This wonderful suite is in an immaculately maintained waterfront condo complex within walking distance of town. Suite 1-203 is waterfront with a stunning view up to Kailua Village and the open ocean. The condo is very well appointed. The kitchen has everything for one to prepare meals. The new sofa bed is very comfortable and easy to set up.

What a treat to be perched out over the ocean as this spot was. We slept beautifully and the whole experience was just as comfortable as can be. So close to all of the fun of the village nearby and so wonderful to hear the ocean right under your feet. Lovely!

We had a fabulous vacation here. This was our third time in this exact condo unit and it doesn’t disappoint. Close enough to walk to Kailua and not have to pay the steep parking costs, and far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle and noise of city nightlife. We loved watching the pilot whales and dolphins from the lanai. ❤️

We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai, and listening the cashing waves every day. Don and Anne's house is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, good restaurants. If you like a kitchen without roaches and sleep without the sound of buffalo running over your head, then look elsewhere. The pool is also full of screaming children at all hours. Would it kill to have an adult hour somewhere? The best part of the property is the grills. It’s the only thing that feels clean. At night you can watch movies (if you like a 24 inch screen with no volume). I would love a partial refund but that isn’t likely. Instead, run don’t walk from this place.

The unit was clean and everything worked. The kitchen was large, the lanai was a great place to spend time, the beds were comfortable, the location was great. In all, this was an excellent rental.

The condo is located in a great area of Kona, close to town shopping and several beaches. The condo had all the items for the beach and nicely furnished. If you wanted to cook it did lack simple spices that most condos provide. It also had an issue with cockroaches at the time we stayed. Which made it difficult as no fruits or food of any kind could be left on the counter. I know the property managers were working to address the issue. The beds were comfortable but had stains on them and could use replacing. We did book the unit knowing it had no AC. The extra fans the unit provided made it comfortable. Having the unit on the second floor allowed us to leave the Lani door open at night to get the trade winds. We did enjoy our time on the island.

This vrbo has everything and more. I have never stayed in a vrbo so well stocked, including most everything from kitchen needs to beach chairs and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The washer dryer was great to have. The view was spectacular!! There are a few items which could have improve our stay but did not reduce the five star rating. When we first arrived the porch light was burnt out and wish it would have stayed that way because it does send light in the bedroom, it did make the bedroom a bit lighter. I would prefer cotton sheets to polyester, the polyester gets a bit sticky and hot without air-conditioning. The only other suggestion would be to check the vacuum cleaner bag more often, it was too full to pick up much of anything. Over all it was a great stay.

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. Appreciated all the amenities within the condo, for example, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. Loved having snorkel gear and beach chairs available as well. The condo had a great view of the ocean and we took advantage of the patio daily. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our given code was wrong, we had to call to get new one. The 2 keys didn't work in door but worked for pool. Furniture was comfortable. Location great. Tv confusing but we figured it out. Wifi worked great. Loved the sound of the waves. Kitchen had plenty. It was a nice vacation. Pool was refreshing.

We stayed for a week and found the condo to have everything we could need - the kitchen was very well stocked (including a blender, much appreciated!), the beds were comfortable, there were many towels, etc. Everything was very clean and the view was gorgeous - we enjoyed watching both sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. I had specifically asked for no stairs and no hills to get to condo due to medical handicap issues. Thankful no stairs but had a small hill that was a challenge.
Smallest salt and pepper I have ever seen. We come over here 6 weeks each year and will not be back here.
Also the people at front trying to get you to go to presentation are tough to get your door key/swim pass from even if you repeatedly decline interest.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. However, the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of A/C. Hence why my wife and I moved the mattress into the living room next to the balcony.

We loved our stay in Kona, the unit was incredible with everything you could ask for thought of and documented. We ended up sleeping on the murphy bed so we could here the sound of the surf all night long.
The only draw back is no elevator, which was only a problem twice, bringing the suitcases in and out.

This is such a perfect place to stay in Kona! We’ve stayed at Sea Village before and this place is definitely where we’d go again. The view is GORGEOUS! It’s such a private lanai; you can’t see anyone else, and it’s a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved sitting out there every morning with breakfast and coffee, hearing the waves crash, and seeing the spinner dolphins. Sunsets are beautiful from here too— yes you can’t see the sun itself, but it’s still a beautiful view, and we usually walked down to the pool area anyway to sit on the edge of the property to view the sunsets :) the place itself had everything you could need: two coolers, two full size boogie boards, a beach umbrella, towels, beach chairs, blow up toys, and snorkel equipment (including fins in multiple sizes that fit my husband and I). It was just my husband and I so we didn’t need the extra bedroom, but we did appreciate two bathrooms and the master bed is very comfy. While there’s no AC, they have tons of high powered working fans that kept the rooms more than cool enough (especially leaving the windows with screens open and the balcony door with the screen open). We appreciated how many fans there were and that they worked well. The kitchen is lovely to cook in, with a blender and plenty of cooking utensils. Being on the top floor was nice and quiet. This place is amazing for its view, private lanai, and beach accessories! And the location of sea village itself is perfect— off the busy strip (quiet at night), but walkable to so many restaurants. It’s a short drive to beaches, and a good branching off point for the big island attractions (I recommend a car just for getting around the island and seeing all the beautiful places). The pool, hot tub, and grill are great! The area is very well maintained. We loved staying here, check in was easy, and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks!

After coming to Sea Village for more than a decade, we tried a different condo. It was clean and well set up. The corner location meant that it kept cool without direct sun, but also meant that the view felt cut short a bit, without direct view of the sunset etc. The only things that could improve it for me would be better quality and fitting sheets in the master, and many more hooks for towels inside and outside. Great place to stay with all amenities one needs. The place was clean, plenty of towels and starting cleaning and paper supplies. Kitchen had all utensils and cookware needed. Beds are comfortable. We slept with the sound of crashing waves every night! We stayed very comfortable in the condo with fans and open windows. Did not miss ac at all. Really helpful to have washer & dryer in unit also. Location of condo is terrific with a private lanai that is right on the ocean. Also within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. The complex has a nice pool & hot tub with plenty of available chairs on the pool deck. People were friendly & neighborly. Would recommend staying here.

The air conditioning made it very comfortable. A little coffee shop on the premises (The green Flash) was wonderful! It is a lovely walk to town. The unit was great, we love Sea Village, and we love the town of Kona!!

Aloha! We had an amazing time in Kona and a lot was because of where we stayed....Sea Village is a great spot! 1.5 mile walk to downtown which is just about right for a morning walk or a stroll home after a meal. Pool was great, grills were amazing! Our unit had air conditioning which many of them didn't...so we were the envy on the hot days which were most days! Kona is a really fun town and Hawaii is a great island with lots of things to do and see!
