If you come at night, be ready with a flashlight, the building numbers and walkways are hard to see. Highly recommend going to Holoholokai Beach down the street for sunset and tide pools!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could ever need. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great for sleeping. The view from the primary bedroom of the mountains was lovely to see both day and night. The garage was stocked with beach items that were in excellent condition. The umbrella worked properly and the kids enjoyed the snorkel gear. We would definitely stay here again! The host was incredibly responsive and very easy to reach.

Everything was great. Loved this condo with plenty of room for the family and the location was steps away from the main pool. Lots of beach gear to use in the garage. Very clean and loved the large size primary bedroom. Communicate with Ron was quick and easy. Could not ask for a better condo to stay on the Big Island. This is a nice condo in a nice development. The pool rules are STRICT… I got kicked out of the hot tub for going in 15 minutes before it officially opened… was just sitting quietly when i was asked to leave… seemed a bit ridiculous. The water temperature in the sinks and showers never got too hot or cold… we wished it would have been more adjustable. Parking was easy right next to the front door. The beach access at the Mauna Lani beach club was nice but it was so crowded we were never able to get lounges. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella supplied in the condo to bring to the beach. We could have used a few more beach and shower towels so we wouldn’t have had to do so much laundry.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was in such a quiet space even though the pool was in view of the lanai. There were 5 adults in our party and we all had plenty of space. The lanai adds a lovely gathering place or just a quiet place to relax. All of the extras were as shown. Lots of beach chairs, lots of beach towels, and anything you might need for a day on the beach (there's even extra sunscreen above the dryer). The Beach Club beach was great - good snorkeling for the adults and older kids and a great protected beach for kids! Super close to Foodland grocery and Snorkel Bobs. A short drive to Queens and Kings Marketplaces (10 minutes) We will never forget the time we spent there. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The layout was perfect for our family, with a bedroom for each of our kids and a great upstairs space where they could hang out. The large sectional in the living room was incredibly comfortable and became our favorite spot to relax and watch shows together after a day of exploring.The kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve stayed in—it had every tool, utensil, and pan we could possibly need, making it easy to cook meals at home. The location was also very convenient, just minutes from the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping in Mauna Lani. The community pool was a nice bonus and well maintained.We also appreciated the thoughtful little touches that made the home feel more comfortable and well stocked.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Wonderful 9 day stay to celebrate 50 th wedding anniversary with 7 ( 6 adults one child) family members . Thank you to Carolyn for sharing her beautiful home. The unit was well equipped with everything needed to immediately kick off your stay . Very close proximity to grocery store. The pool is so near to the unit that you almost felt it was in your back yard .It was a welcome relaxing setting after experiencing beach and daytime adventures . The Mauna Lani Beach Club access was so enjoyable and snorkeling was fantastic. The master bath shower control handle broke one morning but Daisy( property manager) quickly responded with repairs.The air conditioner worked well when you were diligent about making sure to tightly close the lanai door to trigger the sensor. However the temp would reset automatically to 80 degrees at early AM (around 2 am). Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms and living spaces. Enjoyed visits from the birds and wild turkeys and geckos daily and the grounds were beautiful . Thank you Carolyn for sharing your home.

The house was perfect for our stay with two teens. The garage was equipped with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc. which was great to have on beach days. The kitchen was great to cook simple meals and the house was well maintained. The only complaint my husband had was there were no curtains in the master bedroom- with the letlag, we were up with the sun regardless! thanks for a great stay!

This is a really nice place. The community is a bit hyper with the rules, but the rental was very clean, well supplied and very well decorated. It was great to have the beach chairs, though the 4th one could use replacing and the umbrella and coolers were great. We ended up buying a wagon at Costco to use to get all our junk to and from the beaches. There have been wagons at other rentals we used and getting one is one suggestion I would make as a really nice amenity to have. I loved the layout and the furniture and the whole vibe of the place and appreciated the welcome package. We've been to the BI 4 times now and this rental is definitely my favorite over all and I would definitely return! The communication was great from the company and I would highly recommend if you're thinking to rent from them.:)

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay at this spacious and clean condo. The gated community has beautiful grounds and a stunning pool and hot tub area. There is a small but well stocked grocery store and a delightful juice/smoothie/sandwich shop plus a coffee shop/cafe nearby at the Mauna Lani shops, less than a 3 minute drive down the street. The property is about 45 minutes to downtown Kona activities so it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle to really feel secluded and private. The condo is well furnished both inside and outside and the kitchen is the most well stocked we have seen at a rental property. The owners even supply a bag of coffee and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. The beds were all super comfy and we enjoyed having both ceiling fans and AC upstairs. The condo is also well stocked with laundry supplies and beach equipment which made daily beach trips (and clean up) really easy. We would love to come back one day on another trip to the Big Island. Mahalo for such warm hospitality.

We have spent almost a week at this beautiful house and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We are a family of 4 adults and loved the fact that there was enough room for us to gather but also to relax. The house is in a great location, the pool is one minute walking distance from the house and it is gorgeous, as well as the hot tub. What we enjoyed the most was the fact that the house is extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the bicycles and the beach equipment, especially the boogie boards, whose availability allowed us to try this sport for the first time, and the folding chairs that we used to watch the sunset at the beach. We loved the concept of using what the previous guests left behind (ketchup, salt, oil, etc.) so we didn't have to buy more. At the same time we paid it forward by leaving some things behind for others to use and enjoy. We truly enjoyed our stay, it was like being home away from home.

The condo was ideally located for relaxing privacy on the lanai and deck. We liked the layout of 2 baths and 2 bed rooms upstairs with the half bath on the main floor. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our own meals. The bikes were in great condition.
