Location, location, location... this condo is located across from one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, near grocery, restaurants, parks, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kauila-Kona, but close enough to visit. Every morning my my family walked across the road and went straight to the beach to snorkel. What an experience! It is about 25-30 minutes from Two Step, close enough that we went there twice, and about 15 minutes from the wonderful South Kona Fruit Stand where we got our fruit and smoothies for our stay. The condo is exactly as shown in photos, clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Owners were responsive and property manager was available when we needed her. I can highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Awesome place to stay, with Ocean view and easy access to the beach park. You do need a car to get groceries though.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Amenities and supplied items exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the snorkel and beach equipment provided. Snorkeling is terrific at the beach across the street! The view from the lanai was very good, and except for a few noisy vehicles, road noise is not a problem. The binder provided a lot of information on what to do, restaurants, etc. Also, check the guidebooks in the basket under the living room table! The A/C is on a timer (the listing says four hours, but I think it's more like six). We were there in June and although we used the A/C, for most people it's probably not necessary. Check-in is a breeze...they give you to door code and you just walk right in! All in all, a great play to stay, and we'd love to stay there again sometime.

The condo was well provisioned and very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai and the neighborhood is quiet in the evening. The snorkeling at the bay across the street was some of the best we found and we were lucky enough to see sea turtles.

I’ve stayed in two other units at this location and this one was the best. Clean unit, comfortable beds and wonderful ceiling fans. I would definitely stay again.

The place is clean and kitchen is fully stocked with good pans and spices. It’s close to awesome snorkeling spots. I love the location and the owner is responsive to emails.

We loved the location - easy access to beach and beautiful view! The apartment was quiet and very comfortable for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). The owners and manager provided great information for things to do in the area. Apartment is well stocked with kitchen and beach gear alike. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Kona.

Spent 3 1/2 weeks here. Would highly recommend. The owners were easy to contact if you had any questions, plus they sent a welcoming letter prior to our check-in date with instructions detailing the condo, check in procedure, places to shop, etc. The property manager, Brytt, lives nearby and was more than willing to assist in any way.
The location was perfect for sightseeing, taking the trolley into town. The view was spectacular.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
