Great location, cross the street to jump into the waves. An older beach unit but well taken care of. Lots of kitchen supplies; plenty of pots and pans, many storage containers, and well stocked with spices. Handicap access can be difficult. Garage is on the ground level. There is an elevator but you still have a flight of stairs down to the unit. Wish we had more time there.

This was a great property for our short stay. It is close to Ali'i Drive which can be loud at times but is mostly good. Convenient to get to restaurants and snorkeling and farmers markets in Kona. The pool was lovely especially when it is hot because the upstairs unit does not have AC. I did not find the living room furniture comfortable but the rest of our party did. And the top floor does not have walls that go all the way up to the ceiling so if someone is in the entry way for the downstairs unit you can hear them. The location was good, the kitchen had what we needed. It is an upstairs unit though so there are a number of stairs to climb and that should be considered if you are looking for this unit to stay in.

Just 10 minutes to Kona Town. Very convenient for family two bedrooms, two bathrooms king side bed, and Cal king bed condo townhome , keep in mind of room number. We would love to come back and stay same unit again perfectly. Have all stuff for beach and snorkeling. Well kitchen. We were stayed 4 nights. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Hawaii was amazing. I cannot recommend staying here more. I initially chose the unit based on the top notch reviews and I was not disappointed. The hosts are responsive and gracious, the unit is clean and have a home like quality and the view from the lanai is perfect. When they say steps away from the beach, that is accurate- I started every morning and closed every evening with a walk along the water’s edge. The sunsets are amazing from the canopy of trees near the park showers. I hope we can come visit again, our vacation and stay were 10/10, thank you Kathy!

Laundry within unit, spacious layout, large shared bathroom, kitchen is well equipped & large wrap around deck. Kona is known for sugar ants on counters and geckos - which didn’t deter us, you just have to be mindful not to leave food on countertops. Dishes in cabinets I was mindful to wash before use. The sound from the unit below was a little issue - the renters below had a child screaming and slamming their door in the shared staircase on multiple occasions. Which the shared staircase and the master bedroom wall are adjoining and open above. We opened our door to check on the said screaming child in the staircase below. The pool deck was in need of a power wash and pool cleaning. We didn’t use those amenities during our stay. Parking is limited to 1 stall for the unit but it’s easy parking in front of the garage door.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and resorts but this is the first condo we’ve booked. Attention to detail was very much appreciated, such as power bars with USB ports next to the beds, luggage racks, laundry baskets and night lights in the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, dishes, spices, ice packs, plastic containers, ziplock bags, etc. plus there were coolers and beach chairs. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. We picked this complex because of the beach across the street and everyone agreed it was a perfect location.

Beautiful condo! Well appointed Kitchen. Amazingly responsive hosts. Felt at home immediately. Beach chairs, boogie boards and things to play on the beach with! Loved eating on the Lanai. Magic sands beach is beautiful! Close to Walmart, Costco and delicious restaurants! However we mostly ate at the condo since the kitchen was beautiful and had everything in it you needed to cook! Used it as our home base and traveled all over the island! We will definitely come back!!

Love the location. Joshua's is incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. Only downside was the air conditioning for a couple days was low on refrigerant so the condos warm. But Joshua took care of that. Furniture in the condo is a bit outdated. But the location compensated for that.

We had a great stay at this condo! Perfect location for us with two teenagers as they were able to come and go to the beach and the pool without needing to be transported. Being right across the street from the beach also meant we did not have to pack lunches and all the “stuff”. We could enjoy the water and just walk back as needed. Beautiful location and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the water and the sunsets.

My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. First, we had an amazing time! The condo is large, well maintained, clean, stocked with plenty of beach and pooand the location and view are incredible! Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the lanai with a beautiful ocean view! Doesn't get much better!Joanne, the owner is also great!. She is very easy to communicate with, and very understanding and accomodating. I would highly recommend staying in this unit when visiting Kailua Kona, and will definitely be coming back!

Check in was easy. The condo was immaculate. It was filled with all the necessities needed for a great vacation. There were beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and so much more. Although they have beach shoes in assorted sizes, it’s wise to bring your own. The condo is quiet and has air conditioning and ceiling fans if you need them. It is situated across the street from a great beach. It’s close to everything but far enough away so not overwhelmed with tourists! With two king size beds and two bathrooms, it is a perfect unit for two couples or a family with children. We would definitely stay here again. The communication with owners was excellent.

An absolute gem that over looks Magic Sands Beach Park. The unit is recently remodeled and loaded with everything you need. We spent all our time here either on the balcony, at the beach, or pool. We didn’t play tennis or pickleball buts the courts are new. We stayed here for six nights and the time absolutely flew by. We have stayed all over Hawaii and this is one of the best spots. Just a note that they call it “Magic Sands” for a reason. When we stayed the beach was wide and full of white sand, a few days after we left there was high surf and it pulled the sand back out. Which makes the rocky entry a bit more challenging. Also a favorite local pastime is to cruise Alli Drive with some serious tunes blasting at all hours. It makes for the best people watching during the day but at night I would put in ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall this place is the perfect Kona hangout spot. When we make it back to Kona this will be the first unit we check for availability. 10/10 Recommend!

The pictures of the property are not accurate of the top unit. The pics are of the 2nd floor unit. In the top unit, there are no floor to ceiling walls, so there is no privacy in bedrooms. All though the place has 3 lanai glass doors the view is of 2 houses in the front, which means those 2 houses have a clear view of the inside of the top view because there are no curtains.

This is a really lovely unit. Redone well, beautiful view, solid internet, beach easy. The premises are very easy to navigate. Parking was simple and instructions were clear. It’s clearly someone’s home. I would have given 5 stars but it needs a more vacationer friendly vibe. A few examples, the bathroom for the secondary room has a broken toilet paper holder and towel holder. There were only 4 beach towels. In the kitchen there was only one dish towel and no dish rack for non dishwasher safe items like pots and pans. The coffee maker leaks. There isn’t a welcome package with details on the rules or small coffee for the first am. I will note that while a welcome package isn’t necessary, we came in very late and couldn’t have stopped for groceries, so no coffee for am would have been welcome and we come to white sands a lot most of the units have a small bag of coffee and some snack for arrival. Towels were scarce in both bathrooms there was literally one roll of toilet paper. Happy to purchase but 1 seems skimpy. There were no extra linens, we stayed for two weeks and spent a lot of time washing linens. Lastly, the code provided did not work upon arrival. As I said it was late, so we waited 40 minutes for someone to get to us. And it happened in the middle of our stay also. The code suddenly stopped working, this time the response was faster but it was during business hours, so only 20 minutes, but not ideal. Anyway, it really is a nice unit.

The place was beautiful. Stunning mountain and ocean views from the condo. It was so tranquil to sip coffee in the morning and then have a sunset dinner on the balcony. Parking was great. Beach access was simple. I would stay there again!
