We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It met all of needs for our family trip. We had a nicely equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchen essentials for cooking together. 8 beach chairs were perfect along with boogie boards and umbrellas. Pool and spa were easy to operate too. Management was very quick to address any concerns we had upon arrival and throughout our stay. We would stay here again.

We were a family with 2 grandparents, two couples and two grandchildren. This house was perfect for us. It was spacious and airy and was incredibly well equipped with everything that we needed, including all kitchen equipment and a huge range of beach equipment. There were even lots of spices, condiments etc. in the cupboard. The rental company kept in touch all the time and answered all our questions immediately. We are very happy indeed that we chose this spectacular house.

Krish was absolutely fantastic and communicated as needed, and on a very timely basis. Home was immaculate with everything that we could need. We had 10 people in our family staying there. The layout was perfect for gathering together and also for having separate time. The items provided in the kitchen allowed us to cook some meals, and we even made good use of the grill. Absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful home in a beautiful location. The golf cart was also very handy for going to the beach and nearby areas.

Wow! This place is a gem! The location is great, in a beautiful lush, quiet neighborhood - even walking the trash to the drop off site was awesome since you were seeing billions of stars and the Milky Way! There was ample space for everyone. The place was clean and had everything we needed from extra towels and many beach towels to pots and pans in the well appointed kitchen. The owner/property manager was super responsive and eash to reach via text - even after the trip when I realized I left my wallet when I was already back in NC. Super nice, super comfy, I honestly couldn't ask for a better place to stay! :)

Everything about the house was amazing. The community pool was a huge disappointment. It started out crystal clear, but as the week went on it got greener and greener. You could see the film on top of the green water from sunscreen, lotion, hair products. Every time we swam, there were clumps of hair. We love pools on vacation and this is a big deterrent.

Second time staying at this location and have been thoroughly impressed both times. Beautiful home in a quiet relaxing neighborhood. Golf cart is a wonderful touch as as my wife stayed at the house most off the time while my friend and his son were out on adventures. Gave her the ability to experience the resort while we had the rental car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This retreat has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. It was so wonderful to have so many amenities …. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, board games, books, blue tooth speaker, and incredible smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash! We walked out of the shower smelling like a fruit salad and we absolutely loved it!! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils and it even had a salad spinner!! (Might consider a garlic press, but certainly not a necessity). We appreciated the fact that there was enough dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towel to use our entire 14 days. Who wants to have to spend time buying those items while on vacation?? We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai in the mornings in a peaceful and serene space. All you could hear were the birds chirping. A nice place to relax and forget all of the stresses of everyday life. There are a few things that could use some attention (and this is by no means a complaint, just a suggestion). The dryer takes forever to dry the beach towels and there is no drying rack to hang things on. Also the second bedroom, with the king size bed, doesn’t have the same air conditioning circulation as the rest of the home and the ceiling fan doesn’t have a high speed. Again, this is not a complaint but just something you may want to address. Thank you for providing us with such a great place to vacation with family!!

The 10/10 reviews don't lie. This was a beautiful exquisite home that was perfectly located for our purposes, and well-stocked with amenities. We loved this place! It was close to the gated entrance, across the street from the community pool, very close to the trash/recycling, close to the Fairmont Orchid where I had a meeting and close to the black sand beach, Hapuna beach and close to the grocery store. The garage was stocked with snorkeling equipment, water socks, boogie boards, surf boards and bikes enough for at least 4 folks with sizing for adults and kids, and lots of toys for kids. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn't completely clean the dishes, and the response time to address this was very quick. The dishwasher would clean the upper racks intermittently, and despite the attention received from property management, I think it might need an appliance technician to really look at it. Otherwise, talking with property management was very easy and they were incredibly responsive. This place was so beautiful and wonderful! Our family really had a memorable time. Thank you!

This house was a great homebase for our family of 3 for a visit to the Big Island. The house is large enough to accommodate more people, easily could handle a family with three kids. Everything was nice: fans in every room; three bedrooms; two-and-a-half baths. Kitchen is nice and opens into the living room which opens onto a large, comfortable lanai with a gas grill. Location is great. Half-mile from the local grocery store and a two-mile drive to the Waikoloa markets (Queen's and King's). Access to the beach club is the real prize: beautiful beach with no waves, clear water, great for swimming and relaxing. Other cool aspect was the digital guide the owners sent us in advance, which could be accessed as an app on our phones and had all relevant info about the house and area. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient to pool and beach which was great. The rooms were spacious and bedding and towels were good. The gas grill is a little dated but did work just didn’t get too hot.. The washer and dryer auto sensing did not work but we were able to work around it.Loved the aquatic tubes, masks, snorkels in garage which was pleasant surprise!

Our villa was PERFECT, 10/10. It literally has everything you need for a family vacation. In the garage has life vest, beach chairs, etc and the home has utensils, plates, rice cooker, etc. we rented a golf cart to get around the neighborhood and there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Heidi and her husband helped us with a tv issue we were experiencing and seemed so down to earth. My family was celebrating my moms retirement and we can’t wait to return back to this specific villa again. Mahalo for everything!

It was a great location on the Kona side of the island close to beaches and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for sure! The company was great to us with answering our questions and helping us last minute when the original unit we rented sold and was no longer available for us, they fixed us up and didn’t leave us panicking trying to find somewhere to stay. We stayed at Ka Milo 119 for 10 days with our family. The home was well equipped for a family and was great as well for our toddler grandchild. It was very clean, with plenty of bedding and towels not just for the bathrooms but for pool/beach as well. The garage had bikes, paddleboards, beach chairs/umbrellas, snorkel gear and sand toys and much more. The kitchen was stocked with seasoning and all the necessary cookware for family meals. Even though this is a duplex, the sound is so quiet. No noise from the neighbors at all. Check in/out was a breeze. Only a few minor improvement suggestions...the back lanai is big and comfortable but but the west sun in evenings makes it very hot. A shade would be fantastic to better enjoy the evenings. The baby gate was not latchable and needs to be replaced. More cleaning supplies like glass cleaner, lysol multipurpose and a few dish rags would help for clean up. The short driveway is a tad inconvenient but the rental Jeep Compass we had fit fine and also allowed for our larger Jeep Cherokee to be parked in the garage with the golfcart. We would definitely stay here again! Krish was so responsive and helpful. 5 stars for sure!!! :)

I’ve done a lot of vacation rentals around the world and this is top quality. The photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful doors opening to the back patio. Great open layout for a family with 3 kids. Easy communication and check-in. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, though we didn’t cook much. The central air worked well when needed. It was easy to park in front of the garage, with access to snorkeling gear, chairs, sand toys, etc. We enjoyed the pool. The beach access with parking and dining/ drinks right there at Napua are the best amenity. The beach is a beautiful, calm, white sand beach with protected snorkeling. It’s a short walk from the Fairmont for dining. There’s a great grocery store and area with restaurants close by too. The community is quiet and calm. It was a very relaxing stay and we can’t wait to go back.

Endless Summer Villa was perfect for our vacation. We had one group interested in diving and snorkeling and one group interested in the beach and pool. At this location, it is easy to get to any of these activities. The layout of the kitchen and dining table provided a good place for us to enjoy breakfast before leaving for our adventures. The outside patio was perfect for relaxing and/or enjoying a family dinner. Everyone enjoyed having a pool at the house. The 11-year-old boy had his gaming area for down time. The family room had seating all of us to watch a movie. The gym is a nice bonus. The property is well maintained and everything worked in the home. Management was very helpful and responded very quickly to the few questions I had. Foodland, the local grocery store, is nearby and well stocked. The owners and crew did everything right to make it a nice vacation.

We had a great stay at both the Daydream Villa and Serenity Villa at Kamilo. there were 21 of us so it took both properties which were just across the street from one another.Both homes were beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great for grabbing, coffee, groceries and easy access to the nearby beaches. Communication with property managers was easy-any questions were answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Just the right amount of space for this family of 4; in fact some extra space with the 2 living rooms. We loved how there was the spaces for family togetherness; but also the spaces for individual time. (Appreciated by both teens and both parents). Also loved having the capability to make meals if we wanted to. Both with regards to appliances as well as the cookware available to us. Overall - it was a gem. This property was gorgeous! The house, the grounds, the neighborhood setting, was just perfect for our three families. It's a two minute walk from the house to the neighborhood pool and hot tub (which were beautiful) and was a wonderful way to end our beach or volcano days. This house is conveniently located to several beautiful beaches. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. Every pot, pan, appliance, you could possibly need is provided. Beach gear, towels, snorkels, boogie boards and two bikes are all provided. I would highly recommend this house on this beautiful island. I always expect to have some little glitch that has to be dealt with when we rent vacation homes but this house had none! It was perfect. Thank you so much Heidi and Miguel for providing such a wonderful place to stay on the Big Island!
