This luxurious townhouse is located in a prime location within the Fairways property and is positioned for ultimate privacy and a 180 degree view of the golf course and Kohala Mountains from the lanai. With its built in Viking Grill, 2 outdoor loungers and a teak table to seat 6, the Lanai is where you will want to enjoy your morning Kona coffee and beautiful Hawaiian sunset dinners.
Inside, the townhouse boasts tasteful and warm décor with new ceiling fans in every room and a tropical bamboo floor. The property's unique positioning allows natural light and outdoor views throughout the unit. In the kitchen you’ll find high-end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, Henckel knives, Riedel wine glasses and a fully stocked kitchen for creating gourmet food whether cooking, grilling, or baking! The pantry is stocked with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, spices, ketchup, mustard and mayo. Dish soap, tin foil, plastic wrap, storage bags, laundry products, and beach towels are also supplied.
This 2 story, 1950 Sq ft, corner townhouse unit has 3 large bedrooms. The expansive Master on the ground floor is a tropical sanctuary with access to the lanai through large patio doors. The en suite has a Jacuzzi tub, over-sized separate shower, private toilet room and large walk-in closet with built in cabinetry. A desk in the Master, with views out to the Kohala mountains, provides space for quiet contemplation, to catch up on emails, or to check in with work (a hardwired connection is also available). Upstairs you will find a large Queen Bedroom and another guest room with 2 twin beds. The upper floor offers expansive views of the golf course, Mauna Kea, and Mauna Loa. Each bedroom has a 40 inch Smart HD flat screen TV with cable and access to our property Netflix account.
Our home is designed up for indoor and outdoor entertainment. You’ll find a 65” HD TV in the Great Room, high-speed Internet (with boosters throughout the unit), a DVD player with 40+ movies, books, and games. There is an I-pad available for use during your stay with Hawaiian music downloaded for your listening pleasure. Outdoor gear is stored in the garage for your use. This includes: 4 boogie boards, a large plastic cooler, small soft-sided coolers, market bags, 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pool noodles and more! Everything you need to pack a picnic and enjoy a day at one the nearby spectacular beaches or at the gorgeous resort pool. The property includes one ground level parking stall for your stay.

When you stay at Fairways 605 you will receive an Access card to the exclusive Beach Club where you can enjoy a white sand beach, cabanas, lounge chairs and excellent snorkeling. The Napua Restaurant, also on the Beach Club grounds, is a great spot for lunch, an afternoon Mai Tai, or a sunset dinner with live music.
Mauna Lani is between the resorts of Waikoloa and Mauna Kea providing you access to numerous beaches and parks, local cultural activities, and the best shopping and dining on the Island within a 10 minute drive. Nearby, Waimea Town hosts exceptional Farmers’ Markets two times per week (20 min drive).
