This condo was spectacular! Luxurious and comfortable. Beautiful sunset views over the ocean from the lanai/deck. Kitchen is well stocked. The location is next to a beach with sand, great snorkeling (we saw schools of fish, eels, turtles, healthy coral, etc etc), and a beginner surf spot. Close to a grocery store and great shave ice. The pool is warm and the hot tub is very hot. We have traveled all the Hawaiian islands for years and this condo is a new favorite!

What a lovely condo. We loved the ocean views and the proximity to the beach. Parking was easy and the pool was lovely. The home was well stocked and super comfortable. We appreciated the notes for using the TV. It was super convenient that the unit had an adjacent storage unit for beach gear. The hosts were lovely and easy to work with. We would definitely book this unit again!

This is a lovely condo with a great ocean view. Plenty of parking, a nice kitchen, and beach gear available for use. Laundry in unit was a nice option to have. The location is wonderful: a great snorkeling/surfing beach across the street. Perfect place to watch the sunset. Close to a shopping center and 15 minutes from Kailua and all sorts of restaurants and shopping. 15 minutes from coffee farms. In other words: great place to stay while exploring the island. Communication with the host was excellent. Quick, helpful replies when I contacted her. My favorite touch were the tips of great places to visit and eat. We experienced great hospitality here!

Loved our stay! Very clean. The extras that came with the condo like in the storage unit - beach snorkel gear was so nice. The kitchen was packed with "extra" appliances like a coffee bean grinder (saved us), a juicer, ninja mixer. There was plenty of parking and the pool was empty most of the time so very quiet and nice. The Lanai had a beautiful view. We would stay here again! Couple of things to keep in mind - No indoor table to eat at just counter/ bar top. We are light sleepers. We live in the country so it was noisy at night for us. The AC unit in the guest room is pretty loud when it turns on. Since you are right off Ali'i Drive it can be pretty noisy late at night. We were lucky to have no one above us 90% of our stay but you are on the first floor. So we had some noisy people the last few nights. None of things would stop of us from coming back but I would just bring a noise machine or sleep machine for my next stay.

A fantastic and very comfortable place to stay, just steps from a great family snorkel spot. The owners are responsive and handle any issues quickly and thoughtfully. The place is very clean and we'll stocked.

The condo was fantastic…fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The location couldn’t be better: great snorkeling right across the street, close to KTA for groceries, and peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo and great location to explore the island and stay close to Kailua. Small beach right across the street and perfect lanai to watch the activity and hear the waves. Condo had everything we needed and then some. Pictures are accurate and parking right next to the entrance was great. Very quiet complex and private layout of each unit and lanai. Hoping to stay again!

This condo was amazing. There are ocean views from both the patio and the pool. The condo is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach, ocean and whatever else you aim to do on the island. You don't need to bring anything except for clothing. If we ever stay on the Big Island again we are definitely rebooking this same condo.

We had an absolutely lovely time at this condo! Everything was even better than expected. We loved the lanai! The location across from Kahalu’u is wonderful. The condo is clean, with everything we could possibly need including all manner of beach gear. Communication was excellent. We would stay here again!

Lovely well-furnished apartment. We especially enjoyed the terrace. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were there for 3 nights but wish we had stayed for more days. We can only give the best recommendations.

Enjoyed our stay at the Kahalu’u Beach Villas. Condo was on ground floor and easy access to parking lot, pool, or beach. View from the lanai of beach or sunsets was still good. The owner really does fully stock the condo. They had everything you could need from adult/kids snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, coolers etc. The dishes, pots, and other kitchen things was way more than enough. They even had some mineral sunscreen and mask de fog. Owner was super responsive. We would stay here again on next trip to the big island.

Every need anticipated. Well appointed kitchen with nice cookware and utensils, really comfortable beds, fully private lanai with wicker table and chairs, and was super, super clean.
