We loved our stay! The property was perfect for us, our 2 kids, and my parents who joined us. Magic sands beach is so convenient and the kids loved it. A quick drive to lots of great snorkeling spots nearby. The wrap around deck was great for relaxing in the evenings and mornings. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and had a BBQ one night with fresh fish. Highly recommend! Also, tons of beach toys for kids and beach gear.

Perfect location- across from a beautiful beach. Condo has everything you need. Beautiful wrap around patio is great. Fully stocked kitchen was so nice! The pool, hot tub and pool table were enjoyed by my kids daily! Was a wonderful 10 days in Hawai’i! Would definitely come back to this location!

The property is in an awesome location but it could be so much better. Linens and towels were so old, stained, and dated. The draws and cupboards and closets need cleaned out. The showers still had hair from previous guest and were in need of some deep cleaning. Replace your masking tape notes with labels and you'll really class up the place for your guests. It definitely has potential. Location couldn't of been better and parking was convenient as well. Great lanai, we made friends with a gecko who loved scrambled eggs.

The condo was a perfect location for families wanting to hangout on the beach or by the pool all day. Located on a main road with proximity to shops, restaurants, and other beaches. Interior furniture and curtains need updating. Condo stocked with towels, bedding, beach accessories, washer/dryer, and condiments you may need. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Great Condo, the lanai (porch) is huge and awesome. Two of us slept outside every night. AC was great and cooled down very fast. Kitchen was great, we made breakfast every day. Beach in August was awesome. Busy mid day but we swam there every morning and evening. I would stay here again if we come back to Kona.

Josh was a great host, he answered all questions promptly. The location and views of this property are unbelievable. The pool area and outdoor facilities are amazing. The condo was spacious and comfortable. My only complaints would be with some of the dishes pots and pans, they could definitely use an update and the carpets are extremely worn. I would stay at this complex again it is incredible.

Condo is ok but we have seen cleaner. Pool key was missing and we could not use pool or bbq on our first day. We could not reach the owner. Many dead birds on the balcony when we arrived and clim had been off for quite a while because it was crazy hot and it took 24h to make it comfortable. Great pool.

We loved the location and the huge deck!! Having snorkel gear and beach chairs and towels was a huge plus!! Joah qas very helpful and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful time during our 7 night stay at Josh's condo. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of seven that included 2 adults and 5 teens. Across the street from the beach and trolley pickup/drop off was ideal for our busy family! It was incredibly helpful to have the washer and dryer to throw in towels and clothes during our stay. We utilized the beach items in the condo, the pool, the community grill, and other items such as card games the condo was stocked with, making our stay very enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Mahalo!

We spent several days in Joshua’s wonderful apartment and really enjoyed it, especially huge balcony with the view. We saw the rainbow and sunsets from it - magical! Great location overall, Magic beach is across the road, we ate at Magics grill one night, we recommend it.
Special thanks for the well stocked kitchen!

From rental agreement to checkout, Joshua was VERY communicative and helpful. The condo was a great space for 5 of us. Loved having 2 bathrooms…. Makes getting ready or clean up at end of day a breeze with 5 ppl ;) the views of the mountains at night was stunning. All the houses at night with their lights scattered on mountain side was beautiful. There are a lot of birds on this property that wake you up with their songs. We loved it! The AC was a welcome retreat at the end of a long warm day! This is on 3rd floor which gives you the views. There is an elevator a few doors down! The pool on property is well maintained. The grounds are as well. Across from Magic Sands beach my was great as I could do my morning walks and meditation at the beach and it was just a short walk away!

Plenty of towels for all the things
Kitchen was well stocked
Washer/dryer worked great
Lanai is a great place for breakfast and dinner ;)

We were pleasantly surprised to find this place feels even bigger than the photos. There is a lot of beach equipment, pool toys, plenty of toiletries etc. It stays relatively cool in there, but it also wasn’t blazing hot during our stay. The view is really good! We got some great photos! The beds are really comfortable, lots of extra bedding and pillows available. The elevator is a ways away from parking and there are a couple stairs to the elevator then also from the elevator to the door, so be aware of that. The couple little issues we had were promptly resolved by Joshua. Great place.

This condo is quite well set out with lots of little extras. We had a 7 year old with us and he loved the pool and pool table. The wrap around deck is very nice as you get a wider view of the area. Magic Sands Beach is right across the road and a nice place to watch the sunset. There is a small part of the beach that has an easier access to the water which is helpful for younger children and older people. The beaches often have quite a lot of sharp lava rocks to traverse so next time we would come prepared with water shoes.
There is some snorkeling gear and beach chairs in the condo which we used a lot!
The place is not walking distance to the main centre but that is plus as that area really gets congested. If you have a car it's easy to drive there otherwise lots of ebikes, scooters and hop on hop off trolleys.
The only issue we had was lights in one of the bedrooms. We let Josh know and just used another lamp that was being used.
I would look at this rental again.

The place is exactly how the place looks in pictures and or even better! The porch was a great addition along with nice sunrise views as well as plenty of seating room for all six of us to enjoy. The beds were comfy and clean, and lots of utensils and other common house items that were there. The mood of the place was very inviting as well as the people who were staying there made us feel right at home. The pool,hot tub, and beach were very well maintained and were wonderful to use! I would highly recommend this complex to others as well as stay again in the future.

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful apartment! We stayed there with 6 adults, and yet there was still enough space for everyone. It had an amazing spacious balcony with a wonderful view and plenty of sofas and chairs to relax. The location was great, right across a nice beach woth a cafe and restaurant, close to downtown Kona, supermarket, stores etc. It was nice to have snorkeling and beach equipment, a lot of kitchen tools,… available. It was also great there was a washing machine and dryer available. Would really recommend this place, it made our stay in Hawaii even more amazing! Hope to come back here one day :-)

We enjoyed this condo and it's wrap around deck. We had view of the mountain and the ocean. Staying across from Magic Sand Beach is our absolute favorite! We used the grills at night and enjoyed the beautiful condo and saved a bit of money not eating put every meal. Costco and Walmart are just 10 to q5 minutes away. Actually everything is. Wether it's mantas, snorkle, kona sea salt, farmers market or the brewery; it's all just about 15 minutes away. Adult kids go across the street and boogie board and grab a snack at Magics. We loved our vacation and would stay here again without hesitation. Comfortable living space, kitchen, ac, washer/dryer and everything you'd need. Thanks Josh for the wonderful stay and easy communication.

This was our first time in big island. Travelled with a familiar of 4 with 2 kids. This was a last minute trip that we booked without doing much research.
The location of this house is right on the beach. Doesn’t take more than 2 minutes. This is where we saw turtles and snorkeling was good because the kids could go early morning.
Most of all we loved the condo. It was clean and had a huge balcony on 2 sides. One side was mountains and the other side was ocean.
Enough towels, clean kitchen, good air conditioning ample space for kids to play!! What else does one need. We were very happy with our stay .
Kids used to go to the beach with all boogie boards on their own from unit .
My son loved the couch in balcony so much that he slept in balcony for 2 nights. The weather was pleasant and if u have not ever taken a nap in balcony watching mountains then this condo does offer the excitement. It’s a end unit with quiet neighbors.

The condo was clean and spacious with all kinds of 'extras' including coolers, picnic supplies, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The condo complex was so fun being across the street from the beach, and with the pool and the BBQ area at the pool. Our 13-year old daughters enjoyed their own space/bedroom & bathroom in the condo and the pool area.
Joshua provided his personal cell number if we needed to reach him (we did not). He did text to make sure we were able to get in on check in day and to make sure everything was ok upon arrival.
I would definitely stay here again! The price is right and you can save so much money making meals in the condo and at the pool BBQ, rather than eating out 3 meals a day!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal being across from White Sands Beach and we enjoyed going back and forth between the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoons. All of the beach equipment available for use was really helpful too.

We really enjoyed our stay at your vacation rental. It was clean and everything was in good working order. We have 4 kids and one of the things that we really enjoyed (and initially made our booking decision easier) was the fact that the host had listed that some beach accessories were included with the rental. We wound up bringing the available chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards everywhere and had a couple families ask us if we were locals just because we had all of the gear. When we told them it was part of our rental both families were really impressed and both mentioned they’d look for that in future bookings. Ideally the listing would have a current list of what’s available on-site for renters to use during their stay. Since we knew this rental had some beach toys and other rentals did not mention anything - this did play into our decision to rent this property somewhat. Another great experience we had was simply walking to the beach right across the street from the rental and watching an amazing sunset. The best sunset we saw on the entire trip was right there across the street from the rental. The pool was also fantastic - we used it every single night.

We absolutely loved our stay at Josh’s #324 unit. It was super quiet within the unit and the large wrap-around lanai was fabulous. We ate breakfast there every morning and lounged there most afternoons after getting back from our daily adventures. It truly is the best unit in the whole complex. We loved the location being close to the main shopping/dining area but also close to several of the best beach areas. Josh was a great host catering to all of our requests including loaning our son a surf board to try his hand at it. The beginners surfing area was just down the road and also had great snorkeling. We will definitely be back to rent from Josh again.

We had the best trip ever to the Big Island! We loved our 2 bedroom condo, it was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved having their own room with their own beds! Having a washer and dryer in the condo was an absolute must and allowed us to pack light and travel with just our carry on luggage. We washed/dried our swim wear everyday which was a life saver. We loved the beach chairs, noodles, wave board, and small cooler that the owner provided! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to cook in which we did almost every night. The condo was very spacious and was the perfect “home away from home” for 8 days in paradise! The condo was right across the street from one of the best white sand beaches on the island! It was stunning! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A big Mahalo to the owners for sharing their home with us.

We loved our stay. The condo is well laid out and large enough for all of us to have space with the large balcony as a favorite. The views are awesome and being right across from Magic Sands Beach was ideal. The owner provides everything you need for beach/pool days, as well as for days/nights in. Kitchen is well-stocked and bedrooms/bathrooms have everything you need. We can’t recommend this property enough. We loved it!
