We had a lovely stay here. When we arrived the condo AC was not working but contact with management resulted in quick resolution. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator, wonderful for carrying in suitcases and groceries. It was well appointed, quiet, with lovely lanai and window views of mountains/ beach/ocean. Had coffee every morning on that good sized lanai. There is a nice snorkeling beach across the street. The pool was clean and hot tub wonderful. The unit is close to many things and there is a bus/trolly that runs between shopping center and downtown Kailua if you don't want to drive. Lots of parking at unit. Would stay there again. Thank you

The communication was great! The location was wonderful. My family snorkeled every day. The beach is across the street. There are turtles, fish, octopus. The condo was super comfortable. We were a family of 6 including 2 kids. I definitely recommend staying here.

When I contacted the host about a slow draining sink, she arranged to have a plumber out that same day to repair!The place was clean and provided everything we expected and more. We stayed with our family of 5. This condo was very nicely kept and the location across from the beach was amazing. Our girls also put in some time at the pool and loved it.Perfect location for jumping off to other adventures in Kona as well. Close to grocery and restaurants and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy on-site parking and an elevator- used a couple of times when u loading luggage, made life easier!I did quite a bit of research before our trip on where to stay and this absolutely exceeded expectations for our family. Would highly recommended to others.

The rental was perfect for my friends and I. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary amenities. The door key code was challenging so we just used the key. Response was quick and helpful. Mornings on the lanai with coffee was a wonderful way to start the day. Some of us started our days at the beach watching the sunrise. The unit was comfortable and clean. The extras were useful- chairs, beach towels, etc. I woupd definitely stay there again.

This is a very well appointed condo with a lanai directly overlooking one of the best snorkeling spots on the Big Island. My expectations were exceeded in almost every way. Plenty of kitchen items. I especially appreciated the snorkel gear and the leftover sunblock from previous visitors. The pool and grill were also awesome. One thing to be aware of is that, while you can hear the ocean from this unit, you can also hear the cars on Alii drive. For me, the beach view outweighed this downside but folks should know that you do hear cars when the windows are open.

The host was amazing and was always in communication. Check in and check out is super easy. The ocean views are amazing and there are several lanais where you can sit and eat. 10/10! We had a wonderful time at the Aloha Kona Condos; the condo was very clean & comfortable with great walk in showers with a lanai that faced the beach! Walking distance to the beach & close to everything. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels & the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely return here for another vacation. This was the cleanest, most well-stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in during our trips to Hawaii, right across the street from excellent snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach Park! The unit is well maintained and has a lot of insulation, so we didn’t have to rely on the A/C to stay cool as much as some other places. The kitchen had everything - there was even a French press and filtered water in the fridge.Gorgeous lanai with comfortable chairs, and the master bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. It’s a quieter complex than some. Property manager and owner are friendly and easy to communicate with. I hope to stay here again!

Such a lovely vacation spot. Enjoyed snorkeling across the street. The pool was wonderful! Had our meals on the patio. The condo was equipped with all we needed - from pots and pans to boogie boards and swim shoes in various sizes to AC that helped us manage the humidity. We snorkeled at low tide and saw so many varieties of fish and turtles. Three of us stayed in the condo - hubby, wife and adult daughter - and we all felt as though we had enough space. Beds were comfy. Condo was very clean. Easy parking. Outside of the condo, had wonderful meal at Umeke’s and Ola Brewing. Visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park was very special.

We had a fantastic stay at the condo in Kahalu'u. The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The condo itself was beautifully maintained and well stocked with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the lanai—truly unforgettable. Its prime location right next to Kahalu'u Beach Park offered amazing snorkeling opportunities just steps away. We absolutely loved our time here and would be thrilled to return to this property in the future.

This was an excellent property. Nice pool and hot tub. 1st floor overlooking the pool and the snorkle beach across the street. Full size kitchen with all necessities. Two full baths with linens. Air conditioning worked very good. Parking was easy and safe. We toured the entire island and had a great stay, Aug of 2025. Also had snorkle gear provided and I swam with underwater camera across the street and got hundreds of coral reef fish pics. On the last day I swam with multiple turtles and got cool underwater video.

While the picture is a bit misleading (pool is on site, but not the view from our particular condo, the beach was viewed) both the beach and the pool were thoroughly enjoyed. The condo itself made us feel "right at home". It is decorated nicely and we found it to be very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the condiments in the frig. Bathrooms were spacious and plenty of towels were provided. Pool and beach equipment was so appreciated(as was the iron). Lovely location and easy to navigate the area. We would stay again of the opportunity arose.

Check-in was super easy with a code for the door and all parking spots are close to unit. Extremely clean and well stocked. I did ask for sheets to be out for sleeper sofa and we had to look for those and they forgot to turn the thermostat back down after a few day gap, but given the heat and humidity, the thermostat worked great and they set it down about a minute after I called. Beach gear was great. Don't underestimate snorkeling across the street. Kids had a great surf lesson too. Fabulous central location. Parking in town was expensive, but we went farther south for Shave Ice. Pool was great and kids used every day. Fabulous location!
