Everything went smoothly from arrival and checking in to checking out. Mike, the rental manager was awesome and very accommodating. The house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. There were bikes available to ride, which the teenagers really enjoyed. We would love to return to this rental for our next Hawaii trip.

This condo at the Fairways was wonderful. We love to access to bikes and riding down to the Fairmont public beach in the mornings. We also adventures by car around the island to great food, kayaking Captain Cook, and snorkeling. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Mike was responsive to all out
Our house questions. The master bedroom has beautiful views. It was a sanctuary to come back to each day. Lastly, having an air conditioner in the evenings made a big difference in our comfort.

We really enjoy staying at the Fairways as it is a quiet place that is close to the Beach and shopping and restaurants. This is our third time there but in three different units. Loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The main floor bedroom was very nice. We did find the sofa bed very uncomfortable for sleeping.We had a couple of issues while we were there and the property manager was excellent in addressing what needed to be done! He got back to us immediately when we contacted him. We loved spending time on the linai and really liked the BBQ area.

This property is exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean, and well-stocked, it had everything we needed for our 10-day stay. Management responded promptly to our inquiries, and provided all the advance information we needed for our arrival. The QR code in the room also provided digital details on the complex, plus recommendations for local restaurants etc. Access to the Beach Club and bicycles for getting around were an added bonus. Would stay again in a hearbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fairway 501. We also had friends and family stay with us during our 3 weeks stay. Property was just as described, in fact better than expected. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the community pool before dinner or Mauna Lani Beach Club beach that is 5 min drive. We also enjoyed early morning bike ridearound the property and to the Puako Beach Park. Property Manager, Mike, was very responsive to our minor and silly questions! We definitely like to come back here again.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and I wanted to get a condo to have enough space and comfort for my husband and I and our two sons. I also did not want a resort trip. I wanted to feel more a part of the culture and feel a real piece of Hawaiian life. This area had shopping and the beach nearby. It was conveniently located to nearby beaches, parks, and not too far from Kona for the activities and airport. It was also a nice place to retreat to on the days we journeyed out for adventure to further away spots. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There were no major issues and when I had questions, I was able to reach the management quickly and easily. I would return again and recommend this place to others as well. Great spot.

Plus- comfortable beds, very quiet, snorkeling gear with beach accessories with cooler a must, location close to store that never had any poke, and a great coffee shop. Very easy to access for daily excursions. BBQ nice!
Negatives- Loud neighbors that stay up late, No views, cannot reallyWalk anywhere
Kitchen needed at least oil to cook with, bathrooms really need soap. Not acceptable for this weekly rate.

Great communication with the property manager. Good layout. Private patio with table and couch. The garage had bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. The access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club was great. It’s a gentle beach great for relaxing and snorkeling.

Beautiful, spacious, clean condo located in a great area. Mauna Lani is the perfect area to stay on the Big Island. Fairways 501 did not disappoint…equipped with everything you need! Beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles were all used. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommend! 5⭐️

Our stay at this lovely property was absolutely fantastic! Mike was an amazing host who answered my every question expediently and courteously. We looked for a place that would provide enough space for our family. Our two boys enjoyed the twin beds and a pull out couch in the living room area. My husband and I relished the peace of the upstairs master suite. The pool was just a stroll away and peaceful and uncrowded. The foliage on the property is outstanding and provides a lush experience. The lanai on the ground floor was over the top perfect. I spent a lot of time out there and we were able to grill every night and enjoy stars like I have never seen before! The pass to the beach club was also super handy. We explored other beaches and snorkeled elsewhere but I felt really at home at the beach club! We were so sad to leave, but hopefully we will be able to return in the future! Frequent visitor to the Fairways. This unit is exceptionally well maintained and has perhaps the most comfortable bedding I have experienced there in quite some time. Mike was very accessible for any questions about the property and quick to respond! Really enjoyed my stay there. Friends were staying in a different unit and always enjoyable to meet up and make dinner in well equipped kitchens and very nice grill. Definite thumbs up!👍🏽

While the unit is small it was well equipped and comfortable. Having the main bedroom upstairs is a nice separation. The property has a very nice pool area and is easily walkable to the store, coffee shop and a couple restaurants.

The condo is exactly as described - spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It is well stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels for use at the amazing private Mauna Lani beach. The pool was undergoing some repairs during our stay so we were not able to use it, but it looked nice. The location is a short drive to golf and beach, and within walking distance of the Fairmont for restaurants/spa. The property manager, Mike, is extremely responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation here and highly recommend it.

Read the reviews and just book it. The property manager Mike was great. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. The beds were very comfortable. This kitchen is well stocked and we very much enjoyed cooking fresh fish at night. We also enjoyed the all the accessories we needed for the beach. We used the private beach most days and enjoyed the on site restaurant. We look forward to visiting again next year.

If it's not already booked, stay here and you won't be disappointed! The listing and positive reviews were spot on. Everything is included - so many extras, like spices, detergent, ample paper products, etc. The condition was spotless and everything worked flawlessly. Decorating was lovely and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach club and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Management company was very gracious last year when we had to cancel, so we assured them we would rebook this year. We did, and will continue to do so. We cannot wait to go back!
