Beautiful view off the lanai! Very convenient location with many things within walking distance. After a very long day of travel, it was nice to not have to immediately make a Walmart run because condo had soap, toilet paper and paper towels available. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Highly recommend this condo and the host has been amazing!!

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute! The apartment was perfect for 4 people. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail was made to ensure guests have everything they need, including all the kitchen accessories, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Breakfast on the lanai is amazing watching the waves roll in and you can’t beat the sunsets. Excellent location within 20 minute walk to luau, restaurants, and beaches. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Kona.

The condo was in a great location, not too far from town and an easy launching point. It overlooks the ocean and you can see out to sea and the Kona harbor. The condo is close to the pool but far enough for it not to be a disturbance. The condo is well outfitted and was very comfortable. The only things to really know about is there is only one set of adult fins and two kids fins (we brought our masks so didn't pay attention to how many of each there were)...wish I had brought my fins with me... and there are windows in the unit that provide zero sound dampening but it generally wasn't an issue - very quiet complex, just meant the waves were louder than they otherwise would have been. Overall, highly recommend this condo!

The property is clean, maintained, and many units appear to be getting updated/upgrades. Signs say that they are doing some construction, but we never heard anything from our place. Our place was overall nice and updated. If you are an "empty nest" like we recently are don't even think of going to the pool or hot tub - A zillion kids from open to close. Frankly it would be cool if they had adult only hours so the rest of us could enjoy too without dealing with a ton of kids. We shopped for most of all our meals. I found that the kitchen had adequate equipment to get the job done. Used the bbq grills often and it was a real perk in my opinion. The beds are a little rough as far as comfortability, but helps to force you to get up and out. Having the ice chest was a real money saver too. We packed lunches, snacks, and waters for our daily excursions. My only complaints were several dishes were dirty (that were put away) when we arrived. I mean like full on lips still attached to some glasses, coffee sludge, visable oil on knifes. I just threw everything in the dishwasher and it was all good. Lastly, we found something very interesting that had been left behind in the freezer. A rusted top glass mason jar with chopped up green, yellow, red stuff and the frozen water on top was milky looking to the eye. Apparently it was the cleaning ladies "food" of urchins we later found out.... Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would rent again in the future!

This property was wonderful! There was coffee for us and a few waters in the fridge upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. There was everything that you need to enjoy a nice time at the beach in one of the closets and even some legos and a Jenga game, which our son really had fun with. There were several small towels that could be used at the beach or the pool. We loved the hot tub and pool as they have a nice view of the water. The grounds are beautifully kept up, with tropical plants all over.
The only thing that I would recommend is that you should bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light as there are not blackout curtains in the bedrooms, so it was very bright in there as early as 6 am daily.

My wife and I had such a wonderful stay in this property. You cannot beat the view! The sound of the surf right outside the lanai door- amazing. The condo had literally everything you could think of needing and more. So comfortable for our long stay on the Big Island. The location was great for us- just a few minutes car ride to downtown Kona but could also walk if you are up for it! The building was quiet, people were friendly, great BBQ area and pool! The owner was wonderful— very responsive and helpful with questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Upon arrival we found the condo immaculate and homey. We were immediately drawn to the lanai with an unobstructed ocean view. We saw whales and dolphins! My 10 yr. old nephew enjoyed the pool at least once daily. The high end appliances made it easy for us to cook for ourselves. I highly recommend this condo.

Close to everything. Kona, restaurants, the airport and shopping. I could spend all day and night sitting on the lanai listening to the waves right below. Our host was the best! Quick to answer and very accommodating allowing us to get in early to clean up after a day of travel. The pool is great too. Right outside the room. Can’t beat this place.

We had a great time at Sea Village. The location is walkable to many shops/restaurants and the setup was perfect for a family with kids. The condo was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed mornings sitting on the lanai listening to the waves just a few feet away! Pictures just can't do justice to the view from the lanai, and how you feel standing there. It's expansive and beautiful, and a couple of days there was a large pod of dolphins swimming by! The crashing of the waves on the rocks can be mesmerizing . . . and also sometimes a little loud--but that's fine, because you can shut the door and windows and turn on the AC. The AC is in both bedrooms and the living room, BTW, and runs very quietly.
Like everyone has said, the unit is very well stocked. I've never seen so many beach and pool accessories in a rental condo, especially in such good shape. Marta is also very caring and responsive. She really understands the meaning of hospitality. I absolutely recommend this unit for a couple or small family.

This unit is beautiful. It was clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The view from the lani is perfect. We only have one complaint, we have stayed at the Sea Village in several different units and it is always noisy. This is not the owners of the condos fault. Other occupants are inconsiderate of the noise they make and the time of day. Apparently there is no one to assure that people arent talking loudly in the courtyard late at night or very early in the morning. Stomping all night above and slamming doors. Also the outside stairway is next to the second bedroom and there is no sound barrier. It sounds like they are walking in your room. Even though we love the view and location, we will be looking for a new place that may be quieter.

Great kitchen supplies and laundry was awesome plus beach items available to use. We used the cooler a ton to take drinks and sandwiches with us for the day. Awesome shower pressure, great internet. The location of this condo is amazing. It's walking distance (or trolley) to town yet far enough from town to be more peaceful. The view is spectacular and the pool and grounds are lovely, also. The condo itself has everything you might need, and more! There was even extra sunscreen, bug repellent and sunburn gel. I brought our own laundry soap and extra dw tabs and was surprised to find plenty of both! The kitchen is very well-stocked. I especially appreciated the coffee filters for our Kona coffee! We loved Green Flash coffee right outside the condo, also! So good. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

My family and I stayed here in August 2022, and we had a great time. The Listing didn’t do the property justice. The view from the back porch was awesome, we enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening wine there every day. The unit was fully stocked with beach gear including umbrellas and a cooler, so we didn’t have to buy anything extra. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Big Island. Highly recommended!!

Excellent view, you can even see fish swimming in the ocean from the patio! The house owners thought of everything and even had a pack n play, booster seat, kids dishes and toys for the little ones. They provided everything you need to a fun day at the beach. Will return again!!

We enjoyed the views from the balcony where I had my morning coffee and watched the Surfers. One morning Dolphins were spotted close by. This is a nice clean property. I happy we decided to stay for a few days in Kona. Try the MantaRay snorkel with Mantaadventures.com and the Zodiak excursion with CaptainZodiac
Com. There is a lot to see and do. This accommodation had great beds to rest up for the next day. Lots of great restaurants not too far away.

Did the mata ray snorkle with manta ray dives of Hawaii. Amazing! This condo great location driving to Seahorse Farm, Kona Brew, Octopus farm, coffee farms, Original Hawaiin CHOCOLATE. Bit further to black sand beach and VOLCANO Natl park, Rim restaurant there great.
Always got back to our cool, safe, clean condo right on edge of ocean.

Just what we needed for a few days in the Kona area - right on the waterfront with the ability to see & hear the waves crashing. The portable a/c units were a great addition and were very effective. The unit is situated well because the balconies are staggered meaning your neighbors aren't right next to you which is a great. Being able to see dolphins right off shore was an added benefit.

Very nice property for myself, my husband and my mother. The view off the lanai is perfect for sunset watching! In the morning when the sun comes up and shines through the ocean water you can see the yellow and blue and black fish swimming around the rocks. So cool!
Place is well stocked and clean. Pool was great. The have really nice grills for making dinner.
Nice to have a coffee shop right out front.
Easy to Uber to shops and is usually less than $10 to local eateries.

The view from the lanai is what hooked me and it did not disappoint. The stars on a clear early morning were fantastic and a bonus to the ocean view. The a/c units in both bedrooms were fantastic and made sleep possible as it was very humid the whole week we were there. The Sea Village had many renter/ visitors and all were friendly, respectful and quiet at night as requested by the signs around the complex.We had a lot of flight issues coming in and were delayed a day. Marta was very responsive to all my questions and assisted where she could with delay issues and information. Safeway was a short drive away (10minutes) and downtown Kona was walkable but we drove. Would definitely recommend to someone else and would stay here again.

The minute we walked through the front door of #1202 and were met with the lanai view... we were sold. What an incredible, panoramic view!! Everything was provided for our stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine, washer/dryer, and the bonus was the "goodie" closet with all of the beach gear, sand toys, books, sun hats, sunscreen, snorkel gear and more. They even had a crib, booster seat, kids utensils, and toys for our 2 y/o. Needless to say, we were very comfortable in the unit and spent most of our time on the lanai listening to the waves crashing and/or looking out at all of the cruise ships, kayakers, para-sailers, and bright colored fish straight down in the water below the lanai. We watched the sunset every evening and can look straight over to downtown Kona as well. Overall, we did not have any problems during our stay and our experiences with the property management were seamless. We will definitely be going back someday and are so grateful the owners allow others to enjoy their unit.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and well equipped condo. The ocean view was just spectacular! Our kids loved the fridge with icemaker. The only minor inconvenience was, the smaller bedroom was quite hot without air conditioning, the fans could not really cool down. Thanks for letting us using your condo!

This place was our home for 3 days and we loved every minute of it! The view is amazing and the use of beach towels, coolers and other items made our trip that much more enjoyable. I believe this place was over-the-top hospitable and we hope to come back soon.

This condo is indeed lovely, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. My daughters and I had enough room, and enough privacy. The kitchen was well equipped (I particularly appreciated the coffee bean grinder, especially with the amazing Kona coffee) and it's always a plus to cook and wash dishes with a view of the ocean! We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board and the umbrella provided. We made good use of the lanai every day, especially for morning coffee.
The location was perfect, close to the busyness of the touristy area of Kailua-Kona but not right in the noise and bustle. It was easy to get around from that location as most of our trip was spent beach-hopping. We would definitely consider staying here again should we be fortunate enough to return.

This is a wonderful clean updated condo! The owners are a pleasure to deal with and get back to you very quickly. The unit is fully stocked for people who want to eat in. The bbq area is close to the unit with great bbq's and the pool area is lovely. We were able to sit on the lanai and see dolphins almost every morning and enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening. One evening a whale jumped right in front of the sun. My only recommendation for this unit is bigger cutting boards and an extra tv, however, without these we would definitely rent again. Thanks for the great vacation.

The condo was nice, roomy, and right on the water. My husband and I were in Kona to swim, bike, run, and surf--- and we found the perfect location! The complex was quiet, the room air cons were good, but hardly needed. The sound of the ocean was memorizing! We really enjoyed cooking each night once we quickly found a grocery store. There were many resturants to choose from, but mostly pricey. Worth the money was a breakfast place called Basiks and a coffee/ice cream place called Kope Lani!! As for surfing lessons: Hyprsurf with Ian Foo was incredible- we will see him again next year! The only thing about the condo not so good was a leak in the ceiling from the condo upstairs, but was dealt with in a timely manner and all was great!
