Everything about this property was great...great view, well equipped kitchen, modern...and on the ground floor so no stairs. This VRBO is exactly as the pictures show - beautiful views and all the necessities. I really liked how easy it was to park and just walk into the condo. One tiny step up, but not lugging luggage up and down stairs. The balcony is the real stunner here and it will give you beautiful sunset views and all day gorgeous ocean views. The AC is in the living room, so it does get a bit stuffy in the bedroom, but not bad. We ended up walking downtown to Kona because it was only 17m and seemed easier than driving and finding/paying for parking. Really enjoyed our stay!

What a cute place with a casual Hawaiian vibe! We loved sunsets on the lanai! The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool and appliance you need to prepare a meal, and there were lots of little amenities in the linen closet to make this feel like a “home away from home”. I’m guessing other guests leave some items they bought, and we did as well, like partial case of water, sunscreen, etc. We had a wonderful week in Paradise! Can’t wait to come back!

Walked into this wonderful condo. The view of the ocean from the large sliding doors from the living room to the balcony was just beautiful. The balcony is a peaceful place to have breakfast/coffee or even dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to relax when not on an excursion somewhere. My only “complaint” is that even with fans the bedroom was still a little warm for us, but I get that temperature is a personal preference. The main living area cools very nicely with the ac unit. Owner was great with timely communication about check in and expectations for leaving the unit was not a crazy list of to dos, very reasonable! Everything we needed was at the unit (we had our own toiletries but we noticed a lot of things already there in the linen closet). Thank you for helping to make our 20th anniversary trip to Hawaii one not to be forgotten! Mahalo!

Nice 1 bedroom apt on the water a few minutes from everything in Kona. Probably need a vehicle to get most places. Everything we needed was on hand - plenty of towels, bottled water, dishes, beach stuff, etc Would definitely recommend. Ground level Lanai faces water with no obstruction. We saw dolphins swim by every morning.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the view is amazing and it's so well maintained and clean, but it was missing a few essentials - like body wash, shampoo and coffee, and it was SO uncomfortably hot at night. There technically is an AC, but it can't reach down to the bedroom and shuts off randomly throughout the night, so the space warms up quickly. We tried to make a row of fans to push air down the hallway, but it was a cumbersome approach that didn't really help much. Hopefully it wouldn't be as large of a problem staying in cooler months

Great location and accommodation. Clean apartment with all the amenities perfect for two people. Central location on the edge of Kailua-Kona- west coast of island, that is a great spot to travel to all the island has to offer. Highly recommended.

We loved the condo and it is a great location! Sunset views were amazing every night. Our only complaint was the cleanliness in a few areas such as the bathroom, shower, and some of the kitchen. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is a great first floor condo, on the water. Fully furnished and ready to use, it had decent privacy, and we loved our stay, we had one hiccup when we arrived and the owner was very attentive and fixed the issue immediately. The kitchen is ready for use, the lanai was excellent, the only thing that could improve this property is the mattress, it’s older and warn but still very functional. Huge thanks to the owner for her responsiveness!

We had a wonderful time. It was beautiful weather. Unfortunately we didn't see whales. We enjoyed sitting on the lani eating breakfast and having a glass of wine at sunset. Sea Village has a really nice pool and the facility is quiet and well maintained.

Great view saw whales the first morning. The code for door didn’t work but Courtney helped by phone. Had trouble with the TV someone had switched the input and remote didn’t work to change it. Finally was able to switch by using the back of the TV. Courtney called back after we figured it out. She offered to come help

Very comfortable property. Fantastic ocean view. Very convenient location. We liked being near town but far enough out of it to be a quiet area. Had pretty much everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Especially liked that there were beach chairs and insulated bags for taking things on road trips. Only thing I might add would be a dust buster. Easier to pick up crumbs than dust pan and broom. Overall great stay. I'd definitely recommend this property.

My husband and I just returned from a great stay in this Sea Village condo. The view was amazing!! The condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed. There are many farmers markets nearby and a great coffee place right in the complex. We spent many days exploring the whole island; the highlight was the two days spent at Volcanoes National Park.

The a/c cools the living room very well but it doesn't reach the bedroom. There are plenty of fans, so we never had an issue sleeping comfortably in the bedroom.

Stayed at this rental 1-15 Jul with my adult son. Outstanding, functional and roomy. Everything you need in the kitchen to prep, bbqing at the communal BBQ area and chat with other guests. Ran to Kamakahonu Beach / Kailua Pier every morning 2.1 mi / 3.4 km one way. Coffee and cocktails on the lanai, what a spectacular view. Beach chairs, snorkelling gears and coolers are bonus as we surfed everyday. The washing machine was great for us, travelled as a minimalist so we had no checked luggage.

The kitchen has everything you need, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, Mr. Coffee, rice cooker, large refrigerator, plenty of coolers and beach stuff, etc. Parking is easy. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is now one of our favorites.

We really enjoyed our six nights in this cute little condo, conveniently located to old Kona town and right on the water. The condo is nicely decorated, clean, and quite comfortable with a nice king size bed. We enjoyed making our own dinners and eating on the balcony, from which the sunsets were awesome. We previously had stayed 6 nights in a high price resort nearby, and much preferred our stay here. I highly recommend!

Courtney’s place was wonderful. She is a great host and easy to contact. The condo is lovely and comfortable and the view of the ocean from the lanai is spectacular. The bedroom was a bit hot at night but with the door open and the fan going, it wasn’t too bad. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I like fed our stay at the Sea Village. Courtney was a great host. The view is awesome. We look across the bay to Kailua and loved seeing the city lights every night. The unit is exactly as advertised and it was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The unit is very quiet and off the street. You will hear the sound of the waves that are very pleasant. The bedroom is in the back of the unit and all living areas are on the ocean side.
We will definitely be back. It’s our favorite place in Kailua Kona.
