This was a great place to stay for the Ironman World Championship. Close to grocery shopping and Longs Drugs and easy access to the Queen K and Kuikini or if we wanted to drive along Ali’i. We didn’t use the Kona Trolley but it was close by if we wanted to use that transport option. We appreciated the king size beds and AC in all the bedrooms and it was nice for 4 adults. The view from the balcony was relaxing and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening. The pool had a spectacular view of the ocean and the property itself had beautiful foliage and flowers throughout.
We had a wonderful trip to the Big Island and look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful stay! Gorgeous views of the golf course and expansive ocean. Pools on site were fantastic for evening swimming and hanging out. Well stocked kitchen and great AC. We will definitely be staying here again!

Best beautifully remodeled unit. AC even in the loft. Great views and the best for morning walks to the bay. Really awesome trail to a gorgeous cove just 3/4 mile from the unit. Minutes to a little shopping center. Short drive to town, snorkeling beaches, yummy Black Rock pizza in Captain Cook and so much more. It’s our second time at this location and this unit was the best by far. Three pools and hot tubs are perfect for evening swims after days at the beach or out exploring the island. Property is managed exceptionally well. We had a precious flying squirrel stuffed animal left behind and they reached out so my brother could pick it up and so it home! Mahalo for everything!

This property was amazing, beautifully decorated along with EVERYTHING you might need. Our family of 5 enjoyed every minute here. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning made the condo nice and cool, which is necessary in June, and we had everything we needed to make meals here.
Will definitely stay here again when we return.

This condo we rented was perfect for my family of 5 plus my mom! The location is wonderful! This condo is nice and roomy for a family and the 3 bedrooms and bathroom was really nice to have. Never felt crowded. The location was also great because it was just a quick drive to all the fun beaches and entertainment.

Great unit! Lots of space, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped bathrooms and kitchens. Large Lanai with a great view over the golf course and of the ocean. Very quiet. There is grocery shopping and restaurants close by, and a short drive to many small beaches and Kailua-Kona. Unit was clean, as pictured and as advertised. Would stay here again.

This unit has everything you need for a great, relaxing and/or active stay on the Big Island! This is our fourth time to Kailua-Kona and this is the best place we have stayed in. Walk to the market in the morning or to rent bikes. Short drive to all that is Kona. Fantastic sunsets as you unwind at night. Mahalo to the owners/management team!

Had an excellent stay! Condo was clean and well cared for. Neighborhood was quiet. Market and drug store nearby. We came with two other couples and having three bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. It is very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of the grocery store and other shopping.
There are three heated pools and a tennis court.
The views of the golf course and ocean are beautiful from the balcony.

Stayed at this property for our first 'mixed family' holiday! Everyone enjoyed the amenities, I loved all the kitchen appliances & tools! A few minor mishaps, but nothing to write about. I did call in & report the small details & spoke w/someone. Overall, a great stay in Kona! If I had a suggestion, it would be to either purchase new knives or sharpen, they could use it!

This condo is located in a small to medium size complex that is very quiet. Easy 15-30 minute drive from everything. Three pools; the one we used had amazing views and was salt water instead of chlorine which was fantastic. Small hot tub there as well which was nice at night.
The condo itself is amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. Extremely clean, beautiful views, and comfy beds. Air conditioning was a must in June and it worked well. It is incredibly well stocked...so much so I almost cried tears of joy! Literally anything you would need to cook a meal is in that kitchen including some basic seasonings and cooking oil/spray. Tupperware to store leftovers, even some ziplock bags. Toaster, blender, coffee, everything! Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. We did have to buy more toilet paper (we were there 10 days) and another roll of paper towel along with dishwasher soap. The washer/dryer worked great as well.
We spent most of our time on the patio and ate all of our meals there.
Note you do not have beach access at this property. It overlooks a beautiful golf course and has gorgeous ocean views. You can walk about 10-15 minutes to shoreline access, but it's not a beach. There are some fabulous beaches to drive to which are nicely listed out for you in the welcome book and this worked great for us!
The property management company, Kona Coast Vacations, was wonderful to work with.
In summary, this is by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Do not hesitate to book it!

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks over Christmas and it was perfect. Everything we could need from lots of pots/pans, great beach gear to bandaids & tape! Well stocked & very clean. Beautiful peaceful view of good course from lanai & good amenities near by. We'd most definitely stay again.

We have stayed at the CCV's several times but this time chose #318. It was very clean, beautiful decor, and a fantastic view. It was very well equipped, comfortable, and had air conditioning. There was always plenty of space at one of the three pools. It is located close to groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and gas. I would definitely stay there again.

Well appointed condo that suited our needs perfectly. There were 5 beach chairs (sand an additional camp chair) and one set of snorkel and fins. I mention this because while it’s not guaranteed, it’s nice to know what one can expect to find and I was not able to find that info in prior reviews. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our stay on the big island. We had 3 couples and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views, and a great big kitchen to cook meals in. We would definitely stay again!
