Place was very nice and right on the ocean.It was comfortable. It came with beach chairs and things one might need on the beach. Barbecue grills were fantastic for grilling. Two things that would make it better, air conditioning and a dishwasher.

This complex is the perfect size if you want a peaceful, clean environment. Close enough to Kona Town and yet away from the noise and traffic. Beach front nice pool area, great parking.

The condo is conveniently located in a bustling Kona neighborhood. Very close to local market and just enough distance from superstores. The condo was clean, well stocked with essentials and very quiet. Very airy and refreshing space. If we come back we would love to stay here again. Michael was reachable and flexible with slight changes in our plan.

While this condo is very basic, it has what we needed, and the view from the lanai is wonderful. A couple of minor things had to be fixed, and Knutson & Associates immediately responded to our message to arrange for them to be successfully fixed.

This condo was perfect! I woke up to the beach and sounds of water every day and enjoyed my personal deck. Unlike a lot of the properties around this one had beach access with non obstructed views. Everything I needed was included, snorkel gear, full kitchen, pool, parking etc. the on-site staff member was welcoming and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place, location and charming condo. I had to call the property manager to try to work tv, just wanted to watch football and took awhile to text back and never fixed the problem. Wish there was instructions or have someone come to help. We had a great time and will stay there again. Bed was comfy and the best thing was they had a coffee grinder, so nice to grind coffee beans in the morning. Thank you

This was a great location and beautiful property. It was exactly as described. Very quiet neighborhood which was a huge plus and the neighbors were friendly. Very well stocked kitchen and everything you need is close by. Nice pool access and beach area with lounge chairs.

The Volcano national park is amazing especially Kilauea. The top of Mauna Kia is especially spectacular with a lovely walk to a lake.

not much to say but amazing . Ocean front with crashing waves and sunsets . Unit is well equipped with all you can need , grounds are well kept . Pool fills up fast and is a little on the smaller side . Kona strip could be walked to if your very energetic otherwise 4 min drive . Waves are huge and crashing against the lava walls. 5 min away are beaches where you can swim . Condos buildings are 3 floors , no elevators but not big deal . Small market store right next door . If you love being ocean front , close proximity to the strip this is your place

Our family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed on the Big Island for 3 weeks and chose this condo due to the stunning view. The location was wonderful…we were close enough to town that it only required a short drive. Sitting out on our lanai each morning and evening was our family’s favourite part of the trip. The island is gorgeous…we explored all parts and none of it disappointed.
The unit was tidy, had many amenities, and the view was phenomenal. Hearing the waves all day and night is exactly what we were looking for. Kids slept on the pull out bed, which they said was comfortable. Bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but it was SO hot! Even with ceiling fan and multiple floor fans in the unit, we couldn’t escape the heat. We left the windows open to allow for cross breezes, but we all complained of being hot. I think air conditioning in the bedroom would have helped.
The unit is close to many beaches, fun sites, shopping. If you want to be closer to beaches for lil kids, I would say to stay further north, but our kids liked the rocky beaches near us to explore so it worked for our family! Lots of surfers right outside our unit so it was nice to watch them each morning.
Overall, we enjoyed this unit and would return!

By far one of the vacation spots and host experiences ever. Monica made our stay amazing! My Now husband suffers from back issues and they put in a mattress topper to give us more comfort. She also left us a bottle of Champagne to celebrate our wedding. The unit is perfect, cozy well decorated and clean. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be back for sure!!

This was our second stay at Kona Isle, our first in this unit. As others have noted the direct water view is the highlight and reason for staying here. The unit itself is a mixed bag; relatively clean and well stocked but there are several needed updates; carpet is very dirty, dishwasher unusable due to rust and clogged filter (which my husband attempted to clean), and furniture is old. There is no roll down shade on the deck for the afternoon sun which all other west facing units have. The complex itself is a bit worse for wear but the pool and common areas are very nice and well maintained. Probably will not return.

Betty and Mike have thought of everything and more. The condo was even better than advertised. Clean, easy to check in (even at midnight) and precise and accurate directions from the airport. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful views of the sea. On our last day several pods of spinner dolphins porpoised by the condo exhuberantly jumping clear of the water by two to three feet. Yan and Gary’s condo is a true gem. It’s a perfect layout for a one bedroom and had a well equipped kitchen and a bright airy space. The lanai is incredible with an ocean view of the waves crashing on the rocks and amazing sunsets.
The location in Kona is perfect for exploring downtown to the north and all the excellent spots south of Kona. Easy access to two step for awesome snorkeling, magic sands for playing in the waves and great bars and restaurants in town.
The condo complex is never too busy and everyone is relaxed and friendly.
If you love tide pools you can walk right out the back door to the rocks to explore and see eels, urchins and tons of fish. We have seen dolphins from the lanai on every visit.
It’s truly an amazing place for someone looking for a great Big Island and Kona experience
