We've rented this condo before and love it. The only problem with it is that it's right next to the swimming pool and for us in EST, the first couple of nights you go to bed before 9pm and so it can be hard to sleep. Other than that-a wonderful place! We love that it's a mile from the city so you can walk into town each night.

From the moment we arrived, we loved this place. Beautiful location looking out over the ocean with stunning sunsets nightly from the lanai. Set back from Alii Drive, so no road noise. Nicely equipped kitchen, Knutson even told me what kind of coffee pot before we arrived so I could get my first morning fix before shopping. Had a small problem with the washing machine, but a repairman was there within an hour (on the weekend) and got us up and running immediately. I highly recommend Knutson & Assoc.; they are professional and knowledgeable - getting ready to book with them again for next year.

This rental was a great choice! We loved the location, the view, and the overall vibe. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, community grills, and neighboring cafe. We spent two lovely weeks in this beautiful condo. We walked the one mile into Kona every morning and loved that it was close enough to walk. We had a million dollar view of the ocean where we saw whales and dolphins. Condo was equipped with everything you needed and we were pleasantly surprised that you really didn’t need air conditioning, the ocean breeze kept it very comfortable! Appreciated sharp knives and good pans in the kitchen which we haven’t had in many condos we rent. We were a little worried about the rooms being off the parking lot but we had no problems with noise. It was a lovely property.

The location of the unit can’t be beat. Close enough to walk into historic Kona, directly on the ocean with great views to the west. Whale watching and sunsets from the deck were fabulous. The unit itself was a bit tired in that the shower door tracks and fixtures had rusted areas. The kitchen is not well supplied. We had to call to get hot pads and a baking sheet pan. Which was delivered the same day as it was requested. The refrigerator went out and we ended up having to get a loner. Space got tight with the loner frig, as the broken one remained in place waiting for parts. The management team addressed the frig. issue immediately the day I called. There was a blender available and I used it for smoothies but it leaked. The cooking knives were marginal at best and the sink/disposal were both missing strainers/covers.

We really enjoyed this condo at Sea Village! The corner balcony has a spectacular view!The condo has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, and additional fans too, which was nice.It was wonderful that it was located so close to the shopping and restaurants. There was even an espresso stand located in the same parking lot which was convenient.The bath towels were nice and soft. It was helpful that you had a night light that we could use for the bathroom.The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that there were beach items in the unit for use.The unit was conveniently located near the pool and the parking lot.We had a great time and will rent here again!

Definately needs work. Lanai sliding glass doors were impossible to see through due to broken seals as well as just dirty. Window screens were filthy. More attention to detail in cleaning is badly needed.

The property was great, nice pool, views were amazing. The place was clean and had everything, maybe a couple bowls, plastic dishes and for the BBQ area would be a nice addition. There was lots of spices, oil, etc. The bedroom was hot and the air conditioner was noisy. The mattress needs replacing as it's a bit like sleeping in a hammock. There are tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, there's an umbrella, cooler and lots of snorkel gear too. Easy check in and Michael responded quickly to any messages or concerns. glasses would be helpful

This property was amazing. The view from the lanai is unbelievable. It is as if you could almost touch the ocean. It is located in the heart of downtown Kona within walking distance to everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, baking ware, coffee pot, toaster etc. The two bedrooms are good size. The condo has a lot of beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, towel and beach toys for children. The unit is in close proximity to the pool. The pool is lovely and very welcoming temperature wise. The unit also has lots of games and books for entertainment. Also, a tv in living room and one bedroom. The condo can get quite warm for sleeping. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room but in my opinion, it serves no purpose. There is no elevator. There is plenty of parking. We plan on returning to this unit next January. The host of the unit is very responsive to any questions or issues.

We really enjoyed the gorgeous views and peaceful place! It was just as the pictures showed! Well stocked kitchen! Beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The pool was beautiful with great views of the ocean. There were grills and picnic tables to use in the courtyard. They were cleaned by staff every morning!

If you want a great view of the water from your condo, a very quiet complex, and want to be close to the busy town of Kailua Kona with many shops, restaurants, and attractions this is your place. Teresa was so helpful and responsive to our questions and helped us navigate the island. Easy to find and in a walkable area. The condo has all you need to eat in and relax in a well stocked unit. But what is best about this condo is the view, the view, the view!

Appears stairs remodel was not completed and some funky temporary covering that was not secured was put in place. Dangerous walking down stairs. The unit is good otherwise. Kitchen well stocked. View is fabulous. You must like the sound of pounding surf is right there-you get used to it. Plenty of fans so really no issue with no A/C. Floors needed a much better cleaning. Great pool and BBQ setting.

Balcony was great but had high surf warnings for all but one day of our stay, so balcony was unuseable. We did see many dolphins and some whales when we were able to be outside. Only complaint was floors were very dirty.We found the floors to be VERY dirty.

We were in this unit for a month and found it very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. The kitchen had everything you would need including a good assortment of spices. It was well stocked with products for cleaning, laundry, toilet paper and paper towels. There were coolers, beach chairs, noodles, snorkel gear, boogie boards, binoculars, etc. The beds were comfortable and we would stay in this unit again.

We had a great first time on big island staying in Sea Village! We ran into one issue (dishwasher didn’t work) but the property manager took care of it quickly! This location is only a mile to downtown shops, a fairly easy walk. The pool was very nice and our three year old loved it! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Beautiful view of Kona and the Ocean. We were able to wake up each morning to the waves crashing and what a wonderful noise! Overlooks the swimming pool but it wasn’t an issue for us. Was needing to leave about a half hour later and they were very accommodating to us taking extra time to pack and clean. Thus was our second time in Sea Village and everything was perfect beyond getting a noise complaint when we were all sleeping. Maybe it was next door making the noise and we were sent a message saying we would recieve a fine if we get another noise complaint. Besides us getting this text for someone else’s noise we were grateful for such a clean and beautiful stay. We will be back!

First of all communication with the host was top-notch and very responsive to all of my questions. Secondly, the view is spectacular! The accommodations were very comfortable, including a nice comfortable bed and a great shower, as well as everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal or eat in. The location was ideal for visiting attractions both north of Kona and south of Kona. And parking is free. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lovely landscaping and a crew maintains the grills and grounds each morning. We were so excited to see whales and dolphins literally from our lanai!
