Had a great stay. The rooms are exactly as described and perfect for our needs. It was clean and quiet (except for the chatty birds). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: dishes, pots and pans, I even found a pizza cutter. Nice clean bathrooms and comfy bedrooms with clean linens and soaps.The patio is stocked with everything you need for a great beach day. There are boogie boards, snorkels and fins, noodles, umbrellas, chairs, even towels and a cooler.The unit is a little ways back from the road, which means a few extra steps to the beach, but it's hardly a hassle. The pool area is large and inviting with barbecues, plenty of chairs and tables and there is even a pool table and sauna.Only steps away is Magic Sands beach, which is great for seeing fish and turtles. But beware, I do not recommend trying to boogie board or body surf. The rocks are no joke. Just a mile south is a great beach park for snorkeling, surfing or boogie boarding. Grab a meal at the Magic Sand Grill right there or a lighter bite from their beach window.The only thing I might add is cable or an antenna, only to watch the local weather forecast, but everyday was paradise. Expect the same. You can't go wrong and I would definitely book this unit again.

Great location to explore the island. The kitchen was well stocked and there are umbrellas, chairs, and towels for beach time. The condo was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the washer and dryer were good for laundry. Overall, a great place to stay.

Condo is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Beds are especially comfortable. Ocean was visible from the lanai. A nice public beach was a short walk across the street. Pool and BBQ area is very nice and a great place to congregate. Would highly recommend this unit.

We had a great overall stay at this condo in Kona and would definitely consider returning.Pros: The location is fantastic—just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The condo itself is very spacious and worked well for our family of four, with plenty of room to spread out. We especially loved the generous lanai space and the abundance of large windows in the living area that brought in lots of natural light. It was also a bonus to have boogie boards and beach chairs available for use. Being so close to the pool was another convenient perk.Cons: While the condo was comfortable, it did feel a bit “tired” in places. A fresh coat of paint and some updated decor could really elevate the space. The bedrooms could also benefit from blackout blinds for better sleep. Trimming back the palm trees would help improve the view—even a small peek of the ocean would make a difference. Lastly, the living room seating wasn’t quite adequate or comfortable enough for our family to fully relax together in the evenings.Overall, this is a well-located, family-friendly condo with great potential—it just needs a few updates to make it truly exceptional.

Nice, quiet, spacious unit right across the street from Magic Sands Beach. Couple miles from Kailua Kona town center area. Nice wraparound porch. Nicely stocked with equipment for boogie boarding, beach days, tennis and Pickleball, and snorkeling. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in showers. Appreciated the Air Conditioning. The unit shows some wear and tear but it was a great home base for our family of four.

The condo was very clean and had everything amenity we needed to start our vacation. The pool and bbq grill were cleaned daily and the grounds in the parking area were kept clean as well. If we're lucky enough to return, we'd definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at this clean & beautiful island inspired condo, just across from Magic Sands where we enjoyed epic sunsets! Kira was a wonderful host, we found all the extras available in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as beach & snorkel gear! The pool & hot tub were a great place to relax. We had a very enjoyable stay at the condo. White Sands Beach is directly across the beach, making daily jaunts to the beach easy. The condo came stocked with loads of beach needs such as snorkeling gear and chairs. The air condition could not be turned down, but after a day, we acclimated well. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the dining area was great!

The unit was fantastic! Very clean and the upgrades and finishes were really nice. Especially the beautiful solid wood doors. This is one of those rare units where you don’t have to worry about coffee filters, salt/pepper, or even soap and shampoo. Very well and thoughtfully stocked. Even a couple of boogie boards and snorkeling sets were available for use. All of that, plus the location and view are great. Highly recommended.

Location was great! Loved the wraparound lanai. The kids liked sleeping on the futon outside. The twin beds were a little uncomfortable for the people sleeping there (too soft). We appreciated the fun closet with beach toys. Check in was a little confusing because we weren't sure how to get to the office at first, but overall it was a fantastic place in a fantastic location. We loved it and would stay there again.

This a great place to stay, we stayed at a few places while in Hawaii and this was my favorite even though it was our most budget friendly. Great location to Magic Sands Beach and appreciated the amenities the property offered. If you have kiddos, you do need to drive to find a beach that has sand/kid friendly. Would highly recommend!

We stayed four nights in this condo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property has safe parking space, quiet garden, a spacious balcony, and beautiful views of both the ocean and the mountains.It is conveniently located near several excellent snorkeling beaches, which made it perfect for our trip. Every morning, we woke up to the sound of birds chirping and enjoyed watching the calm ocean—it was incredibly peaceful.The manager is so friendly and helpful! We felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

This unit at White Sands Village is the nicest we have stayed in on this property. It is well maintained, everything works, towels and linens are fresh. The condo was excellent for our family of 4. The pool was a great addition, a short walk away. Excellent place to meet our extended family members staying in other suites of the condo. The 3 bbq grills were available for cooking meals together while the kids swam. The condo had many options for snorkels, umbrellas, beach towels and boogie boards available. This is a great place for families with children. It is not luxurious, but it is nice and comfortable. The place is nicely furnished. The location at Magic Sands Beach is good. The community pool, jacuzzi, pool table, sauna, and outdoor dining areas are very nice for the whole family.
