Really enjoyed our stay. Property was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We felt like we were home away from home. Pride in ownership shows everywhere throughout the home. Great vibrant paint colors make the home very cozy along with the new carpet and floors that were recently installed before our stay. Everything you need for the beach was available, along with bicycles ready to ride. Close to both golf course which is a short drive away. Little more expensive than other similar units in the area, but well worth it because the condition of the property is at a very high level. The Owners were very responsive and informative keeping me updated along the way. Lizzette, the property manager was such a nice and welcoming person who ensured that our stay was perfect.

The pool is close by and you have access to the private Beach Club, which is just a short drive away. Very nice perk that throughly enjoyed. Every extra detail was provided - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, full size washer/dryer, and much much, more. The unit is spotless, very clean, and very comfortable. It’s located down the street from a grocery store in one direction and a beach park in the other. This is one of Mauna Lani’s best places to stay - hands down. Judging on quality, this might be the best property I have ever stayed at. It is clear that the owner and Lisette really care about the place and the happiness of their guests.
As an example, the place did not have beach toys. Not a big deal, given that it is very well stocked. We bought a set of toys and mentioned it to Lisette. She actually paid us for them, unprompted. I would definitely recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The upstairs lanai was a great place to start the mornings. Not much of a “golf” view but enjoyable. We experienced several maintenance issues - including an inoperable garage door - most of which were corrected and all of which were addressed. Regardless, the owners have provided a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 with 2 teenagers had a great stay. The access to the beach, bikes, beach supplies and snorkel gear was excellent. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more.

We had a great time in Paradise! Loved everything about the unit: great location near the Fairmont, clean, stylishly furnished and comfortable, well stocked kitchen will all amenities. The garage was perfect to setup and store our bikes for the Ironman race. We used the provided snorkel gear and cruiser bikes to/from the beach club. The owner was very accommodating, let us check-in early since we landed early morning, and super kind and helpful when we had a problem with the fridge. Lissette at Homechex made the check-in / checkout process very smooth. Highly recommend it, we would happily stay there again!

Great property, great location and amenities. Clean and well stocked with everything you'd need to enjoy your visit to the Big Island including several bikes and lots of beach equipment. We love the Mauna Lani area and all it has to offer, 2 wonderful hotel properties, the beach club, close to shopping, many farmers markets and some of the best beaches on the Kona/Kohala coasts. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We recently returned from our 12 day stay at Mauna Lai during spring break. The townhome was spacious, clean, well situated and exactly as described. We were really impressed with how well equipped the entire home was, it was a very easy transition for a family that likes to cook. The kitchen included all the necessities which were of high quality. The shower in the master bath was massive as was the entire master suite, with ample closet and storage space. The manager/owner was very friendly and responsive and made sure that our stay exceeded expectations. We also made use of the private Beach Club and pool, both were excellent. The restaurant at the Beach Club is a must do!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well stocked with all of the accommodations that we needed. It was easy to cook meals, use the BBQ, and enjoy the location and setting. We found this unit to be a wonderful choice. First off, the owner was really great--lightning fast with responding to questions! And the on site property manager was just as great!.The place is large and well maintained. Comfortable furniture and beds. Appliances in kitchen all worked. All you need to cook meals. BBQ was state of the art. They also provided 4 bikes which make it convenient to get to the beach and sports club quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was beautiful, the location was convenient and the interaction with the owner was cordial and easy. 4 adults stayed for 1 week, utilizing the resort facilities (Beach Club, grocery store).
Well positioned on the Island, during the week, we traveled from Kona to Hilo, including a visit to the Volcano National Park.
A nicely appointed unit, we especially appreciated the inclusion of beach items (towels, chairs) along with spices and other kitchen extras.

We had a great experience with this condo. It really has everything you'll need to enjoy the coast: bikes, boogie boards, water shoes, snorkels, masks, and more—there's even a nice selection of books! The condo itself is quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is good—a short walk to the Fairmont Orchid and its lovely cove beach or a short drive or bike ride to the equally lovely (and bigger) Mauna Lani private beach club. Communication with the property folks was also great—they were super responsive. We'd definitely stay here again!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is so big and sooo clean! I’m really picky about cleanliness (almost OCD). I’ve stayed in countless rentals over the years and this was definitely the cleanest. You feel so comfortable right away—like it’s your own home. There were bikes, snorkel equipment, water shoes, boogie boards, etc.. and they were clean, dust free. Even the garage is pristine. The man made beach is a little far for bike riding in my opinion and it is really small and kind of disappointing. But you have Hapuna beach (the best!!) and tons of beautiful beaches close by. Shopping centers with everything you could need are super close to the home. Great balconies for sitting and outside dining. The beds are super comfortable. If it’s available, book it! You won’t regret it!!

My wife and I were going to a wedding at the Mauna Lani Resort. The Fairways was suggested as an option so we checked it out. What a perfect rental. The place had everything we needed and was in great shape. Responsive owner and beautiful location. The only suggestion I would make to a guest is to look into a golf cart rental. We were able to get around the area very easy and quickly. Yes, we could've ridden bikes but when you are dressed up for a wedding or dinner, the cart is the way to go... Would stay again without question.

Lisette was available to answer any questions we had and to make sure we were settled in and lacking nothing. We appreciated every detail of this home -- it's beautifully decorated! The large kitchen, dining room, and family room were the hubs of our time together after a day of adventuring. The master suite's balcony and the lower level patio were perfect for relaxing outdoors. From the moment you arrive, you realize this is something special. Tucked away in Mauna Lani, The Fairways, is a well manicured and beautiful setting of villas and townhomes. Upon entry you feel like you are home. Everything you could imagine and more available in the kitchen and baths, all top notch accessories and fixtures. Well stocked in everyway. We had a week car rental which I highly recommend and each day we used the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided with the home. Also within the Mauna Lani community is the beach club and Napuna restaurant. Available for use while staying at the home. Make dinner reservations in advance as it won't disappoint. There is a nice well stocked community grocery store as well for things you may want to have while staying. Within a mile in Mauna Lani is the Fairmont, which we at dinner on the beach at Brown's. Great upscale restaurant as well. Hapuna Beach is less than 5 miles away and a must see and stay for the day. All and all we could not have picked a better place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to stay in Hawai'i. We couldn't have had a better time while staying in our luxurious accommodations!

We loved staying in this unit and did not want for anything. We loved the bikes and all the beach equipment. We did a lot of cooking this time and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The place was clean and the lanais were perfect with very comfortable furniture. A nice touch was the sitting area right off the master bedroom. It had a great chair for reading and the little desk came in handy.
What we especially appreciated was the prompt responses we got from the concierge Lissette. We called her about 8:30 one night for help with the air conditioner and she called us back right away. She was able to let us stay an extra hour since our return flight was delayed. She was so gracious about everything. The owner Hilary had some great tips and went out of her way to find out which delivery service would get us our important document right to our door.

First off the condo was beautiful secluded,. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and basics like olive oil, vinegar, spices coffee, sugar ect. The property manager was very responsive, except once on Saturday night when we couldn't figure out why the AC wasn't working. We read all of the literature, no information about the AC. Turns out there are sensors on the doors and windows and if anyone of them are left open or not shut completely, the ac turns off. I kept noticing thie AC turning off but didn't make the connection. They let us know the next morning after a warm night. I was assured this information would be added to the literature. That was the only glitch, I would definitely rent this place again. The bikes , snorkle gear and beach gear, puts this place above and beyond other options. Book it and shut the windows.

Our stay at this condo in the Fairways Mauna Lani was the perfect start to a stay on the Big Island. The unit was very spacious for our family of 4 (2 teens) especially including the patios and well appointed. It's well located for local walks/runs up and down the resort/coast areas, drives to amazing beaches north (Hapuna) or south (Kiholo bay) or hikes in the north (e.g. Mauna Loa, Pololu Valley). The property manager was proactive with helpful tips and responsive. Having a well-stocked grocery less than a mile away was so convenient. We definitely recommend to anyone considering satying in the Kohala region.
