Great location, just south of town but not too far. Several easy ways to exit Kona and explore the rest of the island. Like most places, it doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the unit is beautiful with a stunning picture postcard view. We chose this unit for the beautiful large lanai with big table. That is where we took all our meals.
We did a lot of cooking and the unit is well stocked with everything you could possibly think of. Literally I could not come up with anything I needed that was not there. There are plenty of extras, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and lots of other things. All of the furnishings are high quality.
There was a lot of care put into maintaining this unit that I don't often see elsewhere. It came with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and more. That was not expected. Things like silverware were higher quality which was nice because I'm used to finding cheap mismatched furnishings in some of these rentals.
When we checked into the unit, the TV was set to play Hawaiian music, the sliding glass doors were open and it was like walking into a dream. This building also has an elevator which I guess some of them don't. So that's a big plus. If we returned to Kona we would happily stay here again.

The weather in Kona was warm, but we never needed the AC, and we slept with the lanai doors open and listened to the waves crash. Location was the perfect distance from downtown. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to big island.

This condo has everything you could need, except maybe a chip clip! We made good use of the rice cooker and the kitchen to cook and help save money during the trip. Every morning we were greeted by unbeatable views and turtles in the ocean. While we spent most days exploring the island, the view of the ocean from the lanai was still one of the best. The bathrooms can get stuffy from no ventilation, but the unit had some fans that we used to help increase airflow along with cool water showers!

The property was just as described online, if not better. The view couldn't have been more perfect and the lanai furniture was so comfortable to enjoy the view. The house was well stocked and had all the necessity items we needed. The road-side bedroom was a little loud, but not bothersome, and was expected per the description. Our kids didn't have trouble sleeping in that room. Communication with the host was great. We'd stay here again!

Beautiful setting once you enter the condo. The fans were on and the tv had Hawaiian music playing. The view of the ocean and sunsets are incredible from the balcony. Its in a great location. It has comfortable beds and pillows. Nice towels and amenities. Some of the fixtures need to be replaced as they show some rust due to the salt water but overall its clean and best of all no moldy smell like some places have near the water. We would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent 5* rental on top of the water and surf spot. All the amenities you need and a very good AC split if you want it less humid, it was 80/80 temp humidity when we were there, a life savior….

It was our first time on the Big Island and we wanted to see many places so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach. So the location was perfect even though the beach outside the property is not very swimmable. The views are spectacular especially the sunsets.

This was great for our needs--a golden anniversary stay with our son, his wife and our grandson. The view was fantastic, with ocean on one side and (to our surprise) a distant view of the glow from Mauna Loa's eruption from the other side. The main bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities were great, although the second bedroom was smaller and noisier during an early morning trash pickup. The pool and the water equipment (snorkel, pool noodles, etc.) were a big plus, as were the laundry and kitchen supplies.

I can't say enough good things about our trip. It truly felt like home away from home. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We spent so much time on the lanai which was such a nice place to read, work or relax. The condo has been updated and contains very nice furnishings and amenities which really made it feel like home. I love this place! My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights. We were in town for a wedding. The views are gorgeous, you can see sea turtles swimming, fish. Beautiful property and location. The common property and condo were well maintained. The condo was equipped with a well-provisioned kitchen, very comfortable furniture and plenty of towels. Hours were spent on the lanai enjoying the waves, colorful fishes, surfers, extraordinary sunsets and just relaxing. At night, fell asleep to the sounds of the waves. Holly was amazing to work with. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as household supplies. The beds were very comfortable. They also had all the items you’d need for the perfect beach day. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards provided. The sunsets were amazing. Watching the surfers and sea turtles from the balcony or shore behind the condo was very entertaining. Plenty of tide pools to explore. Make sure to bring a good pair of beach shoes to walk on the rocks and to avoid the urchins when exploring the tide pools. Great location and a quick drive to a ton of shops and restaurants. Holly was great through the entire process. Would 100% stay at this location again.

You really don't need to go further than the lanai for one of the best views in Kona, especially at sunset. The air conditioner kept the unit cool when we needed it, and the upgraded fans were great when we wanted to leave the windows and doors open. The bathrooms do not have much airflow, so a small fan helps surviving a shower especially in the 2nd bathroom... But other than that, this condo is well stocked with everything you might need. It even has a rice cooker! Great stay, highly recommended.

The condo is perfect in every way; location, amazing ocean views and sunsets, quiet but for the beautifful sounds of the ocean! The unit very clean, it has EVERYTHING you need or can think of. It has relatively new appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked. We celebrated our 40th anniversary, we could not have picked a better place, it was fabulous! Holly was totally responsive, before and during our stay, very quick and detailed in her responses. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend it!!!

This property was exactly as described. Normally I leave very long reviews as often I will have something to complain about (even if it is something relatively trivial). I do not give 5 stars lightly as that equates to perfection. The property is extremely well equipped. If you are looking at similar condos that are cheaper but not ocean front i would advise spending that extra (or having one day less) to stay ocean front like this condo. Holly was prompt and polite and there was lots of helpful info upon arrival. We had a wonderful time. Book this condo if it is on your shortlist!

Our family loved this Condo! Ocean views are gorgeous, breeze is refreshing and the sound of the ocean can lull you into sleep and gently wake you up in the morning!
The balcony, master bedroom and the living room all have great view of the ocean. We saw turtles swim and surfers surf all from the comfort of our balcony as we played cards.
The Condo is one of the best stocked VRBOs we have seen! It comes with beach chairs, boogie boards, fins, snorkels, lots of towels and more!
The location is perfect. It is 10 minutes from downtown of Kona and close to some of the best surfing and snorkeling areas. Yet you felt like you are tucked away in a paradise!
Holly was great to work with and we would love to come back and stay at this Condo, while in the Big Island of Hawaii.

Lovely experience all around. From check in to check out. Condo was clean and well equipped. Holly communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. Having a washer/dryer was an added bonus. The pool area was great and the beach was spotless. The proximity to the ocean can’t be beat. Sitting on the lanai watching the sunsets in the evenings and the surfers in the mornings were highlights for us. And of course, we spent the rest of the time exploring the Beaty of The Big Island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Fantastic property. I absolutely adored the sea themed decor. The location was perfect, close proximity to shops and restaurants. AND the views (especially the sunsets) were spectacular!! The property was super clean (and I am extremely particular), it was well stocked—had everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner or a great tasty beverage! The welcome basket with an assortment of local goodies was a lovely gesture.
The check in process was super simple and the owner was a fantastic communicator. We had a last minute flight change, resulting in a 10 pm departure, and when I conveyed it to the owner and offered to pay for an additional evening, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered to stay the afternoon at no charge. I’d love to keep this little gem quiet and be my supersecret location anytime I come into town, but I had to write a review and say thank you to Holly for an exceptional stay! We’ll definitely be back.

We had planned a lot of South-Kona adventures (kayaking, snorkeling, coffee tours) and this location was perfect. We would definitely return and definitely rent again. We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Both of our spouses are disabled and the elevator worked like a charm. The furnishings were very nice and we ate takeout on the lanai many evenings so we could watch the magnificent sunsets over the ocean. This property is fantastic.
The condo itself is cute, comfortable, and has all the amenities to feel like home. It looked as if it was recently remodeled.
But that view! Watching the waves crash with a glass of wine or cup of coffee as the sun set or rose is exceptional. The surfers were so much fun to watch.
Just a short drive away, less than 2 miles, is a great downtown area for dinner. However, I recommend watching the sunset from your own lanai before grabbing dinner. I can't imagine there's a better place to enjoy the spectacular orange sunsets.

I highly recommend this rental while exploring the Kona side of Big Island. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful week long vacation on Kona. The unit was better than expected as the view from the lanai amazing. No better way to start your day than sipping on Kona coffee and watching the sun come up as the surfers catch waves right in front of the unit. The complex was well situated to go either to the beautiful beaches up north or to the fantastic snorkeling spots to the south. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Kona.

The condo is absolutely lovely, the kitchen well equipped with all you would expect, the king bed one of the best ever, the bathrooms spotless...the list goes on. The floor to ceiling windows/doors were delightful, opening onto a large lanai with those sought-after counter-height table and chairs that provide the best view! The ocean-front view IS spectacular and varied with lava tide pools, crashing waves, and stunning sunsets all right there in front of you. There are plenty of beach towels, ocean accessories and toys supplied at the condo. We found guided tours for excellent snorkeling, kayaking/snorkeling, and a trip to the volcano to see the crater at nightime, all within a short drive from the condo. Great restaurants are just a few minutes drive, as are grocery stores and fish markets. There is a large grassy area (perfect for hanging out during the day and you can pick sun or shade) with enough shared BBQ grills for all. This is a GREAT place to stay, and the communication with the management couldn't be better!

We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning and watching the surfers, best place to see them. Snorkeling and body boarding close by, as was town with lots of restaurants. My husband and I stayed 8 nights in this beautiful condo in late July 2021. We were happy to see a keyless entry (quite convenient!) and an immaculately clean condo. It was everything and more that we saw in the pictures. The unit was nicely decorated and the living room chairs and bed were very comfy. There was a very quiet AC unit in the living room which was enough to cool the entire unit (along with ceiling and floor fans). There was a large TV in the living/dining room that swung out so it could face the living room. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed (i.e. place settings, utensils, knives, cutting boards, paper products, towels, soap, 2 types of coffee makers with filters, etc.). The unit had everything we needed for a day at the beach (i.e. ice chests, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.). The condo is on the 4th floor and can easily be accessed by elevator or stairs. The onsite condo staff are friendly and helpful. Holly and Linda were FANTASTIC to work with both before, during and after our stay. They were super responsive and helpful and answered all of our questions which made our stay even more wonderful. We can't wait to stay in this condo on our next visit to the Big Island!

My three teenagers and I just spent 8 lovely days. The place is perfect for families. Lots of space for the four of us to enjoy time together as well as alone time when needed. The kitchen is big and has everything you need if you are cooking. The beds are very comfortable and there are lots of towels, for baths, kitchen and the beach. The condo is well equipped with things we didn't even think of but were happy to have and use during our stay. The lanai was in constant use, and you wont find a better view. Thanks to Holly and Linda, great job! We loved our stay. :)
