Generally nice place but a few things not working and assuming they have been told. Big leak in second bedroom bathtub. Noisey at night. Master bedroom tv does not work. No soap in bathrooms other than hand soap. No cooking essentials or coffee for the first day. Be prepared for just basics and hopefully they fix the things we notified them about

We loved the location and access to the Hilton pool and private beach. Home was well stocked. Dishwasher filter needs to be changed & the dining room table could use an adjustment. The sofas could also use a deep clean. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend for a stay!

We have stayed in this community before so knew the area and what the condos looked like. Kitchen well stocked, great lap pool, pool and fitness area. Super quite. Only thing is one of the bikes needed a little repair otherwise a great stay.

Property as advertised in photos. Well stocked kitchen. About a 5min walk to the pool. It’s a nice area but definitely need a car. Pros: pool, beach pass and layout. Cons: property is professionally managed. Although staff were available, they knew very little about the actual unit. Basic info that would’ve been helpful: cleaning/laundry available, spices/condiments, beach gear, etc. even the parking info was vague. The owner’s car was parked in the garage but it was ok because we were able to park in the spaces most of our trip. However, the last two days all spots were taken and it was unclear where we were allowed to park. Also helpful tips about area restaurants or tours would’ve been nice too.

I loved the location. The pools where great, we stayed near the quite pool and had a wonderful time when the Kona storm was not raining. The condo was large and the master bath and walk in shower were very large. Our friends had to cancel their trip so it was only the wife and I. This condo is very close to pool area so it only took us maybe one or two minutes to walk to pool and the work out area. I would stay again. I think the only thing I wished for was a few more beach towels. Other than that we were very happy. Oh we loved the BBQ on the porch and all the spices in the pantry. Great job.

One of our favorite places to stay ever!!! This house was beyond lovely! The host has thought of everything-even all the spices and things you need for cooking at home. We didn't want to leave. The beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, and views of the mountain were AMAZING! It was peaceful and serene. There was plenty of room to spread out and the lanai was fabulous. Enjoyed watching the birds every morning. Super clean. Communication was superb. Can't think of anything that would have made our stay any better. If I could give Alohae, Heidi, and Larry an 11, I would! Mahalo!

Beautiful, well-built townhouse that is clean & comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better variety of kitchen serving dishes. The property manager was very responsive to messages. It's a beautiful resort, nearby grocery store and good beaches not too far away. My only negative was the townhouse is near a road which I wasn't aware of. Very quiet in the unit, but you do get some morning and evening traffic noise. I wasn't expecting this & wanted a very quiet location, but for most people it wouldn't be an issue & overall wasn't for us. Have stayed at the resort before & would again.

Ralph and Priscilla were excellent hosts! The communication was excellent. The property is exactly as shown. We’ve stayed In Kulalani before so are familiar with all of the amenities. It’s great to have access to the beach club especially if you’re traveling with small children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Unfortunately the condo next door was having new hardwood floors installed during our stay - making noise/parking a challenge around the contractors.

Simply put- WOW! The home was stunning, clean and well maintained. We travel a lot and this was easily the most stocked home we've stayed at. With 3 kids under 7 the additional amenities just as kids plates & silverwere, a potty seat, night lights in the bedrooms were very appreciated. We never used the bikes but they were in good condition and had provided helmets. The local pool was next door and very peaceful, my husband used the gym and said it was clean. We took the day passes to the Hilton and that was a full day trip in itself! I never would have paid for a day pass on my own with a family of 5 so having them included was amazing. The beach down the road had a beautiful view, lounge chairs, soft sand and great snorkeling. There is some sharper lava rocks IN the water so water shoes would be recommended, me & the kids were fine but my husband cut his toe on one of them (good thing theres a first aid kit in the home!) dishwasher, laundry & fridge are all new and worked well. we never had to use the AC, with the sliding patio door open the breeze was enough. if we come back ton big island we well be staying at this property again for sure. ZERO issues.

Lovely unit! Spacious, super clean, and quiet! The kitchen was beyond our expectations. Lots of dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. There was even a meat thermometer. The outdoor grill is high quality and worked well. The electric igniter did not work, but there was a butane lighter in the unit that worked fine to light the gas grill. If we return to the big island, we will contact LUVA to book our stay.Mahalo!!

Great unit. Fun to sip morning coffee and afternoon wine from the lanais. Unit had all kinds of beach gear. Beds were comfortable. The nearby pool for the complex was great - family pool, adult pool and fitness center. The complex is very private and close to world class beaches.

Mauna Lani is a quiet neighborhood close to lovely pools, beaches, and walking paths. We enjoyed coffee and the sunrise over Mauna Kea each morning from the lanai. The condo was clean and well equipped for cooking, relaxing, and beach outings. Heidi and Vince had everything there for us. We also met very friendly neighbors and visiting guests.

Chairs, noodles, beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear and much more it really has everything you could need. It was clean and ready for us. The parking pass for the beach is great. We had some issues with the air con not working throughout our stay that required frequent fixing. Despite this, was a wonderful stay and we would love to return again soon!!!
