This property exceeded our expectations! The views were simply stunning. Going to sleep and waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean was amazing! My only negative was the blender was a bit outdated for a huge smoothie drinker like me. Other than that (and that was very minor) I cannot rate it high enough. Would stay there again without hesitation.

We loved this property so much we had no desire to leave it. Beautiful corner property, gorgeous view of ocean, stocked up pantry, all kinds of snorkeling gears and beach stuff!

Amazing! The view is worth the costs. This was our families favorite part. It was peaceful, calming and exactly what we needed. The weeks and days leading up to our stay, the owner was amazing with communication. Always very quick to respond to any and all questions. The distance to everything was perfect.
The only complaint we had was our parking spot. It is a tight squeeze, you just have to be super careful getting in and out.
We enjoyed our nightly family swims in the pool. The water was perfect.
This place is great for couples, families, etc.

Great location for our family. The condo had everything we needed including plenty of beach and snorkeling gear. Beds were comfortable. The view off the lanai was so pretty, perfect for watching the sunset. We loved listening to the crashing waves just outside. The public bbq and pool is a few minutes walk through the property, but not a deal breaker for us. Short drive to a grocery store if needed. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! 180 degrees of ocean views from the Lanai make for amazing sunsets and falling asleep to the ocean waves. We visited on a particular hot and humid week so the lack of air conditioning was tough for my elderly mother but fine for us. We would absolutely come back again :)

This corner unit has a large lanai and comfortable furniture, especially the swinging love seat. Only neighbor was an occasional golfer so the privacy was amazing. The proximity to the ocean provided the soothing crashing noise of the waves. We could sit for hours on the lanai and be entertained by dolphin sightings and more. The owner was very attentive, mahalo Morgan! We've been vacationing every year on Maui, Kauai and The Big Island for 15 years. This is one of the best condos we've stayed in and will definitely stay here again when we return! Aloha!

This was our second stay and we were so pleased with the condo, we chose to stay inside a few of the days to enjoy the view and cool breeze. The other days we explored Kona and enjoyed some of the restaurants. However, we ate breakfast on the balcony every day and spent at least half of our evenings eating dinner on the balcony watching the sun go down.
It is very quiet backed against the golf course.

This property exceeded all our expectations. It has got to be one of the most well-stocked properties we've ever stayed in. Anything we needed, the condo had. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The view from the condo is one of the best in the area, I think. My favourite part was sitting in the swing on the lanai. We were out there frequently, for all meals, watching the sunset, the dolphins swimming past, the outrigger boats etc. My husband is already talking about rebooking in the future. Mahalo to the owners for everything!

We stayed at the property for spring break with our 2 teenagers. It was extremely clean, well stocked (we cooked most of our meals here), amazing view, peaceful and relaxing. We played ping pong and pickle ball almost every night, and we also used the community pool. There are several BBQs on the property. The location is an easy drive to all activities and we enjoyed being away from the busy/touristy areas. It was a perfect place to begin and end every day, on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I highly recommend this unit. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this one rates the highest!

Everything you need is in the apartment and the WiFi works great. We hadn’t communicated with the hosts at all but the instructions provided were adequate for a smooth trip check in to check out. Could spend hours sitting out in that balcony!

The balcony has a view that is unparalleled. The internet was strong so that we could use Zoom in the back bedroom and it was very well stocked. The only reasons not to stay there are if you can't climb steps, need air conditioning or want to leave it available for my next visit.

Absolutely gorgeous property. The photos don’t do it justice. We spent every moment we were not sleeping out on the lanai. The waves crashing on the shore put us to sleep each night. This condo is everything you are looking for, and more. The view is spectacular and the place is clean and comfortable. The closet was stocked with everything you need for the beach and the kitchen had everything you need to stay in. The bed was super comfortable, and you can’t beat falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.
The owners were very communicative and very kindly allowed us a late checkout, since our flight didn’t leave until 8pm

This place was incredible. It might literally be the nicest condo on the property -- a corner unit at the very end with unobstructed views of the black volcanic beach. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves splashing against the rocks outside. I mean, what? There's restaurants a short drive away, but you'll barely want to leave this place because it's so beautiful. Hope we can be so lucky to return to the big island and book it again someday!

This is our second time staying at this property and just as great as the first. The property was clean, well stocked and of course the views were spectacular. Several of the sunsets turned a deep shade of red I don’t ever recall seeing before. And of course the occasional spinner dolphins patrolling the coast in the morning added to the experience.

We stayed at three different places on three different islands during a time when tourism is returning to normal. After annual trips to Hawaii over the past 20 years, I have to say that your townhome/condo was probably the best we have ever had. My husband and I don't require very much, but our stay on the Big Island was over the top because we came home from an eventful day to a beautiful, clean, and well kept home that was a pleasure. It was so nice to simply sit on the balcony and watch the waves, hike around the complex and through the black rocks against the ocean, or staying in for the evening while hearing the crash of the waves and the quiet in between.
If we were in the market for swimming/snorkeling, boogie boards and noodles were available. If we needed to wash and dry our clothes after swimming, the washer and dryer were there to accommodate. The grocery store and drug store were very close by, and we enjoyed the Italian Restaurant in the same center.

To be honest, we mostly chose this place for the swing on the lanai, and it did not disappoint! We watched every sunset of our stay from that swing! The lanai is as close as you can get to the water and offers a variety of oceanfront views. With the windows open in the master bedroom, you can listen to the waves all night.
The location offers easy access to both Ali'i shops/restaurants and the main highway for other nearby attractions.
The beach equipment available in the condo was perfect for introducing new experiences to our 9-year-old poor landlocked child. There are two great beaches just to the north of the compound: one with calmer water for snorkeling, and the other with bigger surf for great boogie board fun!
This condo is the perfect place to explore the local area while also quietly enjoying the fantastic natural environment of Hawaii island. Highly recommended... and, if given the opportunity, we will come back as this was a favorite of our stay!

We recently spent a week at this condo and it was exactly as illustrated and more. There were lots of kitchen dishes and utensils as well as coolers, ice packs and condiments. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were even supplied with soap and shampoo.There were also fins and snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. which we put to good use.The view from the wraparound lanai was spectacular, we loved the swing and spent hours watching the waves.Two manta rays were playing in the water right in front of us one day. The furnishings are clean and comfortable and A beautifully large table on the lanai where we had all of our meals. There is no beach but the pool is close and well maintained. It is very good for children too as it has a very large shallow end as well as ample space for swimming.
We ate at Sam Choy's in a nearby plaza and the food and service was very good. There is also a grocery store in the same plaza which was handy for getting food to cook on the BBQ. We went on a trip with Hawaii Forest and Trail to the summit of Mauna Kea and Nate took good care of us and it was an unbelievable experience. We also visited Volcano National Park and drove to Hilo. The Saddle road is now an excellent road and it only took 1 1/2 hrs to get to Hilo from Kona.
The owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. We have received our security cheque back already.
I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys being near the water in the lap of luxury
