Our stay was very nice. House was great for our family with 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked, the lanai was used a lot, plenty of bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and surf boards(we didn’t use). Common pool, hot tub and gym were great. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Very close to ocean, restaurants and grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great home to stay with our kids and their families. 6 adults and 3 grands 5 and under. Location, floor plan, and amenities were perfect. Great location, walking distance to the grocery and to the Fairmont hotel. This condo is also located next to the pool and gym. You’ll need a car to get to the beach and other activities which is common in this area. But the Mani Lani beach access included is great.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our recent 2-week stay at Paradise. The location is quiet, close to the pool/gym, easy walking around the neighborhoods, slow driving cars. It was comfortable both outside and inside for my wife & I, our children, and our parents. Great layout inside the condo. Quite spacious honestly for a Hawaiian property. We had a few small requests during our time, such as miscellaneous kitchen items, a door handle fix, some extra towels, a new bike tire tube. After an easy text to the Paradise team, each item was addressed very quickly...often within a couple hours or by the next morning. We found the knives dull on arrival and a new sharp set was brought over within hours. The service was great. I also appreciated how they asked each time if they should enter if we're not there, or to wait until we were there. Very courteous. We had just a bit of trouble getting into the gated community when we arrived around midnight the first night. The turnoff for the community is not lit up or well signed. Just make sure you have a good navigator directing you if it's your first time, especially in the dark.I definitely recommend this property. We will stay here again!

The Kamilo 349 house was absolutely lovely - so serene, tastefully decorated, and really comfortable - everything was just as advertised. The pool was sparkling clean and nicely warmed to our desired temp. The gorgeous kitchen was well-stocked with basic provisions, so we didn't have to run out to get salt, olive oil, coffee filters. It was great to have pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, laundry, and a golf cart for quick runs here and there. A good market is very nearby, and there is a nice common area with 2 pools and a gym within a beautiful little park very close to the house. The management team was responsive and helpful. The Canoe House at the Fairmont was wonderful, and the Mauna Lani Beach Club is close by and a perfect beach for alfresco lunch/drinks, swimming and snorkeling. We'll definitely be back!

The parking and endless texts regarding how and where to park given we did not have adequate space to park our vehicles. Our refrigerator did not have a working freezer and we ended up with a refrigerator in the garage. I feel the listing did n was not truthful regarding the accommodations. I would not recommend it to my family or friends.

We had a very nice stay at this home. It was well equipped for our large family with plenty of sleeping spaces. We enjoyed the close proximity to the Fairmont where we were attending a conference. The neighborhood is nice with friendly people and a relaxed vibe. Young kids seemed to be welcomed, including at the very nice pool area. Houses really are quite close together, which was a little surprise, but the lush vegetation helped create somewhat more of a private feel. The access to the gated beach was a plus. Although a couple miles away, it was a nice change of scenery. The beach accessories provided in the garage were more than adequate and appreciated.While perfectly adequate for our stay, the house did have some signs of use. This wasn't unexpected and didn't affect our enjoyment there. There were some carpet stains and some of the furniture, both inside and outside, definitely showed heavy wear. All in all, not a deal breaker and wouldn't affect out decision to stay here again.

Spent 7 days with friends. The house is lovely. It’s big, it’s comfortable and has a lot of great amenities. The lanai overlooks a beautiful garden area perfect for morning coffee and watching the birds. We opted to rent the golf cart and drove it to Tommy Bahamas, the beach and the grocery store. We also used the beach cruisers to go watch the sunset. The pool and gym area are beautiful and clean as well. My only critique, is that in one bedroom there are two beds that are too small for adults. My friends weren’t the most comfortable there. Other than that, everything was amazing. We had great communication with the owner and he made sure we knew we could contact him with any concerns. I will definitely return with my family at some point.

The Kamilo House was the perfect accommodation for our family that visited the Big Island. It’s located in a gated community that was so quiet that it felt like we were the only ones there! The property itself was spacious and clean and included everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, and more! Location is great but this property is obviously up for sale as the amenities are very tired. House is well worn along with the bedding,cushions, beach chairs ,bikes,kitchen itensils. Enjoyed the location! My wife felt it was well equipped with just about everything our family and friends needed, from beach towels, chairs, boogie boards to kitchen utensils and appliances. House was pretty much bug free, which was a huge concern for my wife and daughter in law. Although my son came face to face with a centipede that found its way up through the bathroom drain. Not much you can do about that! We would definitely look at staying here again.

My family of 7 had a wonderful experience for our Big Island vacation. The town house was is an ideal location with easy access to a variety of beaches, shops, grocery stores, and more. We stayed at this rental for almost 3 weeks and loved the location. The layout of the house was perfect for our large group and was spacious enough that we felt we all had personal space.There were plenty of towels and bedding and the house was well equipped. The only complaints were that the house could use a little TLC with the walls being painted and the carpet and furniture cleaned. Also, the patio furniture could have been more comfortable and was minimal. Knives in the kitchen could be upgraded as well as they were very dull.The pool and the fitness facilities were top notch and we loved the area. Great place for a large group.

This was hands down our favorite property on any of the islands we stayed on. We had 2 grandparents and they were able to easily access the first floor bedroom. We had an 18 month and a 4 year old with their own room. They also had a baby gate and pack n play available. 3 other adults with ample space for everyone. Lots of kitchen essentials, the grill worked perfectly and the house was stunning. They had a ton of beach gear and toys and the golf cart to putter around on was fun for everyone. This home was perfect for our three generation family. It was the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced. You could prepare and cook a large family thanksgiving or celebratory dinner. Every tool I needed it had. It even had a salad spinner so the owners definitely use it themselves.Sports equipment for all ages in garage, bikes, boards, helmets, life vests, cooler, etc etc.

Our home was well appointed and set up wonderfully for our family. We had four adults and four children, with age ranges from 3 to 12..The master upstairs, the main floor was separate from the downstairs other three bedrooms, which was perfect for us grandparents!!!The pool and clubhouse were wonderful, and the private beach was super safe for the little ones!The property management was super helpful, very engaged, and provided wonderful customer service:)I will definitely be a repeat customer when we are ready to travel again with family!

The home had all the essentials you would need, including shampoo/conditioner, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The neighborhood pools/hot tubs were so nice, a great way to end a day at the beach. The best sandy beaches on the island are only five to ten minute drives away. The neighborhood had plenty of beautiful walking trails fit for those with little ones. The property manager was very accommodating of us and our not so ideal travel schedule. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a large family gathering. We had a group of 10 adults, and there were beds for everyone as well as plenty of space for people to spread out. The pool complex was really nice and just a few minutes walk away. The private beach is beautiful but it is a bit difficult to get a large group there as there is only one pass for the parking lot.

Great house with a lot of room! Clean and well supplied. Once we got the complex figured out,it was easy to get around.Enjoyed the bikes but cannot take them to the beach. There is no where to leave them. We didn’t like the fact we couldn’t turn the thermostat down below 72. This was adequate for the bottom half of house but not on top.

Everything was wonderful. The only problem was the barbecue grill was not working properly. When we close the lid, it made a loud explosion. So we weren’t able to use it after the very first night. I reported it to maintenance on the last day.
