The Beach Club access allows for one of the best spots to snorkel on Kona. There is a Foodland close by for your grocery needs. This is a really nice place. The community is a bit hyper with the rules, but the rental was very clean, well supplied and very well decorated. It was great to have the beach chairs, though the 4th one could use replacing and the umbrella and coolers were great. We ended up buying a wagon at Costco to use to get all our junk to and from the beaches. There have been wagons at other rentals we used and getting one is one suggestion I would make as a really nice amenity to have. I loved the layout and the furniture and the whole vibe of the place and appreciated the welcome package. We've been to the BI 4 times now and this rental is definitely my favorite over all and I would definitely return! The communication was great from the company and I would highly recommend if you're thinking to rent from them.:)

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay at this spacious and clean condo. The gated community has beautiful grounds and a stunning pool and hot tub area. There is a small but well stocked grocery store and a delightful juice/smoothie/sandwich shop plus a coffee shop/cafe nearby at the Mauna Lani shops, less than a 3 minute drive down the street. The property is about 45 minutes to downtown Kona activities so it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle to really feel secluded and private. The condo is well furnished both inside and outside and the kitchen is the most well stocked we have seen at a rental property. The owners even supply a bag of coffee and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. The beds were all super comfy and we enjoyed having both ceiling fans and AC upstairs. The condo is also well stocked with laundry supplies and beach equipment which made daily beach trips (and clean up) really easy. We would love to come back one day on another trip to the Big Island. Mahalo for such warm hospitality.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there were also beach supplies available for guests to use. The beach was within walking distance, and other beaches were just a short drive away. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit at the Fairways. Very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished, with a well stocked kitchen. Great view of the golf course and sunsets from the patio. The host responded quickly to questions and was very accommodating. Would stay there again!

We have spent almost a week at this beautiful house and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We are a family of 4 adults and loved the fact that there was enough room for us to gather but also to relax. The house is in a great location, the pool is one minute walking distance from the house and it is gorgeous, as well as the hot tub. What we enjoyed the most was the fact that the house is extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the bicycles and the beach equipment, especially the boogie boards, whose availability allowed us to try this sport for the first time, and the folding chairs that we used to watch the sunset at the beach. We loved the concept of using what the previous guests left behind (ketchup, salt, oil, etc.) so we didn't have to buy more. At the same time we paid it forward by leaving some things behind for others to use and enjoy. We truly enjoyed our stay, it was like being home away from home.

The condo was ideally located for relaxing privacy on the lanai and deck. We liked the layout of 2 baths and 2 bed rooms upstairs with the half bath on the main floor. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our own meals. The bikes were in great condition. We spent 11 wonderful days here and are looking forward to returning and spending at least 2 weeks next time.

There were so many things we appreciated and enjoyed about this beautifully decorated home. The host and property manager both checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals as well as a full shelf of pantry items to season those meals and store the leftovers. The appliances were in good shape and the dishwasher was silent. We loved the soaps, shampoo and even sunscreen provided. Every bed stand and end table had a charging station, and there were extra cables in the “junk” drawer in the kitchen.The lanais are very private and have a north exposure, so the condo stayed comfortable.We rode the bikes provided every evening to view the sunsets.Our friends who live on the south end of the island came for a few nights and they found the second bedroom a little tight with two double beds that made it difficult to get into the closet, but when we come back, this will be our first choice.

Our group of four had a fabulous stay here! The beds and furnishings inside and out are stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook- pots, bowls, utensils, spices, oils, etc. There's a BBQ outside and multiple types of coffee makers. The garage is full of snorkeling, water and beach equipment, plus 3 bikes. We liked the privacy of the woods surrounding the lanai and back yard. The beach and snorkeling at the Mauna Lani Beach Club and 49 Black Sand Beach were great. There are many nearby places to eat, shop and buy groceries at Mauna Lani, Fairmont Orchid and the Waikoloa Resort areas. Payal and Anand are great hosts.

Great communication with the host prior to the visit. Jessi was very accommodating which we appreciated. The unit is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped- lacked nothing I can think of in the kitchen. Paper products and shampoos were amply supplied. We didn’t use the bikes but what a nice thing to offer. There were loads of paperback books for reading on the beach or at the pool- we left some of ours behind that we finished on our trip as well. The sheets were very nice and soft and the towels were plush. Can’t think of any negatives. It was disappointing that hot tub at the pool was out of order the duration of our stay but that is something that happens sometimes and is beyond the hosts control. Would highly recommend this unit and hope to return.
