This was a really sweet spot, when your traveling somewhere, you want to be out and about not spending all your time in your rental, but coming back to this one was relaxing, comfortable, and with a sweet view. The pool and hot tub were clean and peaceful. Rest days didnt feel like a waste and the neighbor hood kittys were fun to watch. Gail was helpful and welcoming, we had a little communication breakdown but she reassured me everything was going to be okay. If I were to go back to Hawaii I would like to book here again. I had one complaint and that was the condo upstairs they were very loud but thats not in Gails control and hofully that was a temporary neigbor.

The room was clean and functional, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was with amenities and supplies. The fresh avocados, bananas, and lilikoi from Ben’s farm added a lovely tropical touch to our meals. Ben was very responsive to our questions, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free.

WONDERFUL!!! Right from the moment we arrived, Ben was the most welcoming host we have ever encountered in our many stays in vacation rentals. The house was pristine and had everything we needed. The location was perfectly located for beach access at Kahaluu Bay and quick access to downtown Kona shops via the free trolley. While everyone else was scrambling for parking and we were in the water enjoying the wide variety of fish! Highlight was the turtle that swam right alongside us. We honored the ten foot distance but the turtle did not!! We ate dinner and watched the sunset over the bay every night. Ben also runs the Kahaluu Surf & Sea and his customers were as happy with his care there as we were with our incredible stay. Can't wait to come back and stay again. Perfect vacation!!!! Thank you so much Ben and crew!!!!

James provided all needed information at just the right time. The unit is super clean, updated, and very well appointed. The kitchen even had a French Press and a coffee grinder! The coffee snob in me was especially thrilled! The view of the palm trees and ocean was great and we enjoyed the pool area as well. It was exactly what we needed and was quiet and relaxing. What a magnificent place!! We’ve been to the Big Island a handful of times, and stayed at various locations. THIS IS OUR ALL TIME FAVORITE BY FAR! So spacious, clean and perfect for the four of us!! The view was incredible, and nothing beats waking up and sitting on the lanai listening to the ocean waves. We were directly across from the best snorkeling best ever. Also a great side beach there where my kids were able to play in the waves. They also rate it 10/10. The host was professional, and communicated well. Including ideas on what to do on the island. He was timely in response, and followed through with everything he said. He had boogie boards there for us to use, along with other misc stuff within the condo. The bed we slept in was more comfortable than my own. And both bathrooms had beautiful walk in showers. The ceilings in the entire unit were very high, which made it just feel so spacious and airy. Quiet area. Great pool and hot tub. The whole complex felt very safe and top tier. Will definitely rent the unit next time we come. Thank you SO much!

My two sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Gail’s lovely condo. It is so nicely decorated and comfortable. The proximity to Kahalu’u Beach Park is unbeatable. Situated steps from Ali’i Drive, access to a bus that runs downtown is super convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen too. We enjoyed the lanai (I got a kick out of hearing the lifeguard’s occasional announcements from Kahalu’u). I hope to return soon!

This property is beautiful, right across the street from the beach. There is everything you need provided in the property - snorkel gear, beach chairs, water shoes (no sizes for little kids FYI), tons of towels, cooler - this place was stocked so well. We loved our stay - the only thing to be aware of is that you hear everything from the unit above you. I don't know if we were just unlucky with who was there when we were, but at all hours of the day and night you heard stomping, doors and drawers slamming, etc.

This condo is as nice as a Westin condo. Clean, comfortable, nice amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, great location just steps to a snorkeling beach, large washer/dryer, and an elevator. Excellent communication from the owner with helpful links to activities, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kitchen was fully stocked. Master bedroom was comfortable. The location is the bomb. Best snorkeling ever and we’ve traveled a lot. It’s right across the street. It’s not a beach for kids to play in the water so much, but for teen’s snorkeling and surfing is wonderful. It’s not a resort area which is another plus. Close to a shopping plaza with a really nice grocery store and several restaurants. Parking was easy. Pool is cute. Great stay.

Very comfy condo, extremely well-stocked. Proximity to Kahalu’u Beach Park right across the street is a huge plus. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked and had everything one would need. Parking was easily available on premises. The AC and Wi-Fi worked very well. Cara, the host, was very easy to work with, communicated well, and provided thoughtful extras in the condo. Highly recommend this accommodation to others.

We had a lovely stay here. When we arrived the condo AC was not working but contact with management resulted in quick resolution. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator, wonderful for carrying in suitcases and groceries. It was well appointed, quiet, with lovely lanai and window views of mountains/ beach/ocean. Had coffee every morning on that good sized lanai. There is a nice snorkeling beach across the street. The pool was clean and hot tub wonderful. The unit is close to many things and there is a bus/trolly that runs between shopping center and downtown Kailua if you don't want to drive. Lots of parking at unit. Would stay there again. Thank you

The communication was great! The location was wonderful. My family snorkeled every day. The beach is across the street. There are turtles, fish, octopus. The condo was super comfortable. We were a family of 6 including 2 kids. I definitely recommend staying here.

When I contacted the host about a slow draining sink, she arranged to have a plumber out that same day to repair!The place was clean and provided everything we expected and more. We stayed with our family of 5. This condo was very nicely kept and the location across from the beach was amazing. Our girls also put in some time at the pool and loved it.Perfect location for jumping off to other adventures in Kona as well. Close to grocery and restaurants and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy on-site parking and an elevator- used a couple of times when u loading luggage, made life easier!I did quite a bit of research before our trip on where to stay and this absolutely exceeded expectations for our family. Would highly recommended to others.

The rental was perfect for my friends and I. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary amenities. The door key code was challenging so we just used the key. Response was quick and helpful. Mornings on the lanai with coffee was a wonderful way to start the day. Some of us started our days at the beach watching the sunrise. The unit was comfortable and clean. The extras were useful- chairs, beach towels, etc. I woupd definitely stay there again.
