Nicely updated, great ocean front location. Watch surfers all day right off the rock wall. Rocky area to enter beach but didn’t stop many people from fishing, snorkeling or surfing. Friendly residents in complex. Near many places to eat and shop. Would recommend

The view from the large lanai is spectacular!! You are right on the ocean. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a fun vacation. Bob was very accommodating and responded immediately to any inquiries. Aloha!

This view is everything!! Every review I read talked about the view and for good reason. The condo is great. Plenty of towels and anything else you could possibly need. The location is great, Its close to so many things (food, beaches) but far enough away from crowds to be peaceful. Having a washer/ dryer in the unit was a game changer. Bob left a notebook in the condo filled with a ton of helpful information about fun stuff to do and good food and happy hour deals. We ate out a lot (try Huggos!!) but also cooked on the grills downstairs. It was the cleanest grill I have ever cooked on! The maintenance crew cleans them every single day. The complex is really nice. We didnt use the pool, but it was pretty and well maintained. The lobby area is really pretty too. Every person we encountered there was pleasant. Its walking distance to the Marketplace which was fun to visit. We were there 7 day and they flew by. Even my daughter (who doesn't sleep well in unfamiliar places, slept like an angel. There is plenty fo space for a family of 4 in the condo and on the lanai. Overall, We loved everything about our stay. We would LOVE to stay again if we ever come back to beautiful Kona.

We enjoyed the central location and amazing waterfront view. We spent a lot of time out on the deck and made a point not to miss a gorgeous sunset. It also was fun watching the surfers. Parking is easy, and we had all that we needed in the kitchen to cook meals --there's even a rice cooker. The good washer/dryer were also a big perk. We also took advantage of the grocery bags, beach towels, chairs, wagon, and cooler. The only reason we're giving this nice condo 4 stars is that the streetside bedroom with the 2 twin beds got a little noisy at night (loud cars and motorcycles) and the bedroom door doesn't fully close (it hits the corner of a bed).

Everything was just as described and there was plenty of space in the bedframe drawers and closet to completely unpack and feel right at home. We also enjoyed the binoculars on our many adventures around the island! We spent a lot of time on the very large lanai using the high quality lounge chairs for a gorgeous view of the ocean. The condo was immaculate, well equipped and Holly was easy to communicate with. So glad we came and hope to return again some day!

Absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean penthouse unit. Morning walks on the reef to see the critters and turtles and the best sunsets without worries of obstacles blocking your view. Complete with beach toys, large beach towels, coolers and even blue ice! Easy to cook up a meal with all the kitchen utenils & pots/pans. Our host , Holly, thought of the little details!

View is amazing and you won't get closer to the ocean! Management responsive and helpful. We appreciated the cooler and beach supplies. AC in the bedroom was out 6 days. Management was very responsive, but then repair person showed up without notice. We specifically had looked for a place with in bedroom AC, but luckily the other units worked. Bathrooms were dirty-multiple hairs in shower, shower curtain stained, and tile and tub overall worn. Washer was musty and left clothes smelling mildewy. Dead plant on the lanai. Some pictures faded badly. Pillows were so fluffy (only option) that we went and bought some flatter ones. Overall property is run down and could use attention.

Beautiful view from lanai. Ac works great but really didn’t need it because of the ceiling fans. Needs some updates especially the doors. The guest room by the front door gets stuck and takes two people to try and open. Maybe replace with newer doors with handles. Overall nice place to stay. Thanks again

Mike’s condo was great. It was clean and had amazing views from the lanai. We enjoyed the sunsets every day. We never needed the AC since we left the glass doors open to the master bedroom and living room and ocean breeze kept everything cool. I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo and would absolutely come back! Everything was spotless and clearly very well cared for, which made it feel comfortable right away. The lanai was a highlight—those sunset views were truly incredible and something we looked forward to every evening.The air conditioning worked great and made a huge difference, especially in the warmer weather. The location was convenient and right by the ocean. Parking was also simple and hassle-free.While the street noise can be a bit loud at times in the second bedroom, but, it didn’t take too much away from our overall experience. The concierge service was a thoughtful touch, even though we didn’t end up needing it.The only minor drawback for us was that the beds were much firmer than our personal preference. Overall though, we would highly recommend!

We just left our 5 night stay at Holly’s condo and it was wonderful. The place was clean and updated with an amazing ocean view. The beds were very comfortable as well. I will miss sitting out on the balcony enjoying the ocean sounds and the sunsets. Holly was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was in a good location for us to explore the area. Would love to stay again if we return!

Great condo with excellent ocean views! The condo was exactly as described, and the view is even better than the pictures can show. It was easy to check in and out, and the property managers were easy to get in contact with. We spent a lot of time in the condo as unfortunately the large Kona low moved in and stayed for the first few days of our trip, but the condo is well equipped and spacious enough it was easy for us all to spread out. The surrounding area is quiet, and the shared green space was well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this wonderful condo again!

Overall very happy about our time at this VRBO. We did come during an unprecedented storm, which meant we spent a lot of time indoors, but the overall apartment met all our needs. Even though we booked this condo thinking we would need airconditioning, the weather was pleasant enough that keeping the lanai door open allowed for enough cross ventilation through the condo.This is also located in a fairly good part of town on Ali'i drive which is not too far from the happening part of town - not really walkable, but close enough that you pop in and out for meals/drinks etc. The host, Holly was fantastic to deal with! During the storm when the power was out, she was providing us updates as to when crews would get power back on. Also on the last day she was more than flexible in having us check out later to accommodate a snorkeling activity that got pushed due to the weatherThe only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that, it is priced a little steep. But i guess that is with any vacation rental in and around Ali'i drive.

Stayed here for 5 nights with our family of four and we loved the unit. Our favorite was the view from the balcony and proximity to local farmers markets. Kids loved playing on the rocks. We stayed here during the Kona storm and lost power for about half a day but really appreciated all the supplies in the unit from flashlights to coolers to the beach chairs. Lovely property and excellent host, very responsive to all our questions!

This place is great. Its in an excellent location, convenient to beaches and downtown. Day trips easily to mountains, volcanos and waterfalls. Pool was nice. The property overlooks the ocean, where you can watch the surfers and hear the waves all day and night. The owner was very accommodating, and we had no issues. I will definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is safe for walking, and the farmers' market is nearby. The condo was quiet overall without too much road noise.

Wonderful stay at this condo right on the water. Views from the lanai were delightful- waves, surfers, fish in the reef. We relaxed in the comfy chairs and ate all our meals at the outdoor table.
