Our given code was wrong, we had to call to get new one. The 2 keys didn't work in door but worked for pool. Furniture was comfortable. Location great. Tv confusing but we figured it out. Wifi worked great. Loved the sound of the waves. Kitchen had plenty. It was a nice vacation. Pool was refreshing.

What a paradise!Sorry to find that we had to wear shoes/slippers in the condo because the floors made our feet black. Otherwise a great experience, especially watching the spinner dolphins from our lanai.

Easy to find location on Alii Dr, quick walk to downtown. Great salt water pool and view, Condo had more then enough supplies, there was nothing we needed. Several beach chairs and snorkeling equipment was available.

We stayed in this condo for 9 nights the first week of April 2023. When we arrived, something was beeping behind the stove. We contacted the phone number in the renter’s manual. Someone showed up shortly to fix it. No issue afterwards.
The condo is ocean front with fantastic view. We could see cruise ships coming and going. We also saw rainbows and fantastic sunsets right from the lanai and living room area.
It is a short drive to town. It is walkable but a little dangerous as there is no sidewalk.
The condo is very clean. It has everything we needed: cookware, dishes, utensils, linens, towels, laundry detergent, beach chairs, body boards, snorkel and fins…etc. It was great to have washer and dryer in the unit. The complex itself is also well maintained. The grilling stations were very popular. Every early morning we would see two staff members scrubbing the grills to keep them clean and ready for use.
The AC unit in the living room area is not very powerful. The two bedrooms have ceiling fan so we were still able to sleep comfortably at night. The sea breeze was pleasant when we were in the until and could leave the sliding door open.
This was our first time renting a condo. Our kids enjoyed the space this condo was able to offer. One slept in the bedroom and one slept on the sofa bed in the living room.
Big island has become our favorite Hawaiian island after this visit. We would rent this condo again if we go back.

We had a great experience at the condo. The condo was clean and we had all the clean towels and sheets we needed. Lots of dishes/mugs/glasses as well which helps with a large group. During our stay the washing machine needed to be repaired which was done the next day. We loved hearing the ocean and watching the surfers from our lanai. We could walk to downtown Kona which was a bonus. Would stay here again.

The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning. The condo is well-stocked with everything you’d need from the kitchen to beach gear. All the beach stuff was a huge bonus. I love the property here. The grilling area is great! The community pool and hot tub are nice and large. The AC is pretty much worthless. However, there are a few large fans in the unit that make it a little more bearable. The property management company was super responsive with a few small issues that came up. Huge kudos there! My only complaint is the beds and pillows are absolutely horrible! It’s so bad that I wouldn’t rent this condo again because of it. My back and neck are so sore!

My spouse and I along with our daughter and son-in-law were pleasantly surprised at how nice our unit was. It was very clean and organized. Loved the location and the view from our room was fantastic. I am sure that we will be returning and we will certainloy reccomment this place to our friends and family. Only draw back was the lack of proper air conditioning. There was a small unit in the living room but not in the bedrooms, but there were fans provided for those areas, just made sleeping sort of difficult.

We loved the view on the edge of the ocean. This is also close to the heart of the Kona shopd and restaurants along the beach.
But we felt mislead because the property was listed as having air conditioning. All that was included was a very small portable air conditioner that did little to cool the condo. After we left it running all day, the condo would be at about 85°F. At best, it might get down to about 75° by 2am or 3am. Other condos in the complex had floor to ceiling louvered windows in the back rooms to encourage air floor through the condos. That was not possible for this condo since the main sidewalk went right behind our unit. Only the upper third had louvers. Both late night and early morning activity kept us awake or awakened us.
Could not be a prettier place to watch the sunset.

My family and I loved our stay in this Sea Village rental unit! It was clean, newly updated, beautiful, so comfortable and the view from the lanai was stunning. There was AC available, but with the sea breezes, we only needed it once during our entire stay. Close to Kona town for easy access to restaurants and shopping, it was also the perfect home-base for exploring the West coast of the Big Island. The kitchen was well laid out and contained everything we could possibly need. The owner provided written instructions as well as suggestions for what to see and do during our stay. I would recommend this unit to any of my friends or family, and would love to come back to visit here again in the future.

We chose this to meet up with relatives. Very neat and clean. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Nice location. Nice pool and hot tub. We didn't use the AC as with the windows open there was alway a good breeze. Beautiful sunsets. There is a local flea market not far from the condo. A nice walk. We ate dinner at Kai's, Papa Kona and On the Rocks. All very good restaurants.

I’ve never Airbnb before and this place was perfect and has everything you need. It was clean, comfortable and close to town. I loved sitting on the patio either eating breakfast, having a glass of wine or just looking at the beautiful ocean. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi which I used every night and very nice BBQs, I recommend going to Costco. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back.

It was a nice place to base our activities in Kona. Unfortunately the neighbors made sleep hard to get. The back windows opened to an area where the neighbors sat out late and socialized, loudly. We also were unfortunate to be paired with an upstairs neighbor who woke at 4a and heavily paced their floors over our unit.

Excellent communication prior arrival. Smooth access to unit no despite having been sent the wrong access code. Was resolved easily and quickly. Unit is as described. Clean and neat. Some nice updates and like the island vibe decor. Pool area nice and grounds are well maintained. We didn't use the BBQ area or pool much as we were exploring most days. Great to be able to come back in the evening to cook dinner. The AC is not super so best to work with fans and breeze. Its hot but you are in Hawaii so its all good. Slept well most nights as it cooled. There is a quiet time but it is a pretty loud complex no matter, mostly due to keeping windows open and even the lowest voices carried. We really enjoyed our stay.

The checkin instructions are not sent via VRBO app but rather an email that was some how lost. This was promptly resolved with a phone call. The property itself is in a great location.
