The place was great and exceeded my expectations. The view is insane - you have perfect sunset views, unobstructed ocean views with palm trees swaying and you have a view of the "ocean pool" that is owned by the State of Hawaii (next door). When we arrived, the Keurig coffee machine was broken (we simply used the "other" regular coffee maker the first morning) and we let the owner know that morning. When we returned that afternoon, there was a new one sitting by the front door. The A/C worked great, the parking spot was conveniently located, etc. etc. etc..... everything is as advertised!The place was fantastic. I would stay here again for sure!

The condo was spotless, decorated like a cozy beach cottage, and stocked with everything we needed for the best time on the beach! Audri was a wonderful host, and answered all my questions quickly, and kindly. We loved everything about our stay, and will definitely book with her again!

Very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. There was management on site but also a company that we would contact online or by phone.
Please be aware that the a/c was only in the living room. With the fans supplied we discovered a system to push the cooler air from the living room down to the bedroom.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything in the pictures is accurate other than the ocean view is more epic. The pool is heated, so always warm. Communication with the owner was super quick, we so appreciated her. Especially when we failed to check out on time. Very gracious, we hope to repay her favor.

My whole experience with Kona Coast Vacations has been excellent. All agents you speak to are well versed and can answer everything you may ask regarding the property. The unit, E21, is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things. I would , however enjoy having a stronger shower pressure. The current pressure works.....but is fairly weak. I thank all the employees I spoke to during my week. :-)

The kitchen was well equipped, except for a lack of baking items. So we bought a muffin pan and left it there for future guests. We appreciated the things that had been left in the kitchen, such as condiments and seasonings. I wish the refrigerator included an ice-maker. We didn’t care for the rocking chairs in the living room. We would have preferred cushioned side chairs or ideally a recliner chair. An ottoman or two would help. in the bedroom, we found it difficult to get into bed because it is so high. The shades on the sliding glass door were missing a slat. I think it was actually a poorly designed shade system. The pool is kept clean and comfortably warm. The beachfront area is very nice with good furnishings. We didn’t use the outdoor grills. The condo and the grounds are kept clean and well maintained.All in all a very nice condo and good value.

Nice space and very well-equipped condo in a pretty location with a good view of the ocean from the lanai and living room. Communication was good and an issue we had was nicely resolved. We liked everything about the stay except we have to give it 4 stars because the bed was so uncomfortable. We are not big people but there was a big trough in the middle of the mattress so we had to sleep right at the edges, and overall it seems ready to be retired.

Location of this property is awesome. Being able to walk to the pool and the barbecue area, and just sit and watch the ocean was cherry on top. Close to downtown. Having a car is highly recommended. We enjoyed having breakfast in the backyard, with the view of the ocean.

Beware of renting from this company that host this rental because they do not accuratelydescribe condition of rental they hide the fact that it has no air conditioning at this property in this one little line so make sure you read the whole description on any of their properties they host because they will not work with you in any way also the pictures do not represent what the property actually looks like.

When we arrived there was another vehicle parked in the designated parking spot. We went to check in and the property managers office was closed even though it was 4pm and the managers office is supposed to be open until 5pm. Unfortunately the condo was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Contacted the owner and the condo was cleaned several hours later. Got off to a bad start. There were three high top chairs on the balcony, when my wife sat in one that swiveled the chair seat fell off the stand, luckily she was not injured very seriously. The chair swivel appeared to be old, rusted, and worn out.

The rental was great and described accurately. It is small but perfect for a single or a couple. The view was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook a lot. Michael. The manager, was very pleasant and took great care of the property. We had no need to contact the owner. We are not pool people, but others were enjoying it.

Having a view of the ocean from the balcony was lovely! Pool was clean and not overly busy, and there were plenty of chairs by the little beach to enjoy some time by the water. BBQs were easy to use and efficient.The suite was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Although I remember reading somewhere that the bathroom has everything and "just bring your toothbrush" - if you read that, beware, there's no toothpaste or floss lol! They do have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels (shower and beach), lotion, and sunscreen. I couldn't find a first aid kit though, which I went looking for when my son had a sea urchin injury. We ended up going to the grocery store for tweezers. Communication with the host was excellent - quick responses, friendly, and easy directions to follow. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to recommend it to others. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Audrey’s place was wonderful. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but far enough away from the tourist spots to enjoy the serene sounds of coqui frogs and crashing waves. It is nicely decorated, comfy, and super well-appointed. Everything we needed/wanted was easy to find including picnic and grilling supplies to enjoy the amazing sunsets at the waters edge. We will definitely return the next time we are in Kona!! One thing to note, the unit is not a 2BR as listed on VRBO. It is just a one bedroom with a queen size sofa bed that is comfortable and easy to set up.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this condo. The unit was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also really appreciated the beach supplies—it made our outings so easy and enjoyable.The bed was very comfortable, and the complex itself was quiet and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful area near the water where we could have our morning coffee, relax and enjoy a good book, and watch the sunset in the evenings. The saltwater pool was another highlight.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host provided such clear instructions that we didn’t need to reach out at all. Overall, a fantastic stay—we would happily return!

Excellent location with an incredible view. Great communication and easy check in instructions. You get an assigned parking space which is so nice because you don't have to search for an open spot. The manager was very helpful and showed us around when we arrived. Fantastic beach area overlooking the waves to relax. Also 2 pools to choose from. We enjoyed bbqing every night and watching the waves. 100% will be back here. Highly recommend this condo.

The suite is dated. AC only in bedroom. Description is misleading. Great view. Great location. Just really, really, really expensive. Also, I know how much Americans hate Canadians, so I didn’t feel safe on several occasions. Will probably never go back to Hawaii or America for that matter.

The kitchen needed more than 2 small towels so we just went to Goodwill and bought a couple, no big deal. The stack washer and dryer has seen its better days. The handle on the dryer was broke off when we arrived but we worked with it. The washer does not want to stop when it is in the spin mode. The bed needs to be replaced for sure, other wise it was very nice. Jeff

Wow!! We came to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and having this condo as our home away from home was so lovely. Our 5 (almost 6) year old couldn’t get enough of the pool and trying to catch geckos. It’s definitely a place with retirees in abundance, which is not an issue but we kind of wish there were more kids for ours to play with. Luckily, he’s quite amiable and quickly made fast friends with a wonderful couple in their late 60’s who gave us all of the inside tips. Our kid absolutely loved having his own tv in his “room” (the living room, on the sleeper sofa). He will be bragging to his fellow kindergarteners for a while about that!The host was so incredibly kind, communicative and helpful, we highly recommend staying here. While, for us, it was slightly too far, with only adults or older kids, it’s easily walkable to downtown or nearby beaches.

The condo was very clean, very nice decor, and quiet. The ceiling fans kept the unit cool and the AC in the bedroom worked well, too. We liked having a corner unit to enjoy the ocean and the landscaping. It was fantastic to be right on the ocean to hear and watch the waves. Beautiful view! We will definitely return. One thing is that they called the complex Holualoa Village. But it is really Kona Riviera Villas.

The view from the lanai was incredible. I enjoyed the pool, the grounds were immaculate, and the parking spot was perfect. The place was very nice, and everything was in great condition. Had a cooler, snorkeling equip, beach towels, and a boogie board for use. Good location, too far for us to walk to town. However, the Alii Marketplace was within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The property is clean, quiet and comfortable. We would book this property again. The bed was comfortable, condo was clean and it was close to other amenities. This was an amazing place. Patio was facing the ocean. I spent a lot of time on this patio relaxing and reading. Sunsets were amazing. Place was very clean and had beach gear that we could use. We loved our stay at Kona Isle A3. The unit is very cute, very clean, and nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. The complex is quite nice with a lovely beachfront with lots of chairs, picnic tables, and umbrellas. Lovely place to watch the sunsets!
