We had a fantastic stay! The place was well stocked and furnished, in a perfect location, and the owners were very responsive. Having shops within walking distance was a huge convenience. Michelle was especially kind and accommodating with our late checkout, and she didn’t charge us extra. We’d definitely book again on our next trip to the Big Island.

We were very pleased with this cozy condo. Clean and nicely decorated, and well equipped from kitchen appliances and supplies to the beach toys. The pool was 2 minutes away for an early morning swim, and the walking distance to the beach is about 15 minutes. There is ample opportunity for shopping - groceries as well as other fun stuff, and a gas station right outside the gate. We will be back!

I highly recommend! It is well stocked, we were grateful for the body boards and chairs for the beach we used them often. Also thankful for the well stocked kitchen, it had everything we needed to prepare meals. The a/c was nice for a relaxing break in the warm afternoons. Overall as described. Very clean. Nice pool close by, though got crowded quickly - this was over the holidays, so probably as expected. Nicely stocked - plates, glasses, etc. condiments, even some beers. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and even mini golf. Do get some neighbor noise from above - it is a condo..nothing terrible.

Unit was very well equipped, especially kitchen appliances, dishes and cookware. Lots of condiments, some papergoods also. The only downside was very dim lighting and quite a few roaches in every room; needs fumigating.Otherwise, very enjoyable stay; nice pool, jaccuzi and exercise room.

The property is nice. The furniture seems a bit outdated. Reminded us of staying with the Golden Girls! The bathrooms and kitchen were updated. The only complaint we had was the A/C. There was a sign that said not to turn it below 75 degrees and then It automatically went to 85 degrees everyday. If we were at the condo throughout the day, we noticed it started getting warm and sure enough the AC was back up to 85. I can see when no one is staying there, have the AC turned up. But when there are guests staying there, the last thing they want is to come in to a hot condo!

The condo in Hawaii was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, good sized kitchen and living areas. Close to shopping, grocery stores, beaches and great restaurants. The pool, spa and gym were great as well. Super relaxing and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Even better than the larger resorts!

The location is perfect, Waikoloa Beach Resort is great with shops, beach, and restaurants. It is in a very walkable area, the pool was gorgeous.
The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very clean.

We love the Fairways Villas as a location and this apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed from umbrellas, cool bags (eski) chairs and snorkels.
The apartment was a great location close to all shops, had great space and the breeze through kept it nice and cool without having to live on AC a welcomed break from having to have AC on like in other places.
Our hosts were generous with advice, discount info for golf and check-in through to ensure all going well in the week.We can’t wait to comeback.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The condo was in very good condition and was equipped with everything that we needed. Our communications with the owners were always very prompt and helpful. The closest with beach items was more than we could have hoped for as well. The location of the property made it easy to get wherever we needed on the island.
Next time we are on Hawaii this property will be the first one we look for!

This was a lovely, well equipped, comfortable condo. The location was great for access to all the areas of the island. Great walks right out the front door. Easy drive to Hapuna and other beaches. Quick access to east side via Waiamea. We loved the views of Mauna Kea off the balcony.
The home was comfortable. Beds and baths were great. Kitchen was very well equipped.
The hosts were responsive to even small issues and made us feel cared about!
The only issue was a couple of noisy neighbors but so goes condo living. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Michelle‘s condo. We have been to the big island a few times and always like to stay in this area. Close to all the beaches that we enjoy, and yet still a short drive to Kailua Kona we really enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub that are central to the gated condo community here. We will be back!

My family really enjoyed the closeness of the condo to all ameneties and beaches. The condo provided a perfect base for us to cook some meals and have peaceful Hawaiian evenings surrounded by the volcanic rock and the beauty if the island.

The villa location was convenient to getting in and out, restaurants, shopping and the pool. The master bed was comfortable and the lanai was a great spot to watch the sunrise and enjoy our morning coffee. We got to pack light knowing there is a washer and dryer to use. We loved our first visit to Kona and can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay at Island Therapy. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The master bathroom shower was wonderful. The beds were comfortable with a king sized bed in the master and a standard queen in the guest bedroom. This is the smallest width queen made at 60 inches wide in case you’re sharing with another couple. The view of the golf course was lovely and everything Waikoloa Beach has to offer was within walking distance. The property manager was very responsive. We’ll be back next year!

My son and I went to the Big Island for a week-long, family reunion. First of all, the entire complex is situated in an awesome part of the island. Just outside of Kailua Kona (you’re near Target, Costco, the airport), but close to Hapuna (great beach), an ancient petroglyph field and heiau, golfing, Waimea. David and Michelle’s condo was so comfortable (I can’t emphasize that enough!). Everything you would need was there. The entire unit was beautifully renovated with views of the mountains, petroglyph fields and golf course. On a side note, we needed to leave our car parked an hour past the check out in order to say goodbye to our family. David and Michelle very graciously allowed us this precious time. We had a spectacular vacation due in large part to our incredible hosts. I wish I could give this location more than five stars. Mahalo nui loa!

Island Therapy is a beautiful condo. It us very well maintained and extremely clean which we appreciated. The condo is very well equipped and is in a fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants, and some amazing beaches.

My husband and I have stayed in this condo 2 on different occasions and we will be happy to return. When we opened the door upon arrival there was Hawaiian music playing and it made us smile and feel so welcome. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook just like your own home. I was particularly fond of the Nutra Bullet because we drink protein shakes every morning. The master bed was comfy and the walk in shower is very nice. I would highly recommend this property for anyones vacation stay.

This is a our third stay in the fairway villas. It’s always nice, and the access to the pool and workout area is awesome. This is a great place for kids, teenagers, and adults. David and Michelle's place exceeded our expectations. Very clean, plenty of amenities for cooking, swimming, snorkling, music and even TV entertainment. Beautiful master bedroom/bath. David and Michelle were very easy to work with and provided numerous recommendations for a great experience. So many pillow choices for a good night's sleep. The 2nd bedroom mattress was a little too firm for our family; recommend a 2nd pad just like the master :). Thank you for being great hosts. Can't wait to do this again.

This is our 5th time to these area condos over the past 6 years, and we were pleasantly surprised that the master shower had been updated. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils to cook. They had a wide variety of staples, condiments, and spices. We love the common BBQ for our fish. Above all, communication before and during our stay was quick, respectful, and polite. Thank you -- we would stay again.

Our party of 6 stayed very comfortably in this unit. Two kids slept on the pullout sofa and they never complained about it being uncomfortable which is a first. Initially I worried that I was going to regret not staying at the larger waterfront resorts but I was so glad we didn’t. Everything was very close and easy. The property seemed full but the pool always had chairs available and there was space in the hot tub. We enjoyed Starbucks and all the shops within walking distance. The gas station is super close and made it very convenient to fill up before our day trips. There are chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards available in the unit which is a huge benefit because they are totally necessary on the island. The owners were quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.
