Ohana Nani (Beautiful Family) is a quiet oasis in the KaMilo community overlooking Mauna Lani North Course with views of the ocean and Maui in the distance. It is equipped with gorgeous custom executive office making it an excellent place for extended trips.

Ohana Nani at KaMilo is a large detached 2-level four bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished.
The Master Bedroom features a king bed with a walkout to the pool area, and a spa-like ensuite complete with a soaker tub. The second bedroom has two TwinXLs that can be combined as King with gel topper. The third downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and also a walkout to the pool area. The Fourth main floor bedroom has a Queen bed and adjacent bathroom.

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill.

The upstairs living room features a 65" TV.

One of the greatest features of this home is the sliding glass wall of windows that open and slide away to hide into wall pockets. The glass wall opens up to over 22 feet to a massive lanai that has a dining table with sectional couch and a table and chairs adds to the large living area while allowing your family and guests to soak in the ocean, mountain and golf views. The large high-end grill is perfect for bringing home the fresh catch of the day or veggies from one of the many farmers markets.

This home features a second living room downstairs that is perfect for the teens or kids to relax, play games, or listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or watch a movie. The room also features a sleeper sofa.

The private pool is a great place for families or couples by day and for the adults to enjoy a glass of wine at night under the stars in the crystal clear Hawaiian skies. What a way to conclude a day of beaches, exploring Hawaiian volcanoes and the many other activities.

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous location. Mauna Lani golf courses are spectacular. Nice to relax at pool after days activities. Beautiful porch to wake up to every morning. Furniture is getting worn and one of the chairs was full of sand but otherwise could not have been a nicer stay. Definitely go to Hapuna Beach a short ride away for some perfect boogie boarding! So fun!

Could be a really great place, probably better for a group with young children. The unit was a pretty good size but was showing signs of wear and tear in the the pool area and the furniture in the living room needs updating. Pictures online are technically accurate but you can't tell how worn/stained the leather recliners and sofas are from the pictures. Only one room was a true en-suite master bedroom with private bath . The other 2 rooms were on the small and had their bathrooms outside of the bedrooms, which is fine for families with small children but not convenient 2 or more mature couples traveling together. Cleaning was rushed and there were crumbs in drawers and floors could have been swept a bit better. Grill could also be cleaned better between tenants. Significantly more insect activity at this unit than other places we have rented in this same development over the years. We did have a wifi issue on the 3rd day we were there and the property managers helped to get it fixed right away. Management team was very quick to respond and assist with any questions and help we needed. While I would rent from this property management group again, I would not rent this house.

We truly enjoyed this beautiful house and neighborhood! We really loved the spacious kitchen and veranda space. The neighborhood pool and fitness center is gorgeous and so close to the house; perfect for relaxing afternoons with kids. Thank you!

Beautiful property with no serious drawbacks. Multiple bicycles and helmets, snorkel gear and other sports amenities in the garage. Multiple 4K televisions. We watched quite q bit of Olympic coverage at night. Generally clean although we had to clean the barbecue grates. Water jumps out of the toilet in the downstairs master suite and the toilet seat is cracked - looks like someone tried to glue it together instead of replacing it. The jacuzzi tops off at 96 degrees which is more like bath water. These were small issues because we really did enjoy the home.
