This is our second stay at this property and it was as amazing as the last. Ocean front property with a straight down look at some of the most amazing views. We took a whale watching tour (mid-late Dec) this visit and the boat parked out right out front of this condo for checking out the whales and dolphins so keep your eyes out there!
Condo is amazing and well appointment, hosts are great communicators and easy to work with. Would stay at this or another one of their properties again as we see more islands.

Amazing view (saw a pod of dolphins swim by, two sea turtles swam in the rocks right below, and a third crawled up onto the beach), fully stocked, including beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels, brilliant communication with the host, and a perfect location. All in all, a terrific stay! 🏝️ Highly, highly recommend!!

Great location, easy 5 min drive from downtown Kona and quick access up to Holualoa for a wedding we attended. We will absolutely book this property again in the future - super clean, updated and the beach down below was perfect for an easy beach day. Really appreciated the use of chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. The pool at Kona Bali Kai leaves a bit to be desired and the exhaust from the AC unit on the patio makes the balcony for the unit super hot, but it’s worth it to have AC inside the unit :) a great stay and can’t wait to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful oceanfront retreat. The views off the balcony & even from the bed were absolutely breathtaking - especially at sunset. We even saw dolphins our first morning! The condo was clean, spacious & well-equipped with beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, etc.) as well as household essentials (toiletries, condiments, spices for cooking, etc.) which really came in handy for us when our airline lost our luggage! We loved having access to in-unit laundry as well. The condo’s location was convenient for a quick Uber into downtown for dinner/drinks also. We would gladly stay again! Mahalo!

This was our first trip to the Big Island and four days was not nearly enough time to experience all it had to offer. The condo was nicely updated and provided the most incredible views of the ocean and sunsets. Pictures do not do justice to the views from the balcony. Owners were very responsive to our needs, as was the property manager that stopped out to give us additional towels/bedding. Resort itself is small which allowed for a quiet and relaxing stay. Covered parking was also provided. Mahalo for a wonderful experience. Looking forward to coming back to explore more of the island.

Condo is clean, comfortable and up to date. View is spectacular with surfers out there every morning. It’s also away from the crowds in Kailua-Kona but close enough for an easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Really nice!

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this condo!
First and foremost— the view!! It was so peaceful to wake up to the sound of the ocean or come back from a long day out to have a mai tai on the balcony. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Secondly, the balcony allowed for maximum privacy so you didn’t have to deal with any neighbors next door or large groups on the sand below.
Overall, the interior was clean and nicely furnished — having the AC was a must, even for early May!
If we come back to Kona, there’s no doubt that we’d love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The views can’t be beat! We saw whales from our balcony and watched the most gorgeous sunsets every night! The rocks along the beach behind the condo had lots of sea life in them, including sea turtles! It was so fun to explore that every day. The condo itself was beautiful and we enjoyed sleeping with the sliding doors open every night to hear the surf. Highly recommend!

The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We slept well in the king bed. The lanai was big enough to enjoy and although the waves were loud the sliding doors kept out most of the sound if you want quiet.

Absolutely loved our stay at Stephanie's condo. She was incredible as far as quick responses and communication. Very helpful as a host. The property is gorgeous. Updated from top to bottom. Beautiful all around. AC unit kept us nice and comfortable after a long day in the sun. The glass door opens up to the lanai that gives you a gorgeous view over the ocean. Sleeping while hearing the waves crash right behind you was so relaxing. Couldn't have picked a better stay on the Big Island. If you're considering a visit to the island you should definitely be looking at staying here.

Nicely updated and furnished, conveniently located, and thoughtfully well-equipped, the condo was just right for my solo retreat on the Big Island. The view from the 4th floor is breathtaking, and the property grounds are very well-maintained. Being able to watch the sunset sitting on the rocks at the water's edge (or from the lanai) with the sound of the surf was perfection. This unit is everything it is advertised to be and more. Upgraded. Great layout. Kitchen with plentiful accessories. And Oceanside lanai that is hard to beat! The sound of the ocean fills the unit and provides a true haven away from it all. Close enough to town but far enough away to feel like you have your own slice of paradise. Highly recommend.

The views were amazing and the location was great. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative is that my kids were charged extra to stay. Even though the capacity is over 5 people, the owner charges extra for additional guests if you have over two people, which I thought was odd. I've rented a lot of other sites and this was the first time I encountered this. The additional cost bumped up the cost of the condo significantly.

The place is great! It has the most beautiful ocean view, close to everything but far enough out to be quite and peaceful! Decorated beautifully and the air conditioning was a definite plus for us! Excellent location on Ali’i Drive just south of Kona town. Fabulous oceanfront location on the top floor with a highly private huge lanai. The condo is well-equipped for cooking if you choose to and for beach trips. Ample ceiling fans as well as AC that we opted not to use in early April. Enjoy the natural breezes and the sound of the oceans. Community grills in the property and ample parking. Super stay!

Our stay in Kona Bali Kai was a delight from beginning to end! Communicating with and getting feedback from the owners as we prepared for our stay answered our questions well before we arrived and we felt right at home in the condo as soon as we opened the door. The condo was comfortable, and stocked with many extras like a small cooler and a beach bag along with great kitchen supplies and plenty of towels. And the view from the lanai was gorgeous!! Sleeping to the sound of the sea after exploring the island or sitting on the beach all day was heavenly. We’d love to return!

First and foremost, the owner of the condo was in communication from the start confirming all required documents concerning COVID-19 had been submitted and approved by the state of Hawaii. The owner sincerely wants guests to fully enjoy their stay in Kona, Hawaii.

This place is stunning! You feel immediately comfortable & right at home! The view is breath taking! I enjoyed my coffee & morning meditation on the lanai. My husband loved sitting out there in the evening reading his book, listening to the waves! The kids loved it so much!! They provide things you need for the beach as well as a full kitchen! That was so helpful as this was our first trip! Our flights got canceled due to bad weather and stephanie and her husband were willing to work with us and I thought that spoke 1000 words about them. Thank you for making our trip so amazing! We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for our almost 2 week stay. Last time we visited the Big Island, we stayed at a resort in the Waikoloa Village area. It was also beautiful, but very remote from town. This condo is close enough to the action without being too close. We sat on the lanai every night and enjoyed fantastic sunsets and had privacy from the other units and the small beach area below. The unit is directly in the middle which gives you the 'closest to the water' of all units and furthest 'out' from other units so the most privacy. Also closest to the elevators for all your luggage and shopping purchases.
Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook and bring lunches with us when we were heading out around the island. Recent renovations on the condo are very welcome and everything was done well. Air conditioning that was installed is powerful enough for the unit and kept us cool if we were out at the beach all day and needed a heat break. Pool area was nice and never overly crowded.
Communication with owner/manager of unit was very prompt and they were especially helpful with our stay. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and recommend my friends/family to this unit.

Stephanie and Steven are very gracious and responsive hosts. The apartment itself is tastefully designed facing the close up Pacific Ocean. We felt very comfortable and relaxed during our two week stay. The apartment has all the amenities needed for cooking and is also well equipped with beach equipment. The apartment is as close as one can get to the Pacific Ocean. The beach below our lanai is a great place for exploring the tide pools and for watching the sunset, and the nearby surfers. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai eating meals and enjoying the view and the sounds of the ocean. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was very helpful and convenient. We highly recommend this very popular unit to families and to couples.

This was a perfect place for our family of four. The location cannot be beat - right on the ocean in Kona, not far from the downtown. The property was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach gear that we had expected to have to rent, like some snorkels and beach umbrellas. Stephanie was a great hostess who responded so quickly to messages. The lanai was fabulous and we spent all of our time out there. The little beachy/grassy area outside the building is a fabulous place to watch the sunset. We will rent this property again if we are ever lucky enough to come back here.

The property was good. The parking is a little confusing and the place is a little tight for 6 persons.. but the overall experience with the apartment was great. The place has great view and sunset experience. It did get a little hot since there wasn't any air conditioning in the rooms.
There is a market close by with local shops which is worth a shot.
