We had a pleasant time. Nice view and close to downtown. The ocean was close as were restaurants.
We thought the mattress was overdue in replacing and a few glass wine glasses would have been nice. Manager should check the sliding glass doors to closet as I had to reattach one side.
It was nice to have access to snorkeling gear and a beach tent.

The staff was outstanding in accommodating our early arrival. The condo was very clean, well stocked and a great location to the pool. Only minor drawback is WiFi did not work in bedroom but it was nice having access to streaming services in the tv.

My wife and I stayed in Kona while we had some work done on our condo in Maui. We loved the unit, the complex, and its proximity to Kona restaurants and shops. We'll definitely stay in the same unit when we return to the Big Island.

The location is perfect - walking distance to restaurants & shopping. The only problem we had was the AC went out while we were there which was a bummer. We understand things happen sometimes, so we didn't let that ruin our trip. Place was clean and had everything we needed, even a few extras! We enjoyed the pool, spa and awesome view from the balcony.

Nice property in a good Kona location. Everything in the unit worked and it was nicely equipped. Beware of the VRBO fees as they almost double the price of the stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed this property. The ocean view from the deck is excellent. We were able to see spinner dolphins playing in the water.
The walk down Ali'i drive is easy and we were able to get to Kona Brewing and Umeke's in under 25 minutes on foot.
The interior was clean, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and the like, and the washer and dryer were in good shape.
A special thanks to the management for finding and retrieving my wife's necklace after we checked out!

This unit was perfect for a couple. The location was great because within walking distance and/or short drive most things. We really appreciated the view from the lanai and how all guests respected "qiet time". Except for a couple of glitches we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

This condo is located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Kailua-Kona but was still very quiet at night. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the view of the ocean from the patio. Very clean and spacious as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

The location of this rental was absolutely fabulous. Not only was it right on the coast and next to a public beach, it was walking distance to downtown. The unit was also super quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Oh and they have beach gear which is always a wonderful surprise.

Great place and location. We had a great stay and the condo checked all our boxes. Really enjoyed watching the ocean in the mornings from the couch. The entry door was a bit sticky, but we figured it out after a couple tries. No real complaints. We made use of the cooler and snorkel gear bag and beach chairs that were stored on the lanai! Lots of walks down to the shops and restaurants in Kona. It was also a relaxing ‘home base’ for our adventures all about the island. Very special time!

A perfectly located condo with all of the required amenities. I especially enjoyed watching the dolphins from the porch as I drank my morning coffee. Parking garage is safe. Nearby restaurants within walking distance. Multiple island tours will pick up from the front sign. I truly enjoyed my stay and cannot wait to rebook in the future!

Location was excellent and walking distance into town. Condo was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with the door lock which we notified the property manager about. Hopefully, it doesn’t cause anyone else any problems in the future.

Stay was very nice - ocean view on the lani, beautiful view of the waves/surf. The property was well maintained and clean (both the unit and the grounds/pool area). The beach next to the units (Honl's beach) could be challenging to get in and out of the water, it's quite rocky. Walking distance to town and most restuarants. would stay again. One dissapointment was that you need to provide your own toilet paper - they give you 1 roll to start...I have never experinced that before...

We liked the location close to Kona shops and restaurants. The walk to the far end of the activity on Ali’i Drive is nearly one mile, so we would most often drive a few minutes north to various convenient free parking spots and walk from there.
The AC units worked great, and it was awesome to have AC and ceiling fan in the bedroom. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Having an ice maker in the freezer was helpful. Condo parking was easy and close to our unit.
Angela was very helpful in responding when we reported the electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working on our first full day. Someone stopped in and dropped off an extension cord the same day, and we used this during the rest of our stay.
It was great that the condo was equipped with beach towels/chairs and beach towels. We enjoyed the TV options with cable and Netflix.
The condo was very quiet and peaceful.

The location was great....close to downtown Kona you could walk to it but far enough away from the street noise....at night all you could hear was the ocean waves. Property was great loved having the AC in the bedroom. The chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. The place looks as it is listed, save the outdoor lanai furniture has changed. Would definitely come back to this property and this unit!!!
