Great location/condo with a great price. Our flight landed at 10am and they were able to move our check-in up to 1pm! Condo was clean, stocked with dishes and cooking equipment (but you will need your own spices, etc, as stated in the listing), and we had a great time. It really is right next to the pool. Would stay again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great for us. Close to shopping and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were wonderful ways to fill our time in between excursions. Snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers all were provided by the host and well used during our stay. So thankful we found this perfect place for us!

Very clean and inviting smell when we opened the door for the first time. Well equipped with kitchen gears. As far as the place, it was perfect. We only wished the parking was a little closer to the condo, but it was a breeze unloading and loading our bags into n the driveway.

Good location. Unfortunately, owners did not allow reasonable or comfortable temperature in the accommodation. A/C was remotely controlled and temperature kept at 76-80 degrees. This causes significant sleep issues and very uncomfortable to stay inside. Obviously, sleep deprivation from excessive heat makes for a poor experience.
We did speak to one of the owners who was merciless , worried only about how much it costs him to keep guests comfortable.
I am trying to be generous , but unless you enjoy 80 degree indoor temperature, avoid this place.
At least the owner needs to advertise his control of the unit remotely. I have been to Hawaii over 40 times and stayed at more than 100 accommodations. None have been as controlling or uncomfortable.

Beautiful place to stay on the Big Island. The owners have thought of everything and the Villa was well stocked. The A/C worked really well which was nice in the summer heat and the Villa was very clean. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to the Big Island.

Beach is a bit farther than 3/4 mile if walking, but easy drive. It is otherwise a great property. Beautiful house with lots of amenities and close to lots of activities. Beautiful pool. I strongly recommend the beach at Mauna Lani if you like to snorkel ( black sand beach). It’s only 10 minute drive.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean and had plenty of space for us and a toddler! We loved that the home was toddler/child friendly (carpet on the staircase, toddler pool, child friendly cabinet locks, child cabinet), had a really well stocked kitchen (grilling tools, appliances, cooking items), and activities. The garage is equipped with everything your trip would need on the Island! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to visit again!

We had a wonderful time for our family of 6! Traveled with our kids ages 8, 10, 12, 15 years. The pool was a very big hit! We used the bbq grill at least 4x. The house was very clean and organized. Had everything that we needed ready to go. Large closets. Has tons TONS of swim/snorkel gear in the garage to use. In early May of 2026, when we traveled, the villas were very quiet. Easy to park. Surrounding beaches were lovely, but some private beaches still very hard to access (ex went early in the morning to Mauna Kea beach and the parking lot was already full).

Great condo, close to the pool, tennis courts, easy drive around the Waikaloa area. Our family of 8 total easily fit, we didn’t feel crowded, dinners every night at the house around the grand table were wonderful! Beds were comfy, house was clean. They had a lot more than was listed, with sand toys and wagons. We really enjoyed the place and I would 100% recommend it, and if we come back to Waikaloa would 100% return here.

This property is perfect for 2 couples traveling together, each couple has their own space. We loved the location of the rental it was very quiet and its close to everything. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The unit is close to the tennis court, fitness room and main pool. The pool is lovely; our only complaint would be the pool loungers are not comfortable and there are no side tables so you have to put your drink and book etc on the ground. The are over 150 units with only 1 jacuzzi so it can get busy in the evening. The location is good, close to nice shops and restaurants. There are great beaches nearby and easy access to the Saddle Rd. that goes to Hilo and the Volcano park.

Property is very pristine and beautiful. Kitchen is fully equipped. Loved the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas & ice chest. My only suggestion is to add a note in the rule book on how to engage/disengage Dead bolt on the door lock. 24 hour support had no clue and were not very helpful. I will stay here again.

We had a great stay here in Waikoloa. Easy check in/out. Quiet complex with beautiful surroundings/gardens. Steps from the pool, which we used a few times - very clean and inviting. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had most things you would need to prepare meals during your stay. We would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Waikoloa Villas. It is so conveniently located. Nearby you have shopping centers with restaurants, grocery stores and retail. You’re also near several great beaches. The property is quiet and safe. Nice pool and jacuzzi. We enjoy a fitness center on vacation and it had everything we needed. Different cardio equipment, free weights and some lift machines. Communication with the manager was easy. We had to have a package sent and they were quick to respond and their offices are open daily. They also sent us an email with some local recommendations. The home felt very warm and cozy. We slept really well. The bed, pillows and furniture were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the master suite being upstairs, the guest room downstairs and the washer and dryer. The property itself is also filled with beautiful plants and trees. There are always birds chirping and flying around. We drank coffee outside on the patio every morning. There is an outdoor dining set not shown on the website. We would book this property again in a heartbeat.
