This accommodation had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels. We had everything we needed for the beach, from chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkels, flippers and pool noodles. Very clean and comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the Lanai off the bedroom. Would happily stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tropical Villa, it was the perfect place for two friends and I to celebrate a couple birthdays that end in a zero. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted with everything one would need to cook (the only things we made were toast and coffee) or just snack (like we did). The villa was perfect! We usually stay in the Mauni Lani area and this place did not disappoint. The kitchen was FULLY stocked for gourmet cooking. We love to make our own meals. The house was spacious, beds comfortable, fully stocked garage for beaching, towels, just everything you need. We rent many places and this one was one of the best!

There were so many things we appreciated and enjoyed about this beautifully decorated home. The host and property manager both checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals as well as a full shelf of pantry items to season those meals and store the leftovers. The appliances were in good shape and the dishwasher was silent. We loved the soaps, shampoo and even sunscreen provided. Every bed stand and end table had a charging station, and there were extra cables in the “junk” drawer in the kitchen.The lanais are very private and have a north exposure, so the condo stayed comfortable.We rode the bikes provided every evening to view the sunsets.Our friends who live on the south end of the island came for a few nights and they found the second bedroom a little tight with two double beds that made it difficult to get into the closet, but when we come back, this will be our first choice.

Our group of four had a fabulous stay here! The beds and furnishings inside and out are stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook- pots, bowls, utensils, spices, oils, etc. There's a BBQ outside and multiple types of coffee makers. The garage is full of snorkeling, water and beach equipment, plus 3 bikes. We liked the privacy of the woods surrounding the lanai and back yard. The beach and snorkeling at the Mauna Lani Beach Club and 49 Black Sand Beach were great. There are many nearby places to eat, shop and buy groceries at Mauna Lani, Fairmont Orchid and the Waikoloa Resort areas. Payal and Anand are great hosts.

Great communication with the host prior to the visit. Jessi was very accommodating which we appreciated. The unit is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped- lacked nothing I can think of in the kitchen. Paper products and shampoos were amply supplied. We didn’t use the bikes but what a nice thing to offer. There were loads of paperback books for reading on the beach or at the pool- we left some of ours behind that we finished on our trip as well. The sheets were very nice and soft and the towels were plush. Can’t think of any negatives. It was disappointing that hot tub at the pool was out of order the duration of our stay but that is something that happens sometimes and is beyond the hosts control. Would highly recommend this unit and hope to return.

We felt very welcomed into this comfortable, well stocked and well equipped townhouse. We loved being steps away from the very nice community pool which made it seem like our own with a few guests over. The upstairs lanai chairs were extremely comfortable and the view over the palm tree lines pool was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices & oils. There was abundant outdoor gear for biking and beaches. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this house. I was so impressed with how well stocked it was with supplies - everything from sunscreen to shampoo, coffee and spices - it was really like being in a home - not a rental. There were plenty of beach things including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, kids stuff, snorkeling gear and large ice packs in the freezer ready to go. The house was large and comfortable and homey. There were games, books, puzzles - and cable tv! The property is great with fantastic amenities including a pool, gym (which we used a couple of times), and access to one of the best beaches on the island. This house had everything we needed for our trip - a big thank you to Caroline!

We loved the location of this unit in the Faiways. It was so peaceful. The master lanai had a beautiful view with a slight peek of the ocean. The sunset was amazing from the lanai. We saw many types of birds.
