We absolutely loved SeaShell Villa. It was well kept, clean, convenient for all of our day trips, accommodated our family of six perfectly, etc. The house was equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, ice chest, snorkeling, equipment, etc. The community was beautifully kept. One of the biggest selling points for us was access to the Hilton Waikoloa and the Mauna Lani Beach club. We spent roughly 4 days at these sites and thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife especially liked the beach club, where we relaxed and enjoyed some of the best drinks of our trip.I am giving this stay a five star review. I would highly recommend SeaShell Villa to anyone who wants to stay in the Waikoloa area. I do have a suggestion for the management company. To begin, they were very responsive to inquiries, and the communication was excellent. I do think there should have been some transparency and disclosure with regard to the construction site next-door to the property. This impacted the view from the lanai and from the bedroom windows upstairs. On some of our other travels, we were advised upfront and were given the option of canceling or having our price reduced for the inconvenience. I think that some disclosure should be made on the listing to account for the construction site. But just to be clear, this did not impact our review or our stay and I am still giving the house of five star review.Seashell Villa was a great choice for us and I would highly recommend it .

The place was very clean and well maintained, except for the air conditioning. I was warned just before check-in that it wasn’t working properly but would be fixed. It took two visits from the service man to get it partially working, and I had to keep switching the breaker off and on every so often, but at least it worked. The first night it wouldn’t turn on at all, making for a miserable sleep! Other than that, everything was perfect. I hope they get the problem fixed because I’d love to stay there again. I was hoping for a discount due to the lack of air conditioning, but I doubt that will happen.

This home was absolute perfection! The homey vibes, beautiful decor, cozy rooms all made it such a comfortable stay! Our absolute shocker to see was all the fun things they had available to use in the garage! Boogie boards, snorkel kits, floaties, scooters, chairs, sun tents! We felt absolutely spoiled for our beach/pool days!! The outdoor patio with the grill made for some awesome dinner nights, comfortable and romantic evenings once the kids went to bed for the night. Dark enough in the night to lay out and watch the stars in the backyard! The guest booklet was informational and had clear expectations for check out. Another one of our favorite features in the house was the speakers throughout that played beautiful tunes and TRULY set the mood! We would absolutely stay in this home again!

There were a lot of thoughtful amenities, but the dishwasher did not work and needs replaced, washing machine smelled of mildew, cockroaches dead everywhere outside and some inside, bathtub master bath full of sand and black particulate matter, soap scum all over the shower, floor was not mopped as my kids feet were black from walking barefoot inside the house. I would stay here again if the dishwasher was replaced, and a good deep clean.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean condo in a gated community. Kitchen has everything including a rice cooker and steamer for steaming lau lau and manapua we bought at the grocery store. Within walking distance of Petroglyph Park and the beach trail which takes you to the historic fish ponds on one end and to Puoka Bay on the other. Complementary access to the beach club is a bonus. You can snorkel right off the beach. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Generally nice place but a few things not working and assuming they have been told. Big leak in second bedroom bathtub. Noisey at night. Master bedroom tv does not work. We have stayed in this community before so knew the area and what the condos looked like. Kitchen well stocked, great lap pool, pool and fitness area. Super quite. Only thing is one of the bikes needed a little repair otherwise a great stay.

Property as advertised in photos. Well stocked kitchen. About a 5min walk to the pool. It’s a nice area but definitely need a car. Pros: pool, beach pass and layout. Cons: property is professionally managed. Although staff were available, they knew very little about the actual unit. Basic info that would’ve been helpful: cleaning/laundry available, spices/condiments, beach gear, etc. even the parking info was vague. The owner’s car was parked in the garage but it was ok because we were able to park in the spaces most of our trip. However, the last two days all spots were taken and it was unclear where we were allowed to park. Also helpful tips about area restaurants or tours would’ve been nice too.

I loved the location. The pools where great, we stayed near the quite pool and had a wonderful time when the Kona storm was not raining. The condo was large and the master bath and walk in shower were very large. Our friends had to cancel their trip so it was only the wife and I. This condo is very close to pool area so it only took us maybe one or two minutes to walk to pool and the work out area. I would stay again. I think the only thing I wished for was a few more beach towels. Other than that we were very happy. Oh we loved the BBQ on the porch and all the spices in the pantry. Great job.

One of our favorite places to stay ever!!! This house was beyond lovely! The host has thought of everything-even all the spices and things you need for cooking at home. We didn't want to leave. The beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, and views of the mountain were AMAZING! It was peaceful and serene. There was plenty of room to spread out and the lanai was fabulous. Enjoyed watching the birds every morning. Super clean. Communication was superb. Can't think of anything that would have made our stay any better. Beautiful, well-built townhouse that is clean & comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better variety of kitchen serving dishes. The property manager was very responsive to messages. It's a beautiful resort, nearby grocery store and good beaches not too far away. My only negative was the townhouse is near a road which I wasn't aware of. Very quiet in the unit, but you do get some morning and evening traffic noise. I wasn't expecting this & wanted a very quiet location, but for most people it wouldn't be an issue & overall wasn't for us. Have stayed at the resort before & would again.
