We had a lovely stay in this condo. Parking in the garage was easy. We really appreciated the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, etc. that were provided. Towels were plentiful and there were cleaning supplies provided. The location is excellent and access to the Mauna Lani beach club was such a great perk. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property, exactly like described, excellent location in a gated community. Great support from the management company: we had an issue and they came to our villa on Sunday morning! The outside garden is beautiful, directly on a golf course. Disappointment was the pool closed for maintenance work. The cleaning could have been better, but we quickly fixed this. The two single beds in one of the bedrooms need some maintenance. We also had some issues with air conditioning, but the host helped to sort this out. Check-in instructions were excellent and clear, like the check-out process. The garage includes a variety of beach tools (large and small coolers, 4 chairs, beach umbrella, masks, fins, etc.). Multiple beautiful beaches in the range of max 15 mls, as well as nice shopping centers. Great experience overall!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was nice and quiet and we were right across the street from a warm pool and hot tub surrounded by lush greenery.The villa was plenty big for 5 of us. We barbecued a few nights and the kitchen was well stocked and we would have our morning coffee or evening cocktail out on the lanai.There are shops nearby with a grocery store and we would get a morning coffee and some poke at the store.The management company, Lanai Realty was very easy to work with and communicated efficiently and quickly with us. Everything was exactly as they said it would be and made the stay flawlessly easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our 6-night stay in this modern, clean and quiet condo. It was my first time in the Mauna Lani resort area, and it was beautiful. I loved walking through the lava fields to the fishponds, to the private beach club. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were lush and peaceful. We appreciated having all the beach gear available for use. The parking was convenient. The pool was never crowded and so serene. I did miss having an ocean or vast landscape view, but the gardens are beautiful. I had a bit of an issue with my friend being too cold in the secondary bedroom (the vent blows directly on to the bed), and the AC condenser was a bit noisy in that location. But the owners were accommodating in taking the security features off the thermostat so we could turn off the AC at night. My only slight issue was that the pebble floor in the master bath shower was uncomfortable on my feet... a shower mat would have been nice. Also there were a lot of check-out instructions which is a bit annoying when you’re on vacation. But it was overall a wonderful, all-too-short stay. I would definitely return.

This was our first trip to the big island, and I would say we really lucked out on this place! The place was very clean and comfortable and we felt very safe. The location, access to private beach club, onsite pool, neighborhood, etc., were a perfect introduction to the island. There was a complete selection of beach items - from folding chairs and beach umbrella, to ice chests and snorkeling gear. We ventured out every day to other beaches and locations, but we felt the private beach club with cabana chairs, wonderful snorkeling, easy parking and access, made our "home" beach our favorite of all! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and we would highly recommend this place to everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was quiet, clean, and spacious enough for five people. Whenever we had an issue-like running out of toilet paper or trouble with the TV-the response was very quick and helpful, which we really appreciated.Access to the Beach Club by car was convenient, and we also enjoyed having lunch at the restaurant there.One small thing to note is that the kitchen knives were not very sharp, and although there were plenty of towels, they still had a bid of an odor even after washing.Overall, though, we had a great stay and would definitely like to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here (2 adults and 4 kids). The condo was perfect for our family, very clean and well stocked. We appreciate the extra beach equipment (chairs, toys, boogie boards). We loved the beach club- the beach was clear, calm and perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The pool was only steps from the back yard. Foodland was nearby and very convenient.

The stay here was nice. The location is perfect. You are close to the FoodLand and the small shop area. The grounds, golf course and pool are beautiful. The beds are a little low to the ground and okay, not very luxurious. We loved having two bathrooms. It was nice to have one bathroom right in the master bedroom and one for the kids to share. The dishwasher could definitely be replaced along with a few of the beach accessories! We had trouble getting in upon arrival and having what we needed right off the bat, but they eventually helped us and we could get in. I would stay here again. Hoping that we have a better entry experience, but feel like it's not worth giving a bad review. The WiFI was very spotty for us. The best beaches are right up the street like Hapuna and MaunaKea! About a 8-10 minute drive, so that was nice. The lava tube walk down to the Mauna Lani Beach is really nice and pretty. It took about 15 min to get down there. That beach is small and has a little bit courser sand than Hapuna. I wouldn't really say it was a beach that we'd spend all day at, but it was a good morning walk, or an evening stroll to go to. It was a good home away from home! And a nice place all in all.

Good spot: We appreciated that the place was clean and well equipped — everything needed without being filled with leftover junk from previous guests. Access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club & beach gave us a good sun spot and walk-in snorkeling. Ground floor unit was spacious with 4 dining room chairs and kitchen counter seating, good internet, and easy workspace if you’re combining work and vacay. I don't like writing a negative review, but this place DOES NOT merit a 9/10 in any way. The only redeeming thing about the unit was a comfortable mattress, but the rest was so shabby that sleeping there wasn't pleasant in general. We love Palm Villas location and feel, and have stayed in several units here. This one is extremely tired and poorly managed. Cockroaches are a regular sighting. Worn and dingy surfaces everywhere, dirty in the corners, nothing fresh. Dirty and uncomfortable (zero padding, sitting on a wood plank essentially) upholstery on the lanai. On arrival we found (and had to pursue) there were no tissues, no beach towels, no body wash, no laundry soap, lightbulbs were out, the outlets in the master bath were inoperable. Manager was communicative but unbelievably pushed back on providing tissues, as "the owner does not offer tissues as an amenity". Unbelievable. They sent someone next day to rectify a couple of these items, and we let the rest go since we had friends in another much more comfortable unit and could hang there. This unit needs a DEEP cleaning, sanitizing, fresh paint throughout, stock the kitchen (with more than two wine glasses), replace seating pads, add a knife sharpener to deal with beat up knives, and an attentive pest service to deal with cockroaches. (We accept cockroaches are a thing in the tropics, but they shouldn't be seen on the kitchen counters each time we walk in there.) Very disappointing.

Great location, excellent accommodations and good customer service from the property management group. The only negative was a guy acting as “the police” for the resort. As others have said, he was rude to guests and others, including being rude to my two daughters. He was harassing a young couple with kids as he thought the kids were too noisy…they were not. But aside him, this place is great. Shops, the beach with snorkeling all within walking distance. We would come back again.

This was a perfect, stress-free, FUN vacation for us starting with the booking process all the way thru our flight back home. The condo was inviting, spacious, clean, well-stocked and secluded in a secure, lush, gated community. Within walking distance was a historic site complete with lava tubes and fish ponds; keep walking and you reach The Beach Club with a calm cove perfect for snorkeling. We walked, cycled and drove to amazing restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening "nightcaps" on our private patio overlooking beautiful grounds. This was our home away from home in Paradise. We highly recommend!!
