Three generation get away (grandparents/kids and grandsons ages 4,6 and 8) to our favorite island. Condo was very clean and perfect location with pool across the street from the back deck. Close enough to get there in a minute but far enough away to not hear the “pool” noise. Big plus- two boogie boards and flippers that we used daily. Also beach chairs, umbrellas, mat and plenty of beach towels. Washer and dryer great too. Comfortable beds/private deck and our gourmet chef SIL found everything he needed in the kitchen! Grocery store and shaved ice minutes away. Multiple amazing beaches 5-15 minutes away. We will be back!

Check in was easy, place was super clean, nice to have a few staples in the kitchen, great pool area, access to a bunch of grills, great seating area outside right off the kitchen. Nice to have laundry facilities. Would recommend this place!!

We enjoyed the walking trails around to be very enjoyable, good 15 to 20 minute walk to the shoreline trail but worth it. We visited a number of nearby beaches, some you have to pay for parking others are free, Great to be able to use hosts beach gear, everything was organized. We had caught some Ono and was relieved to find everything we needed to cook on site was available, kitchen has all you need. Truly a great place to stay with a family where everyone can relax and unwind and have their own space. Will definitely come back.

We loved the location of the property. It was a very comfortable place for 6 of us. We cooked most of our meals there, we could have used a few more options for dishes. It was a great trip!

Property was confortable and a good location. The appliances, stove, refrig, washer/dryer all worked well. Landscaping was well-maintained as were the roads within the townhouse community. A couple of markets were within 5 minute drive and beaches were close by, including a state park with very nice beach -- only 13 minutes drive north.

We rented early in the year and the property owners were extremely responsive. The place was well stocked with everything and more that we needed. The location is gorgeous, beautiful pool and very peaceful. There are many reasonably priced restaurants and stores nearby if you pay attention. Incredible beaches are just down the road. It was everything and more than we expected. I would love to stay hear again…better yet, we are shopping for properties in the same neighborhood.

Overall great for our family. Pool was close by which was convenient for the kids. Great proximity to fantastic beaches and snorkeling.
Only downside was proximity to reasonably priced grocery stores, if you are cooking at the house and not eating out. Need to plan ahead for those trips.

Thank you to owners Cindy and Dave for this wonderful property and experience. We have been using VRBO for over a decade and this was an amazing experience across the board.
The property is in a great location in Waikoloa. A short drive to beautiful beaches such as Anaehoʻomalu Beach, and centrally located near great shopping.
The condo is spacious, with state-of-the-art appliances, and a very well-stocked kitchen. Beautifully decorated and very clean. There is a big assortment of beach supplies, such as beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc.
This unit was perfect for our family of four, but it would work great for a larger family.
The unit is far enough away from city lights that the nighttime stargazing off of the back patio is incredible.

This property is as great as advertised. The location and the grounds were fantastic. The Villa was perfect and very well stocked with all the necessities. This made our vacation much more enjoyable. We have been going to Hawaii for over 20 years and this by far is the best place we have ever stayed. I cannot say enough good thing about our host, Cindy. She is very responsive, helpful, and a wonderful person to have hosting her Villa. You cannot do much better than everything we experienced with this reservation. Cindy was very accommodating when we asked to stay a bit later on checkout day since the airline changed our flight from 2:30pm to 10:45PM. I highly recommend this Villa for the greatest Hawaiian experience.

2 story condo with high ceilings offers relaxing indoor/outdoor seating and proximity to many fabulous beaches. There is an ample amount of beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards and kids toys. There are several books for guidance on area activities that you won't find online.

Clean, spacious, excellent location for beach/golf holiday. Quiet neighbourhood at night. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Tons of available water sport/beach supplies provided by the owners for our use. With four adults in this villa we had tons of space. We loved the location for access to some of the greatest beaches. We recommend this villa for larger family or group of adult friends.
If we had to find some critiques, they would be that the pool is cold on winter months (not heated), but this is not in control of the property owner, so no fault to them. Patio area is small and dark, not conducive to eating or playing games/cards in evening. And pillows in the master bedroom are flat and hard.
We will consider staying here again if travelling with friends!

This is a beautiful condo. We were really surprised to find that visitors had to book restaurant reservations, tours or activities at least a couple weeks out in Kona during the holidays and we were not prepared! Booking this unit saved us! It has a great kitchen with top of the line appliances, very very clean and the pool and tennis courts are right across from the location. The Kings and Queens shopping centers are about a 20 min walk (just a couple minutes in the car.). There are also a ton of beach supplies available in the unit we were able to use.

Wonderful Experience. Cindy and Dave were great to work with and made everything easy. The property was in the perfect setting with access to all that is part of the Waikoloa resort as well as tennis court right there and pool both a stones throw away. Will do this again
