We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely stay in this unit again. Beautiful condo that was clean with plenty of amenities and a wonderful wrap around porch to take in the great weather of Hawaii and views to the ocean! Great location within walking distance of all the fun in Kona.

We traveled to Kona-Kailua to participate in the 50th anniversary of the Queen Liliuokalani Race. Everything about the property was as advertised and fit our family perfectly. We had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cooler, boogie boards, huge lanai, covered parking, washer/dryer, and a pool! We couldn't have asked for anything more. The property managers were easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. We're already looking forward to staying here again!

We had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cooler, boogie boards, huge lanai, covered parking, washer/dryer, and a pool! We couldn't have asked for anything more. The property managers were easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. We're already looking forward to staying here again!

This place is great. It’s in a perfect location - really peaceful but only 5 minutes from a busier area full of places to eat. The accommodation was wonderful. As other reviews have said, the photo’s don’t do it justice. Lovely spacious rooms, nice big beds, lovely and clean and fresh with a lovely view from the balcony. The pool was lovely and quiet and just the right size for the kids to play in. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The condo was very well appointed and has a great location. It is a short walk to dining, shopping and about a mile to the nearest beach. The lanai is huge with separate areas to sit and enjoy the ocean views.

The large lanai was the star attraction where we enjoyed our meals and relaxing. Really appreciated the elevator for my 94 year old dad.,And the reserved parking in the building’s garage was a bonus. Highly recommend this condo!

This is a well maintained, clean & spacious condo. The kitchen is clean & well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, appliances, and basic spices. The beds are comfortable with a large supply of linens and blankets for extra sleeping possibilities. The three bathrooms are well stocked with towels and hygiene supplies. There is a closet full of beach items and beach towels are supplied. Close access to beaches and town made this a perfect spot for our stay there.
The dining area on the lanai is wonderful with the ocean view. The evening brings in small flying bugs attracted to the light. By keeping the light off on the lanai, using light from the living room lamp, we were able to enjoy our supper bug free.
The property management team are awesome! There was great communication and direction from them prior to & during our stay. We highly recommend this property.

The unit was decent and clean. The neighboring units tenants/guests were extremely rude. Check in process was not explained and was fined for not signing a piece of paper when we arrived.

As two couples, we originally chose this property due to the double king bedrooms with private baths. The huge lanai, extra bath and well appointed kitchen were a definite bonus :-)

Beautifully spacious condo with an incredible lanai for relaxing and getting away from crowds. It has a partial ocean view, which was perfect for us. It had a wonderful breeze and it was comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need!

We loved this condo!
Beautifully decorated- 2 master bedrooms both with private full bathrooms -plus a third full bath off the main area (would work well if you had people on sleeper sofa in the living room.)
Both bedrooms open onto the spacious Lanai. It has 2 sitting areas and a dining area. There is a great view of the ocean over the tops of other buildings. We loved sitting out there.
It took us awhile to find the pool- behind the condo office. It was small but attractive- and not crowded at all. You can walk to downtown Kona. There is also a free trolley but it only runs once a hour - and was full when we tried to get on.
We had an issue with housekeeping - our fault- we couldn’t find the graciously provided beach towels. The rental company immediately contacted the housekeeper and resolved our issue quickly.
There is a super helpful notebook with lots of info about the condo specifically, and the island in general. They also have a copy of the Big Island Revealed guidebook.
All in all a great place to stay- would absolutely stay here again!!

The view from the lanais is even better than shown. It is very convenient to great shopping and fine dining in Kona. The concierge service was helpful. Truly a home away from home!

This condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to all the restaurants & shops in Kona. Very clean and well stocked. Peaceful & quite. A little view of the ocean. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it was very nice and clean looking. I will stay here again on my next visit to the Big Island.

This condo was a perfect fit for our vacation - 4 adults. The bedrooms are roomy and having 3 full bathrooms is very convenient. The lanai is very spacious with several seating options. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses and cookware. I also appreciated all the storage containers available - something not found in many places! There are beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a small cooler for beach use. There’s also a great assortment of umbrellas for rain! It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores. When renting this property, you also have access to concierge service! Shortly after checking in, we discovered one of the toilets wouldn’t flush. I made a call to management and issue was fixed right away. Overall, excellent experience!

This was a great property. I loved all the outdoor space. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was on the small side, but sufficient for a vacation rental. We’ll stocked with pots, pans and spices. The location is walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Ali’I Drive.

We loved our stay here! The condo was well stocked with everything from basic kitchen necessities to beach toys for our 2-year-old to enjoy in the sand. We were walking distance to everything in Kona Village, including the most beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. We are so happy to have found this place and hope to get to come back someday!
