We had a great stay at this house. I was so impressed with how well stocked it was with supplies - everything from sunscreen to shampoo, coffee and spices - it was really like being in a home - not a rental. There were plenty of beach things including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, kids stuff, snorkeling gear and large ice packs in the freezer ready to go. The house was large and comfortable and homey. There were games, books, puzzles - and cable tv! The property is great with fantastic amenities including a pool, gym (which we used a couple of times), and access to one of the best beaches on the island. This house had everything we needed for our trip - a big thank you to Caroline!

Excellent location and great communication with host. Upon arrival, the bike tires were flat and the host had someone out right away to have them fixed. This place was perfect and I LOVE that we can bike everywhere and LOVE the private beach.

We loved the location of this unit in the Faiways. It was so peaceful. The master lanai had a beautiful view with a slight peek of the ocean. The sunset was amazing from the lanai. We saw many types of birds.

The home is lovely, clean, convenient, quiet with comfortable beds and more than spacious enough for 3 adults. The grounds are well cared for. The pool in January was refreshing but not cold (not overheated). Support staff were polite and efficient when we contacted them about the BBQ not working. They arranged for it to be fixed within a few hours.

Amazing vacation rental! The place was huge and had everything we needed for cooking (laundry soap was a nice touch too!) as well as chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, mask/snorkels etc. The location was great for beach and Auberge/Fairmont/Mauna Lani golf access. We will be back! Very fast response from both the owner and property manager.

If we won the lotto this is the condo we'd purchase...just love it! Huge...great ground-floor master suite for the adults, 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. Set on the outside ring of the beautiful Fairways community, so quiet with a view of the golf course and the Kohala mountains. Extraordinarily well-equipped with all the appliances one could need, and utensils, cooking tools, plates/glasses (both plastic and stoneware), great TVs, comfortable couch...the list goes on and on. And all the toys for beach play, too! The Owners are informative and VERY responsive to questions...really great folks. Highly recommended from an adult couple on their way to their 11th visit to Mauna Lani! Enjoy! M.

Things seemed to be pretty good. Cleaning of the unit might need to be upscaled ex: mold on drains in sinks, some dishes (cups) could be replaced. Could use more plastic wear to take to pool area for instance glasses, serving platter, bowl. Overall it was pretty good.

This home was perfect for our stay. We had access to the Mauna Lani beach club and it was an easy trip to several other great beaches in the area. We really appreciated all of the gear that was available to us including snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler. We had everything we needed for a great time everywhere we went.

Beautiful home in a very quiet and private part of the complex. Perfect for us over the Christmas holidays. Jessi was very responsive anytime we had a question. Arlene and Jay were incredible from the moment we arrived. They checked in daily, sent restaurant recommendations, directed us to medical care when we had a minor injury and ever dropped off a bottle of bubbly to ease the recovery! Spacious, well designed, stylish decor, amazing kitchen! This townhouse had one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental house. High quality cookware and equipment made it easy to enjoy cooking fresh fish and vegetables this island provides. No need to eat out really! We were a party of 2 with 20-something son and we each had “suites” - very private layout. Outdoor lanai off master bedroom was so nice to enjoy coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. Comfortable if a little dark living area, but very cozy, HUGE library of books to enjoy. We enjoyed the 4 cruiser bikes (there were 6 I believe) to bike to market which is so close! Owner's Beach was a bit far away to bike but we actually visited the Fairmont Orchid Beach the most. Just a quick bike around the corner. We didn’t visit the pool but saw it and it is very nice. Don’t miss the black sand beach! Hilary and Kathy were prompt , thoughtful communicators and Lisette was super helpful on site. We will definitely book again when we come back to the Big Island!!

We loved this place! We have stayed at the Fairways before as we really like the location in the Mauna Lani development. It includes access to the beach club, a nice (though unheated) pool and hot tub and a small gym. It's near the Fairmont and the shops at Mauna Lani, including a Foodland.The home itself is quite nice and the pictures accurately describe it. It is bright and airy with a nice outdoor BBQ area. The upstairs bedroom is very large with a huge bathroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with tons of silverware, plates, utensils, as well as saran wrap, basic spices, etc. Beds are comfortable with extra blankets available, plenty of towels, etc. A/C is strong.The host was extremely responsive. For example, the blender in the unit was broken and he got us a new one in just a few hours. We look forward to returning!

Another fantastic stay at this tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished townhome in the Mauna Lani Fairways. It is well stocked with everything you need to take full advantage of the kitchen (spices, utensils, pots, pans, etc.) and cook a wonderful meal at home. The townhome is in an excellent location in the ML Fairways with great views and privacy. Communication with the owners was easy. There are plenty of high-quality beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas, not to mention all kinds of toys for kids for a fun day at the beach. We will definitely stay here in the future when we are in the Mauna Lani area. Highly recommend this townhome.

It was very roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. The AC worked great. The had a nice view of the golf course too! We would love to stay there again.

Second time we’ve stayed at this property. Comfortable; well equipped kitchen, some food supplies and spices in cupboards, great grill. Beds are good, rooms are private. Condo is very quiet. Located close to pool and private beach. Lots of beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, and close to a nice grocery store. Owner responds quickly to questions. Would love to go back again.
