We had the condo for five days and it was perfect. Roomy, very clean, within walking distance of any type of restaurant you could think of and plenty of shopping. Each king bedroom had its own en suite bath plus a third bath for if you had guests. Would absolutely stay there again.

From the moment we opened the door, we knew we had found the perfect place to stay in Kona. This gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations in every way—beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and ideally located right in town yet blissfully quiet.With two spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and additional sleeping options in the living room, it was perfect for our group. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (including a waffle maker—what a treat!). The owners have truly thought of everything, from an entertainment system to a closet stocked with Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, beach toys, and boogie boards.The highlight? The huge lanai! With a table for six, a loveseat, and extra seating, it became our favorite spot to relax, dine, and soak in the tropical breeze. The air conditioning kept everything cool and comfortable, and the secure, under-building parking (with easy double-space piggyback parking) made coming and going effortless.This condo was simply fantastic. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-appointed retreat in the heart of Kona, look no further—this place is a gem! We can’t wait to return.

The bed, pillows and shower were great. The condo was beautifully appointed. The lanai was awesome with the lounge chairs and table. It was a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day. The location was great, easy access to lots of restaurants. Even attended the luau across the street. Lots of beach accessories that came in handy for going to the beach. Great snorkeling nearby. Awesome location for exploring the rest of the island. Because it is a management co instead of direct access to individual owner, response time and action is a little slower or doesn't happen. But the screen door off its rail didn't distract from our week stay. No one followed up after our initial first day phone call. We just left the screen open and used the glass door. A minor detail for an otherwise awesome week!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo in Kona Pacific. This unit may have the best location in the complex. The landscaping off the large lanai feels like you are in your own tropical garden. The sunsets from the lanai are beautiful! The pool is heavenly. You can see the Kona Pacific complex takes great pride in their facilities. The kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms in the condo are really well done and serene. The short walk into downtown Kona is very convenient. A few mornings we walked to the Kona Heaven Coffee cafe and sat on their front porch. Even though close to town, the condo complex was very quiet and you would not know you were right in town. HIghly recommend this condo!

The rental property was very well equipped with a very well supplied kitchen and lots of sports equipment for the beach and water. The unit is air conditioned but we found the ceiling fans were very efficient and enough to keep us comfortable.It should be noted that this building has an elevator which was very appreciated. The property has a pool as well as a barbecue area. The property was clean and well maintained. Any concern we had was managed quickly and efficiently.

We stayed 6 days at this lovely and very spacious condo which allowed us to be super close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We enjoyed a 5 minute walk to have delicious, fresh acai bowls for breakfast, drinks at the waterfront hotel across the road, and plenty of shops. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can find most everything you need and its less than 30 minutes to swveral amazing beaches. The bathrooms are outdated but the entire unit makes up for it. Definitely will try to stay again.

The condo was in a great location and very well appointed with lovely views of the ocean and sunsets. We were able to walk into town which was a plus since parking is hard to find in town. The one disappointment was that there were no beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, or cooler for going to the beach. Only two boogie boards. We thought from the description that these would be supplied.

This is a great condo for 2 couples since it has 2 king beds. The furniture is very updated and comfortable. Location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the ocean. This was our second visit to this unit. Its best features are that it is within walking distance to downtown Kona and all the shops and restaurants. The unit is also well situated within Kona Pacific on the first floor (no elevator rides), and a few short steps to the pool. The condo is a good size with two bedrooms and three full bathrooms (which did not get used). It is very well equipped as far at the kitchen and beach supplies. The large TV was appreciated. We just wished there was one in the master bedroom. The lanai is large and well furnished, making it the perfect place for breakfast and lunch. Communication with the property management company was generally good. Because of a plumbing problem that was going to require extensive repairs, they efficiently moved us to another condo. But, next year we will be back.

It was all we hoped for and more. It was not right on the beach but only blocks away and close to shops and stores.We prefer someone at a front desk to check in and welcome us but we are old fashion. Only other minor issues were the pool was cold and we saw a couple insects inside.

The property came as advertised. It was walking distance to the main area of town with plenty of dining options. The pool on the property was clean and refreshing in the warm weather. The only negative about the property was the toilets. They were low flushing toilets and you had to hold the lever down for about 10 - 15 seconds before the toilet would flush. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

We were really happy with the condo. The location is great. Really close to town (3min) walk). The unit itself is on the corner and has good size balcony with a partial ocean view. I loved sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The pool is very close which is convenient but maybe in summer this might be more noisy. We went in December so there were only a few people at the pool as the weather was overcast. They have beach chairs but unfortunately they were very old and broken, we managed without as I had brought a light weight beach blanket from home. The beds were decently comfy .. very soft .. I prefer more firm but I was comfortable enough. We went in December so there were only a few people at the pool and some days min as the weather was overcast. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook breakfast. check in process is a bit extensive with signing multiple documents before you go and then another one when you arrive. However we were able to get in to the condo by following the precise instructions! We had a great time staying here at this condo. It was spacious for our family of 4 adults. I would recommend this condo if you are staying in Kona.

All and all, we love the location. Previously, we would stay at the Royal Kona Resort. This was so close to that and allows us to walk to the majority of things we are interested in doing/seeing while in Kona. I was a little disappointed in the view from the room. The pictures in the ad make it appear that there is much more of an Ocean view then there really is, it's much more a peekaboo view. I also found in a little lacking in supplies provided such as something as simple as a first aid kit or extra garbage bags. We were there for 2 weeks and got 4 bags. It just seems a wee silly to state in the rules to take the trash out daily. I get why they would want that, so maybe provide the ability to do so.
