The ununit wa clean (except for the vents above the master shower (UGH). PM was very responsive when we had problems withe the Microwave, replacing it within 24 hours. Beautiful property, but the table in the picture is misleading. I did enjoy staying here relaxing, clean quite pool area. Met some wonderful people here too!

Although the location was breathtaking, the apartment itself was not the best. Unfortunately for me, the fake air freshener scent caused me to become quite ill forcing us to leave. Even without the scent issue I would have given the rating a 3 due to the paper thin walls and generally worn down look of the place both inside and out. The owners refunded us the unused nights but this experience left me realizing that I can never stay in a VRBO again because they are too unpredictable.

A last minute find for our extended stay. Very happy with the accommodations and location as well as price. The small air conditioner units helped keep the unit cool. Understandable being in the second floor. The common areas were great to socialize with others if you were so inclined.

The view was lovely but there was no outside light on the lanai so we couldn't eat outdoors once it was dark. Robin was good at responding. We had an issue with some kitchen pans that needed replacing and she did bring new ones. Kitchen had not been stocked for our 16 night stay and we had to request additional supplies which she did bring.Overall it was a good stay and all the facilities in Sea Village were clean and well kept. The loungers round the pool had no shade although the tables and chairs did.

Clean, central with lots of extras to make a great stay! Had extra toys, towels, chairs and cookware to give you everything you need. The spot is a bit dated but is comfortable and spacious. Host was great to deal with as well, would recommend as a family with kids.

Overall this unit is excellent. The view looking north to Kona and south is spectacular and perfect for watching dolphins, whales and boat traffic. The unit was clean and provided the necessary kitchen amenities. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. Smaller pool area but adequate. The screen door and slider was broken when we arrived but after reporting it was replaced almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

There's no AC. I understand it was our own fault for not catching that when we booked, so I'm listing it first here for others. There's no AC.The temperature itself wasn't a huge issue while we visited, but having to leave the screen door and windows open to allow air flow presents additional challenges. The humidity was high, and everything is just a little sticky from being covered in salt spray. And everyone has their windows open, so the noise coming in is a lot. And the bed was one of the worst I've ever slept in. I would not return and definitely do not recommend.The view is as beautiful as shown in the listing.

We loved the location of this place. So easy to navigate and close to lots of amazing places. It had everything we needed. No need to pack much to vacation here. We loved whale watching from the lanai. The dolphins were a bonus.We love to golf and we were minutes from the Kona Country Club. And Green Flash Coffee was a big bonus. The sunsets were amazing and the most beautiful rainbow. Perfect vacation place.

The condo was exactly as described recently, remodeled, incredibly clean, very comfortable bed well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. Even though there is no air conditioning, the fans and ocean breeze through the condo at night were more than enough. We were actually too cold one night had to turn the fans off. would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for hosting us at your beautiful property cooking in the kitchen overlooking the ocean. The sunrises and the sunsets was truly magical.

This is a fabulous property, right on the ocean and the views are amazing! We saw humpback whales and dolphins from the lanai, and the sunsets were stunning. The location is also pretty close to shops and restaurants in Kona. Will highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book this again in the future. The only con from our stay was that the remotes for the fans (which also have the ceiling lights) were very finnicky, they had mentioned this in the check-in instructions, but I'd rather they would have fixed the issue instead. As a result in the master bedroom we were stuck with a fan running at full speed and with no ceiling light. Another thing to keep in mind is that no toiletries are included, upon inquiring we were told it is by design as different customers have different preferences, so please make sure to bring your own body wash etc. Other than these we had an amazing stay of 6 days, and would love to come back again.

We were having such a great time on the Big Island, we decided to extend our trip and luckily found a few days available at this condo. We reached out to Anne and Don to confirm it was still available and they were kind enough to block it off until we confirmed our new flights and car rental extension. Teresa was a great host and highly communicative! The condo was clean, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The Murphy bed was also easy to use and there were extra sheets for it. The grill area was easy to use and the pool/hot tub were relaxing! Though there isn't an elevator, there are landings every 8 steps. Parking also easy to find! Thanks for a great stay!

Kids really enjoyed the pool and the setting was awesome. Common areas at the propery pool, bbq, grassy areas gave since of community with others on vacation. Room and lani had great ocean view. A little more cooling capability with an additional portable AC or central air would have been nice but we adjusted.

Quaint condo perfectly situated right against the west coast of the Big Island. We had front row seats to evening sunsets, breezy air through the day, a covered lanai to enjoy the view and eat meals and drink coffee and the sound of the ocean waves 24-7!
