We stayed with four family couples and a 2 year old granddaughter. This is the best equipped, cleanest and well organized place we have ever stayed in. The Manager communication and assistance was exceptional. The property had absolutely everything you can imagine all in like new condition: highchair, crib, children’s utensils, baby monitor, every size of bike, helmet, locks, life jackets, masks, snorkels and fins, etc. etc. etc. kitchen supplies were amazing.

The house and the location is great. The private beach although a bit rocky is a great beach. Calm waters great for swimming and snorkeling. The clubhouse and swim pool are great as well.

Stayed here while visiting for a conference. The house matches the listing and was perfect for us! Great open spaces for lounging, cooking, and sleeping. The property is near multiple resorts, so there is easy access to most things by about a 5-10
Minute drive. We would absolutely stay again!

We couldn't have asked for a better property for my family of 5 adults and 3 grandchildren (11, 8, and 5). The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach toys. The kids were thrilled when a little black cat came by for visits. Being able to open up the doors to the lanai making it an extension of the family room was an unexpected bonus. We also appreciated the access to the Mauna Kea beach area and restaurant. I pre-ordered some breakfast items from the Foodland store nearby and they worked with management to deliver the items before our late arrival. That's a great service when you have hungry kids waking up early the next morning. The only challenge we had even with instructions was finding the turnoff to the community gate the first night as we arrived in the dark. Looking at the pictures of the property after our return made us want to get right back on a plane to visit again.

The house was gorgeous and very well furnished for both function and appearance. We were able to cook a fancy celebratory meal in the well equipped kitchen. It included a terrific collection of toys (beach, pool, bikes, etc) that were a great feature
I had 2 minor problems (grill lighting and bicycle locks) and the management was very helpful in resolving both quickly.
The pool is a short walk away and the toy equipment included a wagon that made hauling stuff easy.
The beach club is a drive, not a walk, away and if you have multiple vehicles you need to hand off the pass.
If we ever do it again, I would rent the same house. It was a great fit for our needs.

Everything was clean. Lots of towels. Plenty of cooking implements and kitchen supplies. Easy access to the exercise center. Nice big TV in the living room. We had a great time.
Everything inside the Villa is in good working order.
The only thing that could be better are the bicycles. The derailleurs are out of alignment and the crank shaft bearing on one seems damaged. I ride a bike everyday for exercise so I would have liked a bit better bicycle. I understand that the owners aren't going to want to provide the best for a rental, but a tune up is in order.

Lets get to the point. This house leaves you with little need or want for more out of a home. There was so much thought put into it. It is the kind of comfort luxury that allows you to enjoy your time with those you love.

This is an excellent property on the west side of the Big Island. It is extremely well furnished and supplied for any need of any age, infants and toddlers included! Bikes, pool toys, beach toys, high chair, pack n play, etc. The neighborhood does have very strict property rules about hanging towels, parking, etc. and they will call/text you if they notice anything. But it’s understandable and how the property is kept up so nice. The AC can’t go below 72 and is literally the only thing I didn’t like about the property (I’m a cold person sleeper who likes it a few degrees cooler than 72 at night), but that part is documented in the agreement. The location is close to the pool, walkable even with toddlers, and only about a 5 minute drive to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The beach club was a beautiful spot and great for snorkeling! The house is also very close to the local grocery store which came in handy. Our family really enjoyed our Big Island vacation and would definitely recommend this house for a large family!

What a fantastic rental. Spent four Wonderful nights in this amazing property. Every single detail was taken care of in a 21st-century type of efficiency.
it was clean it was well stocked it was absolutely beautiful. Four bedrooms can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people the kitchen and all the utensils could easily accommodate meals of 10+ people.
The location is just perfect with the breeze from Kona blowing from the front door out the back anytime you wanted .
the amenities of the property: the pool the pool center the beach just absolutely fantastic..
we loved every second of it and we’re coming back in about two more months ..

Beautiful home with tasteful furnishings and decor. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and beach gear you may possibly think of while on the island, which made our stay so easy as we didn’t have to run to the store for every little thing. We’ve stayed in many homes and this one is superior. The host was easy to communicate with. Location is close to food shopping, trails, and beaches. Would love to stay here again in a heartbeat, thank you!
