We arrived to see signs that the swimming pool was closed and renovations were being carried out, which was slightly disappointing, as close by beaches were not really suitable to swim in or sit on. Car park space is very compact.
Otherwise great location especially for the Kona Ironman event which we came for.

Lovely condo close enough to Ali'i Dr but not too close! Lots of shops and great restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful, attentive hosts.Well maintained property, beautiful grounds. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This was a great rental! Very close to downtown so you can easily walk everywhere yet quiet in and around the unit itself. We loved the lanai specifically. You have a great view and we enjoyed reading and drinking our coffee out there every morning. Would definitely stay again :)

This condo is well kept, clean, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The trees next to the balcony gave us great birding opportunities! The Rosy Cheeked Lovebirds were beautiful! The condo is away from the crowds and yet close enough to walk to restaurants, stores and ocean.

We loved our stay here! The home was so well stocked down to the rice cooker and the salad spinner-it met all our needs. The view is fantastic and the complex was very quiet. While sitting on the patio, we saw so many birds and the landscaping was beautiful. The condo is situated so that the trees provided much privacy from the complex next to it. We felt completely tucked away. The covered parking space was a bonus and the home is well stocked with beach toys. A very short walk to shopping area, food, and the oceanfront. The property owner was very polite, responsive, and communicated with us prior to and after our stay. We will be staying her again for sure!

Gina’s Kona Pacific condo was a lovely home base for our trip to the Big Island. It was very clean and I particularly appreciated that the sheets and towels were not heavily scented. We enjoyed having beach chairs, towels and an umbrella to use on beach outings. The lanai is fantastic. The lounge chairs and ocean view do not disappoint. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed breakfasts of fresh papaya and mango on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't be more pleased! The condo was clean and set up with everything we needed to enjoy the week. The view from the Lanai was gorgeous and we enjoyed our coffee from there every morning. We only swam in the pool once but it was nice. Lots of places to eat a short walk away and many with ocean views. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again if we come back to this island. It did not disappoint.

What a fabulous condo with amazing lanai views of the ocean and the beautiful property of Kona Pacific. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks along the ocean front and the easy access to all the shops and restaurants. Snorkeling was awesome at Kahulu Beach Park, found all Nemo’s relatives there!

The condo was even better than expected. The grounds were gorgeous, the condo quiet and comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace! A well stocked kitchen was included, which made the stay so easy, as we could prepare meals right at 'home' and eat on the terrace, which was just as nice as most retaurants. We will definitely look Gina's condo up again when returning to Kona.

This entire property exceeded out expectations in every way. Too many details to list but this property makes you feel right at home. The lanai was AMAZING, spent just as much time out there having coffee and enjoying the sounds of mother nature. Everything is within walking distance to restaurants and activities. We will certainly come back. Great communications with the owners as well!

I truly cannot say enough about this condo! From the location (3-5 min walk to everything on Ali'i Drive), to the view, to the amenities provided -- everything was fantastic. The condo is super simple and has everything as-pictures.
The condo has everything you need -- full fridge/freezer with ice maker, all the pots/pans/utensils, and cozy spaces throughout. One stop at the grocery store and we were able to enjoy cooking breakfast in the full kitchen every morning we were there, followed by the amazing view from the lanai to start (and end) our day.
The parking spot is tight, but we were able to fit a full size car without trouble (you need to know how to drive/park in small parking garages). Having the gate access was also a lifesaver numerous times to get in/out from the property as we went on our way. Gina will tell you to get a smaller rental car for this purpose, though, and I appreciated knowing this up-front.
A/C worked great when we needed it, but with the plethora of fans throughout, we kept it to a minimum. Bed was comfortable enough for our stay (everyone's opinion on this will be different) and the bathrooms (yes, two!) were both clean, functional, and spacious for our needs.
I almost hate to say you should stay here because we truly thought it was a gem of a find. We are so thankful to have been able to stay and will definitely look to book again in the future!

Beautiful, large upgraded condo with 2 bathrooms (big plus). Condo is very close to all the restaurants, bars, music, and action you can handle. Great wrap-around lanai with top notch furniture, and a super ocean view full of parasailers, cruise ships, jet skiers, boaters, kayakers. Dedicated underground parking space, and multiple elevators a big plus. Overall a wonderful condo.

This Condo is exactly as described in every way! Super clean, very comfortable, great views of the ocean! We found our trip was enhanced by having this place as our home base during our visit. Really enjoyed the lanai and all the views and comfy furniture. We ate in a lot as we were there for a month and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend!

When you picture the perfect place to stay....this is it. You wake up and have coffee on the lanai watching the spinner dolphins and waves roll in. The location to Kailua village is walking distance so that makes it perfect for evening strolls or morning walks to the fruit markets. We have stayed at the Kona Pacific 8 times and this was our best condo yet. Gina was prompt and helpful getting back yo us. I recommend it to all.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about this beautiful condo! It was well stocked with everything you cold possibly need or want. It was immaculate with much attention given to every detail from decorating, supplies, and helpful tips of things to do in Kona and on this gorgeous island! I think our favorite spot was the huge lanai with wonderful view of the ocean. There is plenty of comfortable seating with two large ceiling fans which will keep you cool and comfortable. Such a treat to sit out there to enjoy morning coffee or a gorgeous sunset! You will not be disappointed choosing this great rental!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It is located in a great location just a short walk to the ocean and Ali'i drive. It is very clean, well laid out and has been upgraded very nicely. The entire unit was very quiet and we often felt like we were the only tenants in the complex. The best part was drinking our morning coffee while over looking the ocean. Our only disappointment was not being able to enjoy for a few more days!

We had a great stay at the condo in the Kona Pacific complex. The unit was clean and completely remodeled, it also was in a great location on the edge of town. The condo unit is in the middle of the complex so there was no noise and we slept with the glass patio doors open and never had to use A/C. We walked to town many nights and enjoyed many restaurants and galleries. We would definitely recommend the condo to everyone and will stay there again when we return to the Big Island. We had an amazing holiday in Kona and your Condo was fantastic. Everything so clean and organised and just loved the wraparound Lani. So appreciated all the little incidentals [such as scissors, glad wrap, reusable containers]that were in the Condo. It was also a perfect distance from town and close to everything, especially as we were watching our daughter compete in the Ironman World Championships. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was wonderful! Gina is wonderful to work with. The condo is very clean, well stocked with amenities, and HUGE. We loved the beautiful stone shower in the master bathroom, and the location was perfect for a short walk along the waterfront area. The parking garage was also a nice addition; though it is a compact space so don't rent a huge car! We loved that while it is in the condo buildings, the unit is high enough that we got a beautiful ocean view from our condo, and the privacy was excellent (aka we weren't looking into other people's condo units :p). We also loved that there were beach chair and towels available for our use at the condo, as we did a fair number of trips to the beach. We didn't cook much - mostly tried out local restaurants - but definitely was a fan of the huge kitchen and full fridge that allowed us so store leftovers very comfortably. We had a wonderful time here, and would definitely stay here again for our next trip to the Big Island!!!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this very comfortable neat & clean condo. Is very nicley decorated. Had all the amenities like being at home away from home. Having the washer & dryer was a great to have also. Along with all the necessities needed for the beach. The location is amazing, walking distance to local restaurants & shops. The complex is very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!! The owners were very acommodating.

Perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants and bars but far enough removed from the main road to keep the noise to a minimum. A/C available but generally not needed - the ceiling fans keep the temperature reasonable. The parking space is small as the owners say, I rented an intermediate size car and that was about as big as I could get in there. Check-in and check-out were simple and I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay again at this beautiful condo! We appreciate the owner's hospitality in making everything so nice for their guests. In addition to all the amenities such as boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, etc having the sunscreen, lotions, acetone nail polish remover, etc available was very helpful. There is everything we could want or need in the kitchen, and nice quality as well... not the cheap dollar store stuff you find at some units. And we love how tastefully the condo is furnished and decorated. It's just so pleasant staying there!

This condo was perfect for my 2 week stay on the big island. It was within easy walking distance to downtown and the shops, but far enough away from the traffic of Ali'i drive. I enjoyed being able to cook my own meals and have them out on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The condo was well stocked with amenities including bathroom and kitchen items. The pool area was great, clean and never too busy. The complex overall was quiet and well kept and I felt comfortable coming and going at any time of the day or night.
I highly recommend this unit for both it's location and the way the way it is maintained by the owners.

My husband & i rented this suite for 10 days and enjoyed our time here. The condo was very well maintained and clean and the view from our deck was amazing. Very comfortable furntiure on the laini which was important. Underground parking was also a plus. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was included.. coolers, umbrellas, chairs even a little sunscreen as had forgotten ours at home. I should also mention that the building is quiet and we woke up refreshed every day. :) Aloha

This is our second time of staying in this particular unit and it is our favorite. It is very clean and comfortable. The new walk in shower is beautiful and the owners provide some very nice extras as cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, chairs etc that make it very easy to enjoy the beach. The lani is so nice and we enjoy having friends over and eating out there and/or relax. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Kona Pacific is so handy for walking downtown and it is very well kept up and the pool is very, very nice. We highly recommend this unit.
