Hale Pele guests play unlimited golf for $80 for 18 holes or $65 after 11:00 AM for 18 holes. Clubs are $25/round. We are delighted to announce the re-opening of the front nine of Kings’ Course as a part of “Hawai‘i’s Premier 27-Hole Golf Experience”. The layout will be comprised of the Beach Nine, Lakes Nine and Kings’ Nine. You will have the option to play three different nine-hole loop configurations to complete 18-holes or play all 27-holes in one day.
Park free in our private, attached garage or designated closest outdoor space. We furnish secure free 5G Wifi, 3 TVs with lots of channels, Netflix, CDs, DVDs, games, snorkel, boogie boards and beach gear and sand toys. Few owners offer all this!

Our Hawaiian-style townhouse is an architectural award winner. This end unit with windows on four sides overlooks lawns and the Beach Course's 10th fairway. It has rare privacy and individuality with an airy 17-ft living room ceiling and no one above or below.
Grill fresh fish and enjoy fruit and vegetables from Kona's Farmers' Market in our well-equipped kitchen. Or if your idea of vacation cooking is simply brewing a cup of famous Kona coffee, then many savory local restaurants await you.
Privacy is ensured with a bedroom and bath on each level. The spacious upper-level master suite with fairway views has handsome giant bamboo furniture with a California king, quality linens and a walk-in closet. We recently upgraded to an extremely comfortable Kingsdown Torrey Pines mattress. The master bath has been beautifully remodeled with new tile throughout, new fixtures and an expanded shower. It features marble counters, twin sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower.
A charming second ground-floor bedroom has a full-size king or extra-long twins and a bath with shower over tub. We are happy to supply a new exceptionally comfortable, state-of-the-art-sleeper sofa with a real memory foam queen-sized mattress. An additional toddler may be accommodated Pack 'N Play playpen-type bed. Ask about our other baby equipment.
