We stayed for a week and found the condo to have everything we could need - the kitchen was very well stocked (including a blender, much appreciated!), the beds were comfortable, there were many towels, etc. Everything was very clean and the view was gorgeous - we enjoyed watching both sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. Thanks for a great stay!

What a fantastic property. Right on the ocean and walking distance to downtown Kona. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of room for two couples.
Holly was the perfect host! Will definitely stay here again.

The location is great, the view from the lanai terrific and on-site pool was very nice. The host was easy to work with and responsive. The kitchen was well-appointed and included many staples that made eating in easy to do. We loved it!

Place was just the right size for the 3 of us. Could have sat and listened to the waves crash for hours! We got an extra treat towards the end of our stay with high surf, which made for a real good show! Kitchen had everything we needed. Grills in the common area were immaculately clean and just a short walk from the condo. AC in the bedrooms was just right for sleeping and taking a break from the warmth. Bathrooms are showing their age a bit but worked fine for what we needed. All in all, a very nice spot for a small family or couple(s) to spend some time!

It's not a huge place but definitely has everything a family of four needs plus great views of sunsets and city lights. We've stayed at several other ocenfront Kona locations on Alii Drive and this unit is set back far enough from the street that it was very quiet. We appreciated not having any noise at all from cars or motorcycles to keep us awake at night! And Holly was exceptional to deal with from beginning to end!

This condo was perfect for our family. There was parking right in front and there were no stairs. We spent every morning and evening on the lanai. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed, even a small ice chest to take on day trips.

We've been to the Big Island a number of times, but this was only our second time staying in Kona. We would definitely stay here again. First floor = no stairs = great.
It would be IMPOSSIBLE to be closer to the water (unless you were wearing snorkel gear). The view is just beautiful and calm and serene - you could just sit there all day. At night you can see the stars. We had breakfast out there every morning. AND the lanai is set back from the others, so this unit has the most privacy of any. Nice!
We're not air conditioning people, and we just about didn't use it here (maybe for an hour on some days). The fans worked just fine, and we were perfectly comfortable. As someone else mentioned, yes, the fan in the bedroom is kind of loud. It is. But we slept just fine. You have to be careful walking around it in the main bedroom, but well, that's life.
The kitchen worked just fine. Holly had a small cooler and towels and GREAT beach chairs which were useful for beach outings.
All in all, a great experience, and we definitely could've spent more days here. Mahalo, Holly!

Daily amazing sunsets from the Lanai. Unobstructed ocean view. Holly, the property manager was prompt, helpful, resourceful, and polite. Great location for downtown Kona as well as multiple tourist destinations.

Holly, the host is extremely responsive even before I got there. She responded to my questions within minutes after I booked my stay and continued to during my stay. When we entered the property, there was ample parking for all the units. Upon going into the rental unit, you could hear Hawaiian music playing from all the tv's welcoming you in and the open view of the lanai to the ocean. The unit was clean and there were plenty of towels and supplies available. There were also detailed instructions in the binder for quiet hours, amenities, and recommendations for nearby restaurants and site seeing activities. In the closets are plenty of extra bath and beach towels. There was a cooler bag, beach umbrella, and various other beach essentials in the other storage closets. Overall, this was a wonderful experience that was a nice home away from home on the big island. The location is also wonderful as it is near downtown Kona and several close by beaches. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was great, but the condo was hot and humid most of the time. Has portable A/C units in both bedrooms, but didn’t really help much. They were also loud which makes it hard to sleep. Unit needs forced air to keep heat & humidity down.

This trip was kinda unreal. My partner and I had to fly out to Hawaii to help his Parents who had simultaneous medical emergencies. We needed a place to stay till they were ready to fly home. I still can’t believe how perfect this condo was! Everyone had the space they needed, but it was still cozy. It was such a pleasant place to stay while recuperating. And it made being a caregiver so much easier. I woke up every morning early, and watched the sunrise with my knitting project and a cup of tea. Close to an excellent snorkeling beach too. Holly was so kind and personable! Communication was super easy and when we needed to stay an extra three days, she made that possible. I am beyond grateful. You made a scary trip into what could actually be described as a vacation. Thanks from the bottom of my heart! If I could give 10 stars , I would!
