This was such an amazing place to begin our Big Island vacation! We spent three nights and wished it could be more. Clean, stocked, quick responses from management, fantastic location. It's just as wonderful as the pictures make it look and I can't recommend this place highly enough. I still dream of the sunsets on the Lanai.

I’ve stayed in this complex many times. Shannon’s condo is updated and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. You can’t beat the sound of the waves, and communicating with Shannon is so easy. She’s a great hostess. It’s a lovely place to unwind, and to make a base for your big island adventures. I’ll be back!

Lovely condo! Comfortable, with all you need! The location and view are unbeatable! The pool and grounds were an added bonus! Easy to communicate with the owner. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo on the water. Cute place and lanai a stone throw from water. Sacred sounds of conch shells can be heard at sunset. Walk to town, great location and unit is adorable.

Yes. The listing really is the view from the lanai. We left the doors open and slept with the sound of the waves. The unit is lovely and it’s an easy walk to Kona attractions. We would gladly stay here again.

The best part about this condo is the lanai that is right next to the ocean. You can't beat the sound of the waves and the unobstructed view. The rest of the condo is comfortable and wonderful too.

We had wonderful stay at Shannon's condo! Beautiful views of the ocean, private, peaceful, and she has everything you might need for your vacation.
Condo was clean and bright. The bed and hide-a-bed were very comfortable. During our trip we saw dolphins, whales, and a monk seal!

Ocean front balcony is wonderful! We loved the location so close to town, restaurants and shopping. The unit is nicely appointed with newer finishes and furnishings, very light and airy. It was very helpful to have the washer and dryer. The one thing that keeps us from rating this as 5 stars is the lack of cleanliness when we arrived. We arrived about 7:00 pm. The sheets and towels were clean but the room itself was not. The floors were dirty, spilled trash and dried banana peels under the sink, dirty dishes and kitchen linens had been put away in the cupboards, dried foods on the counters and floors and the bathroom floor and bathmat were very, very sticky and dirty. We contacted the owner and she said she would send her cleaning person over the next day. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded immediately and scheduled someone to come by the next day. We chose to do a lot of cleaning ourselves before the cleaner arrived because we were very uncomfortable in the environment. We spent a good amount of the first evening and the next morning cleaning, then the cleaner arrived in the afternoon and finished. This property was rated very high when we booked it so I hope our experience was an anomaly. If this property is clean you will absolutely love your stay here!

We have stayed in this complex many times, and this has been one of the cleanest and most comfortable units. It's all about the view and they have a great lanai setup. The bed is extremely comfortable! The shower doors were a little wonky, but everything else was great and in perfect condition. Our friends stayed in a different unit and the owners gave them a long list of things to do before departing. Not the case here, which we appreciated. Who wants to clean a condo on their last day in paradise? Highly recommend

Property was just as advertised. View from the Lanai was absolutely stunning. My wife didn’t want to leave. Short walk to the Kona waterfront. The unit was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

While the property is nice a couple of concerns -
There was not a working smoke detector in the condo even though the listing indicates there is. The smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling. I contacted the owner and she said the handyman removed it to replace the battery. Not a good situation as I rented the place assuming there would be a smoke detector in working order.
There is no air conditioner in the bedroom so it is pretty warm. While there was a floor fan it does not provide the circulation needed.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The view really can’t be beat! The condo had everything we needed. It was a short walk to lots of shopping and restaurants. Shannon, the owner, was very responsive and kind. Great experience overall. Thank you! 😊

The condo was very clean and organized with all the necessities including sunscreen. The only issue was the amount of light that comes through the bedroom window. An earlier reviewer commented on this also and suggested some sort of black-out blinds for the window and I wholeheartedly agree. The corridor light fixture and the red exit lamp fixture (just outside of the window) illuminates the entire bedroom. I used some towels and hung them off of the screens' frames of the window and that didn't even keep much of the light out.

This is a great property and the views are amazing. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciate the beach towels and chairs. The place is within walking distance of great Kona dining and shopping spots and that made it so we didn't have to drive much at all. We will definitely be back in the future.

This property was the perfect size and location for us. Could sit on the Lani and see the Whales, turtles on the rocks and the surfers. Next door to a nice beach, great pool and a short walk to town. Hope to be back next year.

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this was the cleanest condo ever. The location is great, walkable to many great restaurants, perfect view of sunsets on the Lanai. I also appreciated the higher quality of pots and pans even though we did not cook much. The bag of starter coffee and treats were a very nice surprise. We stayed in February and it seemed most of the residents/guests were over the age of 70. Only saw one family with a small child so pool was very quite and relaxing. My only complaint is the lack of window coverings in the bedroom and the lighted corridors outside made it a bit difficult to sleep as the room was very bright. We fashioned a solution out of black garbage bags and tape. We would definitely stay here again!

This rental is in a perfect location within walking distance to shops and restaurants! Our favorite spot was on the lanais watching surfers, dolphins, whales and sunsets. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for cooking or washing clothes. I would highly recommend this location for your next vacation!!

What a lovely oceanfront condo! Well equipped and located within a short walk of town and fun restaurants and activities. We absolutely loved this condo. The lanai is so nice for morning coffee and sea turtle watching and evening happy hour sunsets. It is a comfortable place with AC when needed yet ocean breezes as well. We walked to all our restaurants and parking is easy. The TV was great (didn’t use it much…because…lanai) with all the apps and streaming capability. The pull out couch is comfortable We’ll be back. Mahalo!!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It's even better in person than in the photos. Very clean & well equipped. And it is right on the ocean! We sat on the lanai every morning for coffee & night for a glass of wine. Location is absolutely PERFECT. You can literally walk to all the restaurants (and there are a ton of them) & cute shops. The pool area is awesome with plenty of seating, clean grills to cook up a good steak & perfect view of the ocean. The condo provides boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs & umbrella which we used almost every day. I can't say enough about how much we loved staying here and we plan to come back very soon and won't stay anywhere else other than this fabulous condo! Thank you Shannon for helping to make this one of our best vacations ever!
