Nice spacious condo with tasteful island decor. Full kitchen with washer and dryer (very handy). Clean, no island critters were seen inside. Comfortable bed and linens. Great shower and drainage. Breakfast on the lanai watching the waves break on the shore was great. Better ocean view than what is depicted in the pictures. Free designated parking space included with condo rental. Public saltwater pool next to the building. Quiet area. Short drive to Kona or take the tram that stops nearby. Conveniently located between each end of the island.

The location and view were spectacular!! The ocean front was a perfect place to bbq dinner and watch the sun set. Close enough to downtown Kona but far enough away to be quiet. We loved our stay very much!

The condo itself has the best location! It’s near multiple farmer’s markets, grocery stores, and the super cute waterfront. It’s relatively updated and was fairly clean. We weren’t supplied with a fitted sheet for the pullout sofa bed, but the rental company had one to us within 24 hours. The kitchen is very nicely stocked and there were enough sundries to last for our five day stay. Definitely recommend!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and super clean! The ocean front view was amazing & peaceful. The sunset every night was breathtaking. We saw whales & spinner dolphins from the lenai! The Kitchen has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. Unit has a washer and dryer that was very nice to have. The shower was great, has a rain shower and hand held shower head as well. Does have a hair dryer so you don't need to bring one. The location is great, its close to restaurants & shopping by car. There is a private pool & beach & right next door is a public salt water pool that is fed by the ocean & incredible waves that is never very crowded. The Owners were very responsive if & when needed. We highly recommend this property! We will be staying here again when we come back to Hawaii! *We stayed here in January. The weather was in the high 70's-82*

Condo unit was very nice and clean. View for a ground unit was very nice. Unit was easy to get in and out of as a ground unit. Owner was very responsive with helpful information. Location is OK as no restaurants (after 4PM) are within walking distance and parking toward downtown where restaurants are located is terrible. But access to roads and highways to places we wanted to go was very good. Property Manager was friendly and helpful.

From the time we booked everything went perfectly. The condo was fully equipped, and very clean. The location is great and the pool was always clean the beach and bbq area is a great place to end your day with a beautiful sunset and to meet many new friends. We had an amazing direct ocean view and fell asleep and woke up to the soothing sound of the waves every day! The property was older, but well-maintained, quiet, and in great shape. Our unit was cozy with beautiful decor. We loved having our morning coffee while watching the surfers and catching the stunning sunsets from the lanai.It was so convenient to have a full kitchen and laundry right in our unit. The only small thing we wished for was a bigger fry pan, but honestly, we had everything else we needed. When the dishwasher stopped working, we called the property manager, and someone came out within the hour to fix it. The living room had AC, but the bedroom didn’t. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a bit slow, but we found extra fans in the closet that kept the room cool enough. The coral sand beach on the property was the perfect spot to relax with umbrellas and lounge chairs. The pool was a great spot too and kept very clean, daily. Although we didn’t use the grills, we saw several people grilling nearby. The public saltwater pool next to the property, by the beach, looked a little sketchy, but it was a great spot to have a morning swim, protected from the rocks. You could snorkel with the fish there too. (snorkels in our unit)We were just a short walk away from the Ali'i Garden Markets, where we picked up fresh fruit, veggies, and the best banana bread. There was also a small market and coffee shop in walking distance. We definitely will rent this spot again!

My adult kids stayed here while I stayed in another unit. Here are their notes:Yvonne and James:Thank you so much for providing such a lovely space for our stay; the accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and functional! We also very much appreciate the treats of chocolate and coffee, truly the perfect welcome! Below I have listed a couple of issues we noticed during our stay.The dryer does not appear to be working, the drum turns and timers work, but the heat element seems to be in need of repairThe right closet door comes off the track quite easily, it seems the track lock piece is not attached to the top postThe upper small floating shelf in the bathroom is tilted forward, and seems a bit detached from the wall backingThe bug spray in the closet was empty when we went to use it.There is only one business card left.One of the knives in the knife block was missing. A drawer on the left side of the dresser is missing the pull ring and seems to be broken.The first aid kit was empty, with only a bandaid or two.They loved the decor and the AC in the bedroom.

Great location and well appointed unit. While repairs are being done to Unit C stair towers, they are desperately needed for Unit E stair towers also. Metal brackets anchoring posts as well as framing angles that support beams are extremely corroded.

The space was clean, welcoming and cozy. We enjoyed the friendly community of the building and the staff were helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and there was hardly anyone in the pool so we pretty much had it to ourselves. The coastline on the property was the perfect spot to listen to the waves while watching the sunset at the end of the day.

First of all, we really enjoyed the clean, comfy condo! The view from the balcony was so nice.
Secondly, the grounds and the pool were immaculate! And the public saltwater pool right next door was really cool.
Third, we were really happy with the available beach equipment, which included a pop-up, chairs, beach towels and masks/snorkels.
Overall, we had a really nice time and we appreciated all the attention to details for a great stay!

In general the stay was very nice. The shower was a bit low flow for our tastes, and someone had tried to fix a slat on the blinds before we stayed there, and it fell apart on us. But the condo was nicely appointed, and had beach stuff to use. We bought and left a clip for the mask and snorkel since it was missing. It is a very nice location.

If you are planning to stay at the condo most of the time, this is a good condo, because you can leave the AC on in the afternoon. If you leave during the day, he asks you to turn off the living room window AC unit. When we returned back to the condo at 7:30pm and turned on the AC, the condo was so hot, it couldn't cool the condo down. We ran it all night long and never pulled back the blankets or sheets the whole week we were there, because it was so hot. We would have enjoyed our stay so much more, if the temperature at bedtime would have been 15 degrees cooler.The condo grounds are lovely. We used the BBQs by the ocean and had dinner on the picnic tables watching the waves. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. It was really nice having an assigned parking place.

The view shown in the photos is a side-long as opposed to direct view from the lanai, but there is an unobstructed ocean view. This condo is very well-stocked with necessities and more, including games, playing cards, beach chairs, a small cooler and umbrella, as well as toiletry items. We had a small issue at check-in but it was quickly fixed with a phone call to the owner. The property is lovely and well-maintained with a very nice pool and common area with picnic tables and lounging chairs for oceanside relaxation, plus gas grills. Parking is convenient. It is in a great location, removed from the more-touristy area but close enough to get to a luau or to shop as desired. The king bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need for vacation cooking. The A/C is located only in the main living area, but strategic use of a fan cools down the bedroom fast. Overall this is an exceptional place to stay in Kailua-Kona for a couple or couple 1 child, 10/10 rating!
