cons: kitchen needs updating. appliances good. bathroom small. little more lighting in living areas and bathroom. non functioning door keypad had to open lock box every time to enter. noisy a/c units in bedroom and living room. TV very complicated more instructions would have been appreciated.

Condo was everything it said it would be. We opted for the pullout couch. Ocean views from bed, the sound of the waves to fall asleep to and cool ocean breeze. Loved all the beach toys. Snorkels and flippers, beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards. Loved it!!

We rented this condo from July 23rd to August 6, 2023 and the location and view were perfect and next to none. Close enough to town but without all the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach (beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards). Lots of parking just outside the condo and plenty of barbeques and picnic tables next to the pool.
We spent every morning sitting on the lanai drinking our coffee and had dinner there every night admiring the sunset and ocean views.
We're looking forward to staying there again soon!

Beautiful view made our stay perfect . Such calm and we’ll just amazing. Very comfortable King bed in a good size bedroom with ample closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom and linen closet were well supplied. The near proximity to open markets, restaurants, airport and shops … perfect !
Only two very small issues. Toaster was broken…. Entryway to condo needs to be better lit.

Place was noisy because of 2 mobine a/c units that had to kerp runningb24/7. Place was set up for 6'+ and over. I am only 4'11. Couldnt reach cupboards, sit on the patio furniture or even sit on the bed. 1 small pool for 48 units to share. What a disaster.!! We left 3 nights early & had to pay for another place to stay just to have a discussion wo yelling and get some rest. Thank God for Hilton Waikaloa Village.

Great views, property was adequately furnished. Plusses were beach chairs, snorkel, flippers, and welcome gifts. Minuses - the shower water was never hot, owner didn't respond to text or phone calls, microwave too low so it wouldn't open, we had to put shims under it, ice maker in refrigerator not turned on so we had to figure this out, ac loud, washer loud, bathroom had no fan, kitchen needs updating, toiletries in shower not full.

This resort is quiet, far enough from traffic, close enough to walk to amenities if needed. The ocean is soothing, the waves constant. Say dolphins and whales from the lanai. Had all the basics we needed to get started. The host was accommodating and helpful. We’d stay there again!

The location is great, the place is clean and has all the things you need for a stay. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, cooler etc. There is a washer/dryer and did I mention the lanai? 20 ft from the ocean..the bed is comfortable and there is tons of space for your clothes etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Entire rental process from booking to check-out was easy.
Communication with the owner was good. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable for the two of us, and had most items needed for our short stay. We used the fans but did not need the AC during our trip.
The blender was awesome for blended drinks (using the crushed ice feature on the freezer door panel) to be enjoyed at sunset on the lanai! Amazing views from the lanai every day! Would not hesitate to return. Thanks Michael.

Nice cozy little unit overlooking the water. We spent countless hours enjoying the view of the waves if we weren’t out in the ocean looking at wildlife. I will definitely recommend this listing to others if they come to this part of the island!

This property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for the 2 of us. It had everything that we needed. We were only there for 3 days and was supplied with all the basic essentials that we needed. We did not have to run to the store and purchase anything. It was clean and the 2 air condition units were nice to have. The Lania was great. Wonderful views and amazing sunsets. Parking was very easy. Very quiet place. Pool and hot tub was close and nice to get a relaxing dip and relax a little. The Green Flash cafe had great food and drinks. It is very convenient to the downtown area but also easy for us to get out on our island drives.

It wasn’t our first time at Sea Village, but our 1st time renting Michael Pazdon’s condo. It was everything we needed and more.
We loved sitting on the lanai eating breakfast and watching the spinner dolphins. In the evening we could watch the sunset while eating dinner on the lanai.
This past week we were able to watch the Iron Man athletes doing their swim training as the halfway buoy is directly straight out from the unit.
We really enjoyed our week. Hope to visit again.

The condo was perfect for our big island stay. It's a very spacious 1bdroom; kitchen equipped for cooking. Coffee maker and filters! The living room is huge, to relax and take in the view. The lanai is where its at. We saw spinner dolphins each morning. The bathroom has been renovated with a lovely standup shower. 2 beach towels were provided which was awesome. Super nice place. The person who lives up above really stomps around but the reality is you're not there much except the mornings and nighttime. Bed was comfy. AC units in each room kept things cool!

Really cute condo, nicely furnished, well appointed, phenomenal ocean view from lanai and inside condo. Bed was comfy, bathroom is really nice and updated. Kitchen cabs are very tired and the sofa is cute but not roomy or super comfy. We didn’t need the a/c, just left the slider open the whole time and used ceiling fans. The complex is really well maintained and parking is great.
The only negative I will say is if there are people above you as this is first floor level you will hear every step. There was a heavy footed person above and a child so we heard every step. Fortunately, it didn’t go into the sleeping hours. Thanks Michael for accurate description and super clean place!

It was the best vacation! The property is exactly as advertised - only better! Clean, easy to check-in, safe, comfortable, and what a wonderful place to spend my week in Kona! The view, the waves, the sunsets and the starry skies completed the perfect stay! The location is close enough to town, grocery stores and beautiful beaches both to the north and to the south. The view from the lanai and the sound of the surf is five stars! We saw spinner dolphins and whales with the use of Michaels’s binoculars. If you are keen on being close to restaurants and the action of Kona, this will be a great location for you. Preferring to cook our own meals, we found the kitchen to be set up more for those who will be mostly eating out.. The bed is very soft.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, well appointed, oceanfront condo listening to the crashing waves throughout the home and watching the dolphins and whales from the living room and lanai. We could not have asked for a better location for our first time on the Big Island! The sunsets were amazing, the condo was very nicely appointed with all the amenities we needed, and the location was very easy to get to. Shopping and restaurants are close by, so being able to cook in the condo was great. There was construction/upgrades going on in the complex, and during the week we stayed there, the construction guys were working on this condo's lanai. A head's up would have been nice, as I did find myself walking out of the bedroom while still in my night clothes into the living room to find two guys at the windows doing repairs, looking right inside at me. LOL! We ended up not using the lanai as much as wanted because of the work being done, but we certainly made use of the swimming pool and other venues in the area. It was a great stay, and we enjoyed it very much.

This condo served our needs while we tried staying in Kona. Luckily it is about a mile south of the really busy part of town. The view was amazing. Right on the ocean. The pool area was clean and also right by the sea wall. Unfortunately they were replacing the siding and fixing /painting out lanai while we were there. So that was a bummer to have workers outside our window 8-4:00. But that is a one off situation.

What a spectacular condo in a terrific location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Village condo. The view -- there are no words for it! What a way to begin each day -- eating breakfast out on the lanai while listening to the sounds of the waves against the rocks and watching surfers in the distance trying to catch the perfect wave. What a way to end the day -- sitting on the lanai eating some yummy take out and having a drink while watching the sunset.
The condo is perfectly appointed with everything you need. It is decorated beautifully and it is very comfortable. It was nice knowing we had a wonderful place to come home to after our daily adventures.
Hopefully we will be able to come back to the Big Island and have the opportunity to stay here again.

This condo has the best views, and in the perfect spot near everything! The condo was so clean, and had everything we needed for the beach etc. The owner/mngr was amazing and was so accommodating, and responded quickly . We cannot wait to share our visit w friends and family ❤️
