distance of shops. Despite flooding on several neighboring islands and in Hilo, we had rain only one day in sunny Waikolola.

Great stay in Racquel's unit at the Fairway Villas. The condo was clean and well appointed with boogie boards, fins, snorkel, etc.
Kitchen had rice cooker, coffee maker, pots pans and dishes.
The birds seemed especially fond of this unit that faces the green of the golf course and Mauna Kea views.

The process of renting this beautiful condo was so smooth. From the website to deposits and payments and picking up property keys.
This particular villa was beautiful, clean, had so many extras which made all the outdoor water experiences so fun!
We wanted a place that would make us feel like this was our home away from home and this did exactly that for us! It was close to all the shops and restaurants we wanted. It was centrally located so we could visit friends and family throughout the island.
We stayed 13 nights and we didn’t want to leave. We would absolutely come back and rent this unit again and actually considering some day of buying one in the same Fairway Villa Community.
Loved loved loved this Hawaiian Holiday on the Big Island. Truly the best trip of all the years we’ve been coming to Hawaii.

My husband and I spent 12 days at this Fairways Villa property. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all the comforts of home and more! It is evident that the owner takes great care to make guests feel welcomed. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, spices - we like to cook and really appreciated this. She also provides beach chairs, boogie board, noodles, coolers, etc. so that guests can easily enjoy the top rated beach (A-bay) that is a short walk or 2 minute drive away. The unit is large, quiet and in a great location on the property (close to but not next to the pool, spa and fitness center).
This was our first time using VRBO/Homeaway which was recommended by a family member. We are very pleased with our experience. We found the process easy and efficient. The owner (Raquel) was very nice, extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. We definitely recommend booking through VRBO/Homeaway and we strongly recommend this condo. It has everything; it's beautiful and so comfortable.

We liked the fact that the condo is located on the first floor; the layout is great for two separate couples, beds are amazing, everything you need is provided. It was really helpful to have 4 beach chairs, 1umbrela, boards, snorkeling and sand toys.
The beach it is closest to is Anaehoomalu beach, it has plenty of shadowing palm trees, is very well maintained and is gorgeous. Not to mention that you live within the Waicoloa Beach Resort and all major attractions are nearby. We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary at the Hilton, and renewed our vows on the beach. It was a dream!
