Very nice condo. Clean, great bed, all the beach amenities one could need. Lovely breeze through out. I appreciated the small touches: seasonings, zip lock bags, a little coffee! Mahalo!

We had a great stay at I-23! We loved having a separate bedroom with two beds for our boys, the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the place was very clean and organized when we arrived. The pool was really nice and the open-air gym were great bonuses!

This 2 bedroom condo is outdated and uncomfortable. There is minimal soundproofing from noise above. The carpet was soiled and loose. The older rattan furniture was relatively clean but uncomfortable to sit in.The decor is rather tacky with many dusty plastic plants, outdated art and two very small TV'sThe stacked washer/dryer is very loud; likely due to being un-level. The lint catcher was full and matted lint was under the dryer. The master bathroom shower had low pressure and is very small. The swinging saloon style doors at the master bath entrance were loose and would not stay open. The patio door is warped making it difficult to close properly so the AC unit will work. We would not recommend this condo to anyone.

Our stay was lovely and the location was perfect. The second bedroom had two small beds so if two couple go I wouldn’t recommend. It’s a perfect bedroom for kids.

This is our third year in a row at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, and the Fairway Villas were the best positioned yet! Especially with little ones who beg to walk over to the shaved ice place every day ;-)

I came in town to participate in the Lavaman Triathlon and this condo was the perfect location to the start/finish line. It’s walking distance to A’ Bay, the Kings Market and the Queens Market. The only negative for me was I didn’t find the bed that comfortable and whomever had the condo above us let their kids run/jump on the floor from 6am-10pm but that is no fault of the owner of this condo.

Very nice and clean, easy check in and check out procedures. Nice pool and gym! Super close to the Kings and Queens shopping center and close to the beach. You have to check out Lava Lava Beach Club! It’s walking distance.

Great condo and property.. the only problem my family had was, the creepy cameras looking at the hot tub and pool.. but no other cameras on the rest of the property.. the cameras are a bit invasive

Phenomenal spot in Waikaloa. Great alternative to high-priced resort. Walked to many area restaurants, beaches and even to the Conference Center with no worries.
