The condo was AMAZING! The Lanai was The Best! Nowhere else will you find a better view! The condo was Very comfortable and clean and it had everything you needed! The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels for bath and beach. It is just a few minutes to town. You can take a walk but the road is busy. The pool was wonderful! There is a little sand to put chairs on and enjoy the ocean views. We Absolutely Loved it here! The host was Extremely responsive and helpful with any questions!

We loved listening to the waves all day and night, enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the lanai and relaxing on the property as well as exploring the area. What a wonderful stay we had at Holly's place. Everything was as shown/described in photos --and even better. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beach towels, chairs and other beach items, and the king beds were super comfortable. Water pressure and Wifi were great too. I'm embarrassed to admit how much time we spent just hanging out on the lanai though--such an amazing spot. It was stormy while we were there and the lanai was the perfect place to take it all in. The unit was quiet and nice and cool. We never heard neighbors, though if sleeping in the back bedroom light sleepers might want earplugs as there can be noisy vehicles on Ali'i Dr from time to time. We only used the air con at night and even then probably would have been okay without it. The fans move the air nicely and if there is a little breeze, you can turn the fans and air co off, open the front and back doors and get a great cross breeze. The location was awesome, as da poke shack is super close (walking distance) and next door to the condo development, by the church, there was a shave ice/taco truck and on saturdays, a small farmers market. The fish tacos were superb! Easy drive to Keauhou or Kona for groceries, restaurants, and super quick drives to magic sands and kahalu'u. If getting groceries, it seems faster to go to the KTA in Keauhou- the stop signs on Ali'i Dr. towards Kona get pretty backed up.We would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly!!! The condo was just as pictured online, with a wide lanai to listen to the ocean and watch dolphins and boats. Everything we needed was provided from paper products to spices to laundry detergent. The condo was super clean and very quiet. We had a wonderful time and hope to come again for vacation.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with his parents, and it was perfect! Having separate bathrooms was ideal. Everything was so clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, although we did not cook anything while there. The entire property is beautifully decorated. That lanai...WOW! I will never forget those sunsets! We absolutely loved eating dinner out there, and it was also perfect for a morning cup of coffee. If we didn't have so many fun things planned to do around the island, I would've spent all of my time out there. I cannot recommend this property enough. Holly was incredibly easy to communicate with, and she left detailed instructions inside the condo, making check in and check out so smooth. We hope to return as soon as possible! Mahalo, Holly!

My wife and I had an absolute wonderful vacation on the big island. This was in no small part due to the absolutely flawless accommodations provided by Holly.
Kitchen - we tend to prepare our own meals and the home had ALL the necessary tools - of very good quality - to meet all our needs.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms - beautifully appointed, spacious, wonderful views from master, comfortable beds.
Living space - open, inviting and comfortable - great furniture and furnishings.
Lanai - hard to describe aside from paradise. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets, as well as simply idyllic relaxation, mesmerized by the blue and white waves rhythmically overtaking the black lava rock.
It truly felt like a second home and while we were so busy with island activities - diving, snorkeling, hiking, fishing, exploring - coming back to the homebase always was a highlight!
Can't say enough good things about it. We've traveled extensively and always stay in a VRBO home and this one may be at the tippy top.

There is no other property in Kona to compare with this property. You have the ocean at your doorstep. The property has new appliances and furniture which is unusual for any rental. But the two most important highlights are the nearness of the ocean and central air conditioning.

We absolutely love this property! The view from the Lanai was amazing! My husband and I witnessed a double whale breach from the Lanai! We also saw dolphins, turtles and a Hawaiian Monk Seal! The location of this property is perfect. Away from the hustle of town yet close enough to walk or a quick drive to restaurants. The lanai is pure magic. Slept with the windows open at night and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks put us right to sleep. Saw a pod of spinner dolphins while having breakfast one day. We just loved the property. The Lanai and the sound of the waves when you go to bed at night were heavenly. Holly really took care of every detail. I loved the artisian soap that was provided in addition to the hand soap that did not have dyes. The sheets on the bed were so soft and the towels were very soft and thick. The condo has tile through put and was just really nice. The fans were all really quiet and provided a nice breeze.
My only suggestion is to put another lamp in the living room so you do not have to use the fan lights. Overall it was a very nice place to stay. We particularly liked that it was not near the heart of Kona, so it was quieter.

We stayed here with our two sons - 14 and 16. The master bedroom is right by the lanai, so you can fall asleep listening to the waves. Air conditioning was much appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts. The washer/dryer was new and is a must-have when traveling with teens. The elevator was out of service for a couple of days, but the condo is on the second floor, so even though we had to bring a couple of 50 lb bags down to the car during check-out, it wasn't so bad. Thankfully the elevator was in service when we checked in. Tiffany was very responsive when I had a question about getting an Amazon package delivered to the condo. Highly recommended!

The balcony on this condo was EVERYTHING! This place has an oceanfront picture perfect view of sunsets framed with palm trees, tide pools, greenery and a small private beach. Next to the refreshing pool is a charcoal grill with a table and chairs so you can eat outside. The condo itself is furnished nicely with a spacious full kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the sheets are soft. The air conditioning works GREAT.
My husband and I stayed for 8 nights with his parents and we had the best time just sitting on the balcony all day. We never got tired of it and we never felt like we had to get out to see the beauty of the island. Pair that with the comfort of the condo and the pool downstairs and it’s a complete getaway.
The location is about 10 minutes south of the busy town and is situated between 2 major grocery stores. There is a liquor store/mini mart a few minutes away that came in clutch a few times. The property managers communication was good. Her quick responses gave me assurance that she was ready and able to help should the need arise and it did not. I highly recommend this condo. We will be staying here again.

This property is amazing. It has everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, there are power strips for charging, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, and all the little details make this place perfect. Watching the sunset on the lanai was a highlight of our trip. When we were back at the co do we spent most of our time on the lanai. The only thing I would say to lookout for is the parking spot. If you aren’t comfortable parking a large vehicle in a tight spot, then opt for a smaller vehicle. Overall this place is amazing and we would come back again.

If you’re contemplating booking this place just do it! We were in town for a wedding and stayed 6 days, 5 nights. Easy check in process. Has literally everything you need for a beach excursion from ice chests, to boogie boards, to beach towels. Has everything for a comfortable stay: shampoo, plenty of towels, body wash, etc. Pantry wise has the basic spices and some coffee filters. Even has some plastic ware for leftovers. Could easily have been leftovers from guests but doesn’t matter, came well stocked!
Cleanliness wise it was like no one had stayed there ever. I wear white socks and they seemed to stay clean even on the lanai.
Nothing about the property’s furniture seemed aged or worn poorly.
Seriously can’t recommend this property enough. Best VRBO I’ve booked. Amenities aside the view is to die for.

Unit is clean and well appointed (although kitchen knives need a good sharpening!) with a fabulous lanai and crashing waves only 25 yards away. Peaceful and relaxing. Sleeps 4 but two couples might be a stretch because the back bedroom (two twin beds) is small and the front bedroom is not private. Wonderful for a single couple or family with children which is what the unit is designed to accommodate. Loved our stay.

The best part would definitely be the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Department building is located on the busy Alii drive. There is not much within walking distance but the town was a very short drive away. The apartment had the basics but some minor things you were missing like paper towels and bathroom mats. Our family of 4 rated this condo as the best one we’ve ever stayed at! The condo itself is updated and clean with so many extras for the beach (don’t buy or rent anything until you see what’s there). It’s a very spacious condo that you never felt crowded.
Last but not least…the view! To die for! We sat out there everyday and had to drag ourselves out of the condo to explore the island. If you want a chill vacation, this is the place. The pool was a bit cold for December, but it would have been perfect for warmer months. We saw turtles and lots of sea life right outside.

This was the perfect spot. Not too far from town but not in the thick of it. We could walk to a local craft market and local coffee place(Green Flash) and good snorkeling not too far away. The view was incredible. Couldn’t have been better.

We had everything we needed and when we showed up in a suburban there was no way we were fitting in the small parking space so 1 phone call to the property manager and we were given alternate parking. So be prepared for that. But I highly recommend this place.

My husband & I stayed here with long time friends and celebrated both our wedding anniversaries. The weather was fantastic and we had our breakfasts pretty much every morning on the lanai. Downtown was a short drive from the condo and Magic Sands beach was just a 3-4 minute drive south from the condo. We so enjoyed our time here that we can’t wait to come back again!

The lanai and its view are stunning. Spacious accommodations for 4 adults. 2 bathrooms with a/c. Full kitchen was very well stocked with all non-perishables you only need to buy fresh foods/beverages. Bonus points for large selection of beach/swim gear in the storage shed on the lanai. Comfortable and clean. Beds extra comfy with appropriate bedding (not a fan of down comforters in the tropics - the light quilts were perfect). Even the permanent residents in the building are friendly and welcoming. My only nitpicky thing is that I like to see BRIGHT WHITE towels. The towels were all clean, but some were a little worse for wear and were all kind of dingy. I support the need for HE detergent and HE washers in general to conserve resources, but a scoop of OxyClean powder or a shot of straight Clorox would go a long way to making the towels look super-clean. Litgerally my only complaint LOL! We will absolutely return to this condo given the chance. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect oceanfront condo in Kona! Clean, comfortable beds, well-stocked, nice beach items (beach chairs, coolers, etc.), and an amazing view (the best part!). We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. There is nothing like having your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of a double rainbow over the Pacific. The kitchen is well stocked, but who needs it with so many restaurants nearby? The property is in a great location for exploring the west side of the island. My only word of caution is that the parking spot is a little tight. We had no problem parking our sedan, but a Tahoe driver might have a different experience.

The condo is wonderful! The lanai is amazing! We opened the door and could hear the surf and smell the ocean as soon as we walked in. The condo is open and airy with plenty of natural light from the huge glass sliding doors facing the sunset and overlooking the small pool and the ocean. Master BR is huge with a comfy king sized bed, nice walk-in closet, and plenty of drawer space. The en suite bathroom has a big step in shower with 2 shower heads. and glass doors. The secondary BR in the front of the condo is smaller with a firm but comfortable queen sized bed, good-sized closet, chest of drawers, night stands, and a desk with a lamp. The main bathroom is a bit smaller, but the shower is spacious and has a corner sitting bench and built-in shelf for products. All rooms, except the bathrooms, have ceiling fans. Full kitchen allows for cooking in, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and storage containers, as well as a coffee pot, tea kettle, assorted spices, cooking oil, etc. Dining room has a large table with 2 benches and 2 end chairs. Big screen TVs in the living room and secondary bedroom. Wifi was speedy enough for our needs. Living room has couch, 2 side chairs, 2 coffee tables, 2 end tables and lamps. Linens and towels were all nice, clean, and plentiful. Washer and dryer allowed us to pack less clothing and enjoy an extended stay without needing to find a laundromat. Unit has air conditioning as well as the ceiling fans.
The lanai was the highlight for us as we ate all our cooked meals there. Nice table and chairs, plus 1 lounger, and 1 patio chair with ottoman. Ceiling fans and tile flooring helped keep it cool, along with sun screens that could be dropped to help with glare. There were beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and boogie boards.
Pool is small but clean and nice for a dip when you don't feel like navigating the rocks to get to the ocean or driving to a beach.
We really enjoyed our stay! Assigned parking was pretty easy to get into, even with the Expedition XL we rented. Our only minor complaints were that the floors needed a better mopping, but with the screen doors open, a lot comes in from the ocean. The couch also had several stains, the range was a lower grade model with electric coils, and the shades in the secondary bedroom were cumbersome. The upstairs neighbors stomped around their place early in the morning and late at night, and there was a fair amount of street noise in the secondary bedroom.

Overall experience was great at this property, great location close to town but not too close where you have to deal with traffic unless going into town. Great indoor space, Amazing view with a good size balcony, woke up every morning to grab coffee in town and would enjoy it on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. Lost my keys for a couple hours luckily the host had a back up plan as i did not leave keys in lock box like i should have as they have extra keys inside the property. On cleanness i rated it a 4 only due to the fact the floors were a little dusty causing my feet to get dirty pretty quick after showering therefor i choice to wear my indoor slippers any time i got up to walk around inside the property. But overall experience was great would definitely stay here again in the future.
