We loved this property! Plenty of room for all seven of us, extremely clean and comfortable. The access to the Beach Club was great, we really appreciated the chairs and shade there, and thought the snorkeling at that beach was wonderful. When I had a question the hosts responded very quickly. All in all it was just wonderful and we'd love to stay there again.

This is a beautiful and clean condo. It is great for a smaller group. It was well furnished and had all the utensils and pans we needed for making dinner. There was plenty of beach gear including chairs, snorkeling gear and a cooler. On top of this being a great place to stay, the access to the pool and beach club really are a plus! I would not hesitate to stay again.

Well-appointed and located condo rental. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was super convenient, and the beach access was lovely. We love that the place came stocked with lots of kitchen supplies and beach gear, making it really easy to roll in and enjoy! The walk to the beach was beautiful, plus we could also walk to a few shops and restaurants.The condo association rules were a bit finicky - nothing problematic but required some time to read the fine print and work all the different remote/access codes/key fobs. We had a minor issue in getting check-in instructions through VRBO platform, but the vacation rental staff were extremely quick to respond!

This is a beautiful and well supplied condo. Excellent place to be as active or relaxed as you want. The only issue is this unit only has 3 bedrooms. No extra office/4th bedroom. Spoke with the owner who was sympathetic. VRBO seems confused on what constitutes a bedroom. Hopefully the description will get updated. The many light and fan switches are all conveniently labeled for easy use. It has a good supply of cookware. Many appliances, a cart for taking things to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again understanding the actual layout now.

The condo more than lived up to the listing. Beautiful property. Well equipped and just steps from the pool. Great place to stay, so long as you don’t mind the walk to the beach, which we did not mind. It’s about a 15 minute walk. There’s a lava tube to explore on the way! Very tranquil setting. The kitchen and outdoor grill/lanai were both well equipped and yielded a number of great meals! The pass to Mauna Lani Club was great (one of our favorite snorkeling spots), and if you prefer to walk, only 15 minutes past the fish ponds. The salt water pool with waterfall and the hot tub made a great way to end the day. Puako and Mauna Kea beaches are short drives and also great snorkeling. Don’t miss the Blue Dragon Musiquarium a short drive north — it hosts great music and food 4 nights per week!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the last time we stayed in 2021! It is the perfect place for a family, or group of people to stay with space for everyone. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need to cook meals or spend a day at the beach. The complex is beautiful and our kids really enjoy the pool! The private beach club is one of our favorite perks of staying here and the close proximity to Hapuna Beach. The property management team is very responsive and helpful. We had a problem getting the bbq grill to work and they sent someone out right away to get it fixed! We plan to stay again for our next Hawaii vacation :)

Nice 3 bedroom unit in a quiet condo complex. Our family enjoyed the pool, the walking trails through the Kalahuipua'a Historic Park and fishponds, and access to the beach club. Some restaurants and a grocery store very short drive away and most things within a 15 minute drive. Good amount of beach and snorkeling gear provide for use as well.

This is a beautiful condo just a few steps from the lovely pool. The kitchen was very well equipped with enough pans, bowls and silverware. It even had plenty of baking dishes, which we enjoy by making a pineapple upside-down cake! Plenty of beach towls and beach gear! My only complaints are the bathroom needs more light and the couch could be replaced, it's too saggy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palm Villas! The unit is very conveniently located - close to the pool area, a short walk to the Mauna Lani Auberge, close to a walking path to the beach, as well as a very short distance to the local grocery store and coffee shop. The kitchen was also very well-equipped with anything you might need, and we appreciated all the beach equipment and towels. The beds were also super comfortable. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Our home had everything and more you'd want from a tropical vacation. Great kitchen, great outdoor area, great pool, great location, great access to beach club, plenty of space, a garage. We checked out the nearby resort which was beautiful but we feel like we got the better deal because we had two rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a washer and dryer, an outdoor area with a grill and a private garage.

The home and the property were perfect for our family adventures. Clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all the essential tools and more. The is even a closet of fun beach toys and essentials (e.Grant. Coolers and chairs) which made our beach time even more enjoyable.
